Abstract

本发明公开了一种捞渣机,包括主气缸,主气缸固定在平台上,平台上设有数个导套,平台的底部设有数个滚轮支座,滚轮支座上安装滚轮,滚轮与两导轨活动连接,平台的一侧连接无杆气缸,无杆气缸固定在导轨的两端;主气缸的活塞杆铰接支架,支架设有两个平板,两个平板上分别固定升降气缸,升降气缸的活塞杆同轴铰接两根连杆,每根连杆经连杆销轴与过滤爪的铰接臂铰接,销轴与支架的两支撑板活动连接;支架的两个平板上固装数根导柱,导柱与平台上的导套活动连接。本发明克服了现有技术中工人在高温环境下捞渣,劳动强度大,工作效率低,产品质量难以保证,而且安全性低,容易产生铅中毒的缺陷,适用于与铅合金铸锭机组或类似设备配套使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种铅锭制造生产线,具体涉及一种铅锭浇铸用的捞渣机。
背景技术
铅锑合金铸锭机组(专利申请号为2011200308279)在铸锭时,液态铅或铅锑合金注入型模后,与空气接触形成氧化铅,氧化铅的去除关系到铅锭的质量,因此需要捞出浮在液态铅或铅锑合金表面的氧化铅渣,目前依靠人工捞渣,用耙子将渣物耙出型模。采用这种方式作业,工人在高温环境下,捞渣劳动强度大,工作效率低,安全性低,且捞渣不干净彻底,一方面影响了铅锑合金铸锭机组的自动化批量生产,二是铅锭的质量难以保证,同时由于液态铅或铅锑合金产生的挥发气体有毒,捞渣工人将这种有毒气体吸进体内,产生铅中毒,严重损坏工人的健康,因此愿意从事该工作的人很少,为了保证工人的健康,从事该工作的工人必须经常更换,增加了用工成本,降低了铅锑合金铸锭机组的工作效率。人工捞渣与铅锑合金铸锭机组的自动化生产明显不协调。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种自动化的将铅渣从型模中捞出的捞渣机。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案是:它包括主气缸,主气缸固定在平台上,平台上设有数个导套,平台的底部设有数个滚轮支座,滚轮支座上安装滚轮,滚轮与两导轨活动连接,平台的一侧连接无杆气缸,无杆气缸固定在导轨的两端;所述主气缸的活塞杆铰接支架,支架设有两个平板,两个平板上分别固定升降气缸,升降气缸的活塞杆同轴铰接两根连杆,每根连杆经连杆销轴与过滤爪上的铰接臂铰接,销轴与支架的两支撑板活动连接,两过滤爪相向安装;所述支架的两个平板上固装数根导柱,导柱与平台上的导套滑动连接。
为了实现产品优化,改善、提高本发明的综合性能,进一步的措施是:
所述过滤爪包括铰接臂和过滤爪,过滤爪的上部设有数个同轴的轴套,在铰接臂两侧的轴套之间设有两个安装槽,过滤爪设有弧形滤网,滤网上设有若干通孔。
所述导轨的两端固定在两导轨架上,两导轨等高且平行。
所述销轴与数个同轴的轴套活动连接。
本发明相比现有技术所产生的有益技术效果:本发明与铅锑合金铸锭机组(专利申请号为2011200308279)配套使用,实现了铸锭和捞渣的自动化作业,提高了生产效率。本发明采用机械自动化作业,解决了工人在高温下捞渣时劳动强度大,工作效率低,安全性低的问题,避免了工人的铅中毒,保护了工人的健康。本发明具有结构简单,使用方便,实用性强的的特点。本发明克服了现有技术用手工耙清理氧化渣和浮渣劳动强度大,工作效率低,安全性低的缺陷。
本发明适用于与铅合金铸锭机组或类似设备配套使用。

具体实施方式
参见图1至图5,一种捞渣机,它包括主气缸1,主气缸1固定在平台3上,平台3上设有数个导套17,平台3的底部设有数个滚轮支座16,滚轮支座16上安装滚轮4,滚轮4与两导轨6活动连接,平台3的一侧连接无杆气缸5,无杆气缸5固定在导轨6的两端;主气缸1的活塞杆铰接支架8,支架8设有两个平板14,两个平板14上分别固定升降气缸7,升降气缸7的活塞杆同轴铰接两根连杆9,每根连杆9经连杆销轴21与过滤爪10上的铰接臂20铰接,销轴13与支架8的两支撑板15活动连接,两过滤爪10相向安装;支架8的两个平板14上固装数根导柱2,导柱2与平台3上的导套17活动连接。过滤爪10的上部设有数个同轴的轴套18,在铰接臂20两侧的轴套18之间设有两个安装槽22,过滤爪10设有弧形滤网23,滤网23上设有若干通孔19。导轨6的两端固定在两导轨架12上,两导轨6等高且平行。销轴13与数个同轴的轴套18活动连接。
本发明的工作过程为:铅合金铸锭机组将液态铅或铅锑合金浇入型模11,并注至规定液位,液态铅或铅锑合金在浇铸过程中表面会产生氧化渣和浮渣。为了清除型模11中的氧化渣和浮渣,首先启动无杆气缸5,带动平台3在导轨6上移动,使两对过滤爪10分别运动到正对两个型模11的上方。接着启动主气缸1,主气缸1的活塞杆运动,支架8上的导柱2在平台3的导套17中滑动,使支架8做上下运动,以控制过滤爪10相对于型模11的高度。接着启动两升降气缸7,使升降气缸7的活塞杆收缩,此时与升降气缸7活塞杆铰接的两连杆9之间的夹角变小,两连杆9带动两个相向安装的过滤爪10分别绕销轴13转动,两过滤爪10相对张开。接着主气缸1控制两升降气缸7和支架8下降,使两过滤爪10沿型模11侧壁插入液态铅或铅锑合金中,接着升降气缸7的活塞杆伸出,两连杆9之间的夹角变大,使两过滤爪10 之间的夹角缩小,直至两过滤爪10闭合,型模11内的氧化渣和浮渣被过滤爪10全部捞入滤网23中。接着主气缸1的活塞杆收缩,提起支架8,过滤爪10离开型模11,过滤爪10内与氧化渣和浮渣混合的液态铅或铅锑合金,通过滤网23上的通孔落入型模11内。两个升降气缸7同时控制两组过滤爪10工作,同时清除两个型模11内的氧化渣和浮渣。接着启动无杆气缸5,无杆气缸5带动平台3上的滚轮4在导轨6上运动,平台3运动,将过滤爪10中的氧化渣和浮渣运送到置放在型腔旁边的渣桶上方,通过限位开关的控制启动升降气缸7,两过滤爪10相对张开,氧化渣和浮渣掉落到渣桶内。至此完成一个工作循环。
本发明一次能同时清除两个型模11内的渣物,与铅合金铸锭机组每次浇注两个型模11相对应。本发明设有多个升降气缸7控制多组过滤爪10的方案及导柱2与平台3直接活动连接的结构,都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (4)

1.一种捞渣机,其特征在于:它包括主气缸(1),主气缸(1)固定在平台(3)上,平台(3)上设置有数个导向套(17),平台(3)的下部设有数个滚轮支座(16),滚轮支座(16)上安装滚轮(4),滚轮(4)与两导轨(6)活动连接,在平台(3)的一侧连接无杆气缸(5),无杆气缸(5)固定在导轨(6)的两端;所述主气缸(1)的活塞杆铰接支架(8),支架(8)设有两个平板(14),两平板(14)上分别固定升降气缸(7),升降气缸(7)的活塞杆同轴铰接两根连杆(9),每根连杆(9)经连杆销轴(21)与过滤爪(10)的铰接臂(20)铰接,销轴(13)与支架(8)的两支撑板(15)活动连接,两过滤爪(10)相向安装;所述支架(8)的两个平板(14)上固装数根导柱(2),导柱(2)与平台(3)上的导套(17)活动连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种捞渣机,其特征在于:所述过滤爪(10)的上部设有数个同轴的轴套(18),在铰接臂(20)两侧的轴套(18)之间设有两个安装槽(22),过滤爪(10)设有弧形滤网(23),滤网(23)上设有若干通孔(19)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种捞渣机,其特征在于所述导轨(6)的两端固定在两导轨架(12)上,两导轨(6)等高且平行。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种捞渣机,其特征在于所述销轴(13)与数个同轴的轴套(18)活动连接。
