Description
发明背景
人们已创造出了各种清洁制品以用于除尘和轻微的清洁。例如,已在相对平坦的表面上使用了干燥的或用抛光和清洁组合物润湿过的布抹布和纸巾。但抹布和纸巾会由于如下方面的原因而产生问题:诸如卫生(使用者的手在清洁期间可能接触到化学品、污垢或表面)、作用范围(使用者可能难以将拿有抹布或纸巾的手插入到难以触及的位置中)和不方便性(在间隙很小的制品之间进行清洁通常需要移动制品)。
为了克服与使用抹布和纸巾相关的问题,具有羽毛、小羊毛和合成纤维刷子的各种集尘装置已被利用了一个世纪以上,如1906年授予Hayden的US 823,725中所示。此类集尘装置制造起来可较昂贵,因此被设计成可清洁和重复使用的。与可重复使用的集尘装置相关一个问题是,这种集尘装置可能不能够很好地保持或捕集灰尘。被脏污的可重复使用的装置通常通过摇动或通过其它机械搅动来清洁。此方法不能完全令人满意,因为其在清洁过程中(因而常常中断清洁过程)或在清洁过程之后要求进行额外的步骤。此外,试图复原所述装置可能不成功,从而允许前面所收集的灰尘发生再沉积。

发明概述

发明详述
参见图1,清洁制品10可为大致细长的,具有纵向轴线,尽管其他形状在考虑之中并且可行。所述清洁制品10可以可拆卸地连结至柄部35或者可不用柄部而使用。

第一、第二和第三片层12、14、16中的任何一个均可完全或部分地涂覆有粘合剂、蜡、牛顿或非牛顿油或者它们的组合,以便改进清洁性并增大所吸收碎屑的保持性。如果需要,清洁制品10任选地可与清洁溶液或可用于其他目的例如处理外观表面或消毒的其他溶液等一起使用。清洁溶液可被预先施用到清洁制品10,产生预先弄湿的清洁制品10,或者可被包含在单独的贮存器内用于给清洁制品10和/或目标表面定量给料。清洁溶液可包括大部分的水和至少约0.5、2、5或10%的固体,或者至少约30%或50%的水溶剂、非水溶剂或它们的混合物(均按重量计)。

Claims (13)
1.一种可拆卸地连结至柄部(35)的清洁制品(10),所述制品(10)包括:
至少一层丝束纤维(14),所述丝束纤维(14)从脊部(42)横向向外延伸,所述层还具有相对的第一面和第二面;
大致平面的片材(12),所述片材被设置在所述至少一层丝束纤维(14)的第一面上;和
非平面结构(16),所述非平面结构延伸出所述至少一层丝束纤维(14)的所述第二面的平面之外,其特征在于所述非平面结构(16)没有横向延伸的条(17)。
2.如权利要求1所述的清洁制品(10),其中所述片材(12)为非织造片材(12)并且还包括多个条(17)。
3.如权利要求1和2所述的清洁制品(10),其中所述制品(10)具有纵向中心线,其特征在于所述非平面结构(16)包括多个突出部(18),所述突出部(18)具有与所述纵向中心线重合的近端并且限定小于或等于一的长度与宽度纵横比。
4.如权利要求4所述的清洁制品(10),其特征在于所述突出部(18)具有尖锐的远端。
5.如权利要求3和4所述的清洁制品(10),其特征在于所述突出部(18)沿着所述纵向中心线以相反方向交替延伸。
6.如权利要求1所述的清洁装置,其中所述制品(10)具有纵向中心线,其特征在于所述非平面结构(16)包括至少一个环,所述环具有与所述纵向中心线并置的两个连结的末端和远离所述至少一层丝束纤维(14)设置的中间部分。
7.如权利要求6所述的清洁装置,其特征在于所述环与所述纵向中心线基本平行。
8.如权利要求6和7所述的清洁装置,所述清洁装置包括多个环。
9.如任一项前述权利要求所述的清洁制品(10),所述制品(10)包括:
至少一层丝束纤维(14),所述层具有相对的第一面和第二面;非织造片材(12),所述非织造片材设置在所述至少一层的第一面上;其特征在于脊部(42)延伸出所述第二层的平面之外。
10.如权利要求9所述的清洁装置,其中所述脊部(42)包括第一侧片(38),所述第一侧片从与所述纵向轴线并置的并且基本平行于所述纵向轴线的近端延伸,所述第一侧片(38)具有平行于所述近端所截取的长度和垂直于所述至少一层丝束纤维(14)所截取的宽度,其特征在于所述第一侧片(38)的所述宽度小于所述第一侧片(38)的所述长度。
11.如权利要求9和10所述的清洁装置,所述清洁装置还包括第二侧片(38),所述第二侧片从与所述纵向轴线并置的并且基本平行于所述纵向轴线的近端延伸,所述第二侧片(38)具有平行于所述近端所截取的长度和垂直于所述至少一层丝束纤维(14)所截取的宽度,其特征在于所述第一侧片(38)的所述近端和所述第二侧片(38)的所述近端被设置在所述纵向中心线的相对侧上。
12.如权利要求9、10和11所述的清洁装置,其中所述第一侧片(38)和所述第二侧片(38)具有相应的第一侧片(38)远端和第二侧片(38)远端,其特征在于所述第一侧片(38)和所述第二侧片(38)的所述远端被接合在一起。
13.如权利要求9、10、11和12所述的清洁装置,其中所述第一侧片(38)和所述第二侧片(38)的所述远端为锯齿状。
