本发明涉及罐,用于储存和运输流体,诸如包括低温液化气在内的碳氢化合物。这包括用于船舶的罐,和暴露于波浪负荷的漂浮的海上结构,以及基于重力的海上结构和遭受于震动的陆地上的罐。
背景技术
罐的顶部上的支撑件将结构限制在顶部水平,以限制由于倾斜、前后颠簸或碰撞以及当罐支撑在刚性底部上时震动的影响使罐受到的负荷。
这种罐可以通过各种类型的木支撑件或类似材料支撑件来支撑。用以将该支撑件固定至罐的顶部的现有技术是焊接在船体顶部上的竖直的导轨或托架和类似的导轨或托架。这些托架主要限制横向剪切负荷,并且允许罐由热造成的收缩而同时通过导轨保持平行的支撑件。

发明内容
发明目的
本发明的目的是提供一种支撑件,其不会倾覆,并且从而使得所述支撑件能够被安装在罐的顶部上,而无需在所述罐的顶部上使用可能产生疲劳的焊接。
发明概要
本发明的目的是通过将支撑件固定到适度倾斜的焊接的导轨或托架中实现的。通过提供具有合适的倾斜度的托架和具有合适的宽度的支撑件,压缩力的中心将会落入支撑件的底部中,从而防止了支撑块的抬起和倾覆。这一布置允许海浪运动导致的横向负荷固定在肋中以及通过直接压缩在罐上。
对于遭受疲劳的铝罐而言,希望的是无焊接的固定支撑件。焊接可以导致疲劳裂纹起始,而这对于盛装液化气的罐来说是一个重要的考虑因素。通过采用例如挤压形成的肋固定支撑件,肋是所述罐的顶部的一体形成的部分,罐的疲劳被极大改善了。挤压形成的肋,或通过滚压形成的肋是贱金属,与通过焊接至罐而形成的类似结构相比能更好地抵制疲劳。支撑件例如设置在带槽的焊接浅盒体中,罐的顶部上的肋与槽配合。支撑件盒体中的疲劳裂纹起始不会扩展到罐中,并且不会形成对安全的威胁。

在所述支撑组件的一个实施例中,所述支撑块的所述底板通过肋固定至所述罐的顶部。
在所述支撑组件的一个实施例中,所述肋是所述罐的顶部的一体形成的部分。
在所述支撑组件的一个实施例中,所述肋通过挤压或滚压形成。
在所述支撑组件的一个实施例中,所述底板包括附接至所述板每一端的肋。
在所述支撑组件的一个实施例中,所述底板在面向所述罐的侧面上包括槽。所述槽的尺寸设置为用于容纳所述罐的顶部上的肋。
在所述支撑组件的优选实施例中,倾斜角度在8°-25°的范围内,优选地在10°-20°的范围内且更优选地在12°-17°的范围内。
在所述支撑组件的优选实施例中,所述支撑件的宽高比在2.0-5.0范围内,优选地在约2.5至约4.5的范围内,且更优选地在约3至约4的范围内。

图1示出了支撑组件的横截面。支撑块1由木料或其它合适的材料制成。木支撑块由焊接至船体的倾斜的引导托架或导轨2限制。它还由底板4限制,肋6附接至底板4的每一端。底板焊接至容纳挤压肋5的窄导轨7,挤压肋5是制成罐的挤压梁元件的一部分。由于操作中货物罐的低温,罐将会收缩,从而导致倾斜的引导件2与支撑件1的倾斜面之间形成适度的缝隙3。通过将支撑制造得宽一些,倾斜角度将会受到限制,同样缝隙也将会受到限制。

Claims (11)
1.一种罐,包括安装于所述罐的顶部上的支撑组件,所述支撑组件包括支撑块(1)和连接至所述罐上方的结构的引导托架或导轨(2),每个所述引导托架或导轨(2)都包括朝向所述支撑块的配合面的面,其特征在于,支撑块(1)由所述引导托架或导轨(2)限制,所述引导托架或导轨的所述面和所述支撑块(1)的所述配合面根据所述支撑块(1)的宽度和高度以大致相同的角度倾斜,且所述支撑组件具有位于所述支撑块(1)与所述罐之间的底板(4),支撑块(1)还由底板(4)限制,第一肋(6)附接至底板(4)的每一端,所述底板(4)焊接至容纳着第二肋(5)的窄导轨(7)并且所述底板(4)通过所述第二肋(5)固定至所述罐的顶部,所述第二肋是所述罐的顶部的一体形成的部分并且通过挤压或滚压形成。
