Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于内燃机的曲轴箱(1),其包括至少一个有涂层的气缸孔(2),该气缸孔在朝气缸盖的分界面(3)上具有一斜棱(4),其中,在所述斜棱(4)上设置有一沉孔(5)。本发明描述了这样一种几何结构,该几何结构允许省却针对于朝气缸盖的分界面采取的额外的磨削处理工艺。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有权利要求1前序部分中所述特征的用于内燃机的曲轴箱。
背景技术
本发明的上述曲轴箱是以公开号为WO 00/37789的国际申请为基础。该国际申请公开了一种气缸曲轴箱,尤其是用于内燃机的气缸曲轴箱,它包括至少一个用于容纳活塞的气缸孔。其中设定:气缸孔在气缸曲轴箱的气缸盖面或者说分界面上具有一导入斜棱,并且,气缸工作面直至过渡到所述导入斜棱均配置有热涂层。
在由现有技术公开的加工工艺中,当在曲轴箱上制造朝气缸盖的分界面时,需同时对不同材料、即曲轴箱材料和工作面涂层进行加工。因为在铣削顶盖或分界面时会有粉屑脱落,这些粉屑可能会刮坏所述顶盖面或分界面,而这是不允许的,所以有必要在加工完朝向气缸盖的顶盖面或者说分界面之后对其再次进行磨削。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于避免上述缺陷。
这一目的通过权利要求1特征部分中所述的特征得以实现。
在加设对于以后引入活塞而言必要的斜棱(所谓的活塞引入斜棱)的过程中,同时要随之加设一沉孔(该沉孔可能在模具中就已同时提前预备了),该沉孔是这样设计的,即,在考虑全部公差的情况下,在加工气缸及分界面时只须对曲轴箱铸造材料进行加工。由于采用了带有沉孔的斜棱,因此在曲轴箱加工当中就不必再执行另外的磨削处理工艺。这样就节约了用于额外磨削设备的投资,同时,由于省却了一整个加工过程,当然也节约了加工时间。沉孔可优选与斜棱的加设同时实现。
如权利要求2和3所述的尺寸参数是特别优选的实施例。
如权利要求4所述的加工制造方式是特别优选的。在此方面的例子可以是磨削、铣削等。
根据权利要求5,斜棱和沉孔特别优选在唯一一道工序中制成。

具体实施方式
图1是根据本发明的曲轴箱1以三维剖视图形式绘示的俯视图。作为示例,在本实施例中涉及的曲轴箱1带有三个可识别出的、有涂层的气缸孔2,在此,根据本发明的设计方案是可以借助用于内燃机的任意一种包括至少一个有涂层之气缸孔2的曲轴箱来展现的。曲轴箱1具有朝向气缸盖(未示出)的分界面3。如同由现有技术公知的那样,为使活塞(未示出)的导入更加顺畅,从气缸孔2到分界面3的过渡区是经过倒棱处理的(活塞引入斜棱)。
根据本发明,在斜棱(Fase,即倒角)4上设置有一沉孔5。
该曲轴箱1特别优选是轻金属曲轴箱,最好是用亚共晶的铝硅合金例如AlSi9Cu3制成的。另外,气缸孔2有涂层,因此与曲轴箱1其它部分的材料相比,气缸孔在其表面上具有更大的硬度,改善了与活塞环的摩擦学性能。
图2是图1中气缸孔2以二维剖面图形式绘示的细节放大图。图2画出了根据本发明的具有沉孔5的斜棱4的结构。曲轴箱1是以阴影方式表示的,在本实施例中,斜棱4在气缸孔2中仅设置于涂层6内。但是,视公差情况的不同,斜棱4也可一直延伸到基底材料(这里为AlSi9Cu3)之中。
特别优选的是,斜棱4相对气缸孔2具有在5°与60°之间的角度α。同样,沉孔5特别优选具有至少0.05mm的深度以及比斜棱4大至少0.1mm的直径。同样特别优选的是,斜棱4和沉孔5以切削加工方式制成,诸如通过磨削或铣削工艺等。同样特别优选的是,斜棱4和沉孔5在唯一一道工序中制成。

Claims (5)
1.一种用于内燃机的曲轴箱(1),其包括至少一个有涂层的气缸孔(2),所述气缸孔在朝气缸盖的分界面(3)上具有一斜棱(4),
其特征在于,在所述斜棱(4)上设置有一沉孔(5)。
2.如权利要求1所述的曲轴箱,其特征在于,所述斜棱(4)相对所述气缸孔(2)具有在5°与60°之间的角度α。
3.如权利要求2所述的曲轴箱,其特征在于,所述沉孔(5)具有至少0.05mm的深度以及比斜棱(4)大至少0.1mm的直径。
4.根据权利要求1至3之一所述的曲轴箱,其特征在于,所述斜棱(4)和所述沉孔(5)是通过切削加工制成的。
5.根据权利要求1至4之一所述的曲轴箱,其特征在于,所述斜棱(4)和所述沉孔(5)是在唯一一道工序中制成的。
