Abstract
Description
上述した層の粗さは、孔により生じる起伏と層のテクスチャーからなる。従って、必要な場合、付加的な任意工程において、コーティング中にできた起伏を平らにするために、コーティングに平滑化工程を用いる仕上げ作業が施される。起伏が小さい場合には、平滑化工程を省略することができる。
Claims (9)
- アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金製の被加工物(1)の耐摩耗性表面を製造する方法であって、ホーニングまたは精密ボーリングにより表面を下加工または活性化する工程、および電気分解を用いて耐摩耗性コーティング(9)を塗布する工程を含んでなる、方法。
- 耐摩耗性コーティング(9)は、プラズマ電解析出(PED)またはプラズマ電解酸化(PEO)により製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 耐摩耗性コーティング(9)を塗布した後、コーティング(9)の多孔性は維持されたまま前記表面が滑らかであることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- コーティング(9)の表面がホーニング、特に平面ホーニングまたはブラッシングにより滑らかにされることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 5μm未満、およびシリンダーボア(1)の直径に基づき10μm未満が平滑化中に除去されることを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載の方法。
- コーティング(9)が活性化および塗布される間に、表面に、好ましくはアルカリ脱脂が施されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 円筒状表面を下加工中に製造することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 亜共晶アルミニウム合金製の被加工物(1)を被覆するために前記方法が用いられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 内燃エンジンのシリンダーボア(1)を製造するために前記方法が用いられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。
