Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于使线材从线材卷退绕的线材卷结构和方法,并涉及在这种线材卷结构上对杆的使用。
背景技术
用于造纸等的纤维素纸浆捆一般由钢丝保持在一起,该钢丝从设置在线架上的线材卷退绕,然后设置在每个浆捆周围。由于各捆用线材依次缠绕,线材间歇地并以高速进行退绕。因此,当已从线架退绕一定量的线材时,有时会退绕稍过多的线材,因而,松散的线材量聚集于线架上方或旁边。松散的线材量会缠结起来,并且会在线材上形成结,这将妨碍连续的退绕或甚至引起线材断裂,因而引起间断并且有必要耗时地重新加载线材。松散的线材量的问题还会在单独捆的缠绕过程中发生,这是因为组成线材卷的许多线环会意外地同时退绕,而不是以较佳的方式依次退绕。
在WO02/092487中,此问题通过如下方式解决:在线材卷上方设置一圈塑料刷毛,以产生在退绕的线材上提供制动力的摩擦,以使从线材卷退绕的松散的线材量最小化。然而,这种设置仅减少问题,但不消除问题,并且它还产生新问题。一个问题是刷毛可能将线材制动到它会被卡住并在线材卷周围断裂的程度,从而引起间断,并因而有必要对整个捆扎结构进行耗时的重新加载。此外,刷毛经受磨损,因而它们将不时地必须进行更换。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种改进的使线材从线材卷的退绕。
根据第一方面,本发明涉及一种用于退绕线材的线材卷结构,该结构包括线架,待退绕的线材设置在线架周围以形成线材卷;线材准入点,线材从所述线材卷馈送到线材准入点,其中,杆设置成与线架的轴线基本上同轴地对准,杆具有朝向线材准入点延伸的自由端,因而通过杆来防止从线材卷拉出、但不拉到线材准入点内的松散线材发生缠结,其中,杆挠性地设置成杆能相对于线材准入点倾斜,其中,在杆不倾斜时,杆的自由端设置在离线材准入点小于10厘米的距离处。
较佳的是,杆可以在其固定位点处包括弹性部件,并且弹性部件可以包括弹簧。
更佳的是,杆可以是挠性的,因而杆可相对于线材准入点弯曲。
此外,限制缘部可以设置成相对于线架同轴并位于线材卷与线材准入点之间,退绕的线材设置成牵拉到限制缘部之外,其中,限制缘部的直径略超过线材卷的线环直径。
根据第二方面,本发明涉及在用于使线材退绕的线材卷结构上对杆的使用,杆设置成与线架的轴线基本上同轴地对准,线材从设置在线架上的线材卷退绕到线材准入点,其中,杆具有自由端并且设置成自由端朝线材准入点延伸,并且杆挠性地设置成杆可相对于线材准入点倾斜。
根据第三方面,本发明涉及使线材从线材卷退绕的方法,将线材从线材卷拉到线材准入点,线材准入点与线架的纵向轴线基本上同轴,线材卷设置在线架上,其中,通过设置杆来防止从线材卷拉出、但不经过线材准入点的松散线材发生缠结,杆设置在线材卷之外并与线架的纵向轴线基本上同轴地对准,杆具有朝向线材准入点延伸的自由端,且杆挠性地设置成杆可相对于线材准入点倾斜,其中,在杆不倾斜时,杆的所述自由端设置在离线材准入点小于10厘米的距离处。
根据所有这三方面的本发明提供一种对线材缠结等问题的简单又容易实施的解决方案。

在图1和2中示出根据本发明的线材卷结构1的第一实施例。线材卷结构用于使线材从线材卷退绕,因此该结构包括线架2,待退绕的线材3可设置在该线架周围以形成线材卷3a。线材3从线材卷3a所馈送至的线材准入点4设置在线架2之外,较佳地与线架2的纵向轴线A对准。所示实施例中的线架包括四个腿部2b,这些腿部的顶部朝向中心套管2c向内弯曲并连接到该中心套管2c。相对于线架2同轴并沿轴向位于线材卷3a和线材准入点4之间的限制缘部5可设置成线材在进行退绕时设置成被拉到所述限制缘部5以外。较佳地,限制缘部5的直径选择成略超过线材卷3a的线环直径,以防止环通过限制缘部5。限制缘部5是用作第一限制障碍物的可选细节,线材在其到线材准入点4的途中必须经过该第一限制障碍物。然而,可取消限制缘部。
在准入点4处,线材被拉离线材卷,即,在所示实施例中向上拉动。线材3从准入点4传送到使用线材之处。在所示实施例中,线材沿半圆物17传送到左侧并沿待松开的线材卷结构1的外部向下传送到左侧。线材准入点4可包括喷口,线材在沿半圆物进行传送之前通过该喷口插入。半圆物可包括线材在其上进行传送的多个轴承。
在一些应用场合中,诸如在缠绕各捆时,线材间歇地并以高速从线材卷退绕,而松散线材的量可从线材卷3a经过限制缘部5(但并非始终)退绕到线材准入点4。这引起如上所述的问题,并且为了解决这个问题,杆6设置在对应于限制缘部5的半径的径向边界内,基本上与线架2的纵向轴线A对准。杆6可以固定在半径对应于限制缘部5的半径的假想圆内部任一位点处,并应朝线材准入点4延伸,以避免在杆与线材准入点4之间产生太大的间隙。应注意到沿轴向看,杆设置在限制缘部上方。在不使用限制缘部5的实施例中,杆6应固定在对应于线材卷3a半径的半径内部任一位点处。
杆具有自由端6a,该自由端朝向线材准入点4延伸。杆6确保防止任何量的松散线材3本身不缠结,因而不在线材上形成结。当杆不倾斜时,杆6的自由端6a设置在离线材准入点4少于10厘米的距离处。杆6的自由端6a与线材准入点4之间的间隙越小,缠结的风险越低。由此,间隙可有利地小于5厘米、3厘米或甚至1厘米。距离选择成尽可能小,从而没有杆6与准入点4接触的风险。
在所示实施例中,杆6挠性地设置在线架2的上端部2a上,因而,杆可相对于准入点4倾斜。同样,杆6本身可以是挠性的,因而它可相对于准入点4弯曲。在线材经过杆退绕到线材准入点4内时,杆和/或其固定位点的挠性允许杆6来回摆动。然而,较佳地,杆被拉到它指向准入点4的初始位置。出于安全的原因,保护性的网或线材防护件13可设置在线材卷周围。
在所示实施例中,杆6在其固定位点8处包括呈橡胶材料形式的弹性部件10。弹性部件10还可在很大程度上包括弹簧,例如螺旋弹簧。然而,可建议覆盖住这种弹簧,以避免线材捕获于该弹簧内。还可使用执行相同功能的任何其它弹性材料。
本发明的优点是它可在已存在的线材卷结构上容易地进行实施。为此,根据本发明的杆6可设置在线材卷结构上。杆6应相对于线架2同轴设置,并位于线材卷3a与线材3所拉至的线材准入点4之间。杆6应设置成其自由端6a朝向线材准入点4延伸。附连结构7应设置在杆6上,以将杆在其固定位点8处固定到线架2。杆6的附连结构7的形式必须适应于现有线材卷结构的实际设计。
在图4中示出用于杆6的附连结构7的一个实施例。在此结构中,弹性部件10在其顶部和底部分别连接到上螺纹部9a和下螺纹部9b。上螺纹部9a连接到杆6,而下螺纹部9b连接到附连本体11的上端部。通过这种设置,杆6连接到附连本体11。本体11通过锁定装置12保持在位,该锁定装置插入四个腿部2b的连接点下方的附连本体11。
在图6和7中示出线架2的顶部的实施例。图7是从图6中的线7-7观察的线架2的俯视图。从图7可看到线架2的四个腿部2b之间的连接包括矩形通孔14,杆6的附连结构7的附连本体11紧密地装配到这些通孔内。附连本体11不必是矩形的,但可较佳地具有圆形的形状以便于将附连本体插入孔内。
附连本体11在图8中详细地示出并且包括第一孔15以及第二孔16,锁定装置12插入第一孔,连接至弹性部件10的下螺纹部9b将插入第二孔。锁定装置12在图9中详细地示出并且在图4中示出为处于其锁定位置,其中该锁定装置将杆6的附连结构7的附连本体11锁定到线架2的顶部。
本发明还涉及一种使线材从线材卷3a退绕的方法,其中,将线材从线材卷3a拉到线材准入点4,较佳地经过限制缘部5并在其外侧,限制缘部5相对于线架2同轴并位于线材卷3a与线材准入点4之间。有时,松散线材的量可被拉经过限制缘部5,但不经过线材准入点4,例如当线材间歇地或以变化的速度进行牵拉时。通过设置杆6来防止松散线材的量发生缠结,该杆相对于线架2同轴地设置在对应于限制缘部5的半径的径向边界内,杆6具有朝向线材准入点4延伸的自由端6a。

Claims (7)
1.一种用于退绕线材的线材卷结构(1),所述结构包括线架(2),待退绕的线材(3)设置在所述线架周围以形成线材卷(3a);线材准入点(4),所述线材从所述线材卷(3a)馈送到所述线材准入点,其中,杆(6)设置成与所述线架(2)的轴线(A)基本上同轴地对准,所述杆具有朝向所述线材准入点(4)延伸的自由端(6a),因而通过所述杆(6)来防止从所述线材卷(3a)拉出、但不拉到所述线材准入点(4)内的松散线材发生缠结,其特征在于,所述杆(6)挠性地设置成所述杆能相对于所述线材准入点(4)倾斜,其中,在所述杆不倾斜时,所述杆(6)的所述自由端(6a)设置在离所述线材准入点(4)小于10厘米的距离处。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于退绕线材的线材卷结构,其特征在于,所述杆(6)在其固定位点(8)处包括弹性部件(10)。
3.如权利要求2所述的用于退绕线材的线材卷结构,其特征在于,所述弹性部件(10)包括弹簧。
4.如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的用于退绕线材的线材卷结构,其特征在于,所述杆(6)是挠性的,因而所述杆可相对于所述线材准入点(4)弯曲。
5.如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的用于退绕线材的线材卷结构,其特征在于,限制缘部(5)设置成相对于所述线架(2)同轴并位于所述线材卷(3a)与所述线材准入点(4)之间,所述退绕的线材(3)设置成牵拉到所述限制缘部(5)之外,其中,所述限制缘部(5)的直径略超过所述线材卷(3a)的线环直径。
6.在用于使线材(3)退绕的线材卷结构(1)上对杆(6)的使用,所述杆(6)设置成与线架(2)的轴线(A)基本上同轴地对准,所述线材从设置在所述线架(2)上的线材卷(3a)退绕到线材准入点(4),其特征在于,所述杆(6)具有自由端(6a)并且设置成所述自由端(6a)朝所述线材准入点(4)延伸,并且所述杆(6)挠性地设置成所述杆(6)可相对于所述线材准入点(4)倾斜。
