本发明涉及一种顶管施工机械的扭矩平衡顶管,包括圆筒形外壳,隔舱板将泥水舱与工作舱分隔开,圆环形滑套固定在外壳上,内齿圈的外圈在滑套上滑动,内齿圈与齿轮齿合,齿轮的右端设有减速电机A,内齿圈通过刀盘支撑连于圆环形外围刀盘;减速电机B设于顶管的中间,减速电机B左端通过输出轴连于中间刀盘,中间刀盘上设有三个刀盘孔,两刀盘上均设有数把刀齿。扭矩平衡顶管采用两个刀盘,中间刀盘正时针方向旋转,外围刀盘逆时针方向旋转,两刀盘扭矩平衡,不会引起顶管设备偏转。

一、技术领域
本发明涉及一种顶管,特别是一种顶管施工机械的扭矩平衡顶管。
二、背景技术:
目前,大直径的隧道所使用的顶管施工机械的切削刀盘都做得很大,刀盘转动切削时产生的扭矩亦很大,如遇有硬土层或遇有较大的硬物时,往往会引起顶管机械整体偏转,增加施工难度或使施工无法进行。
三、发明内容:
本发明弥补了以上顶管设备的缺点,提供了一种扭矩平衡顶管。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种扭矩平衡顶管,包括圆筒形外壳,隔舱板将泥水舱与工作舱分隔开,圆环形滑套固定在外壳上,内齿圈的外圈在滑套上滑动,内齿圈与齿轮齿合,齿轮的右端设有减速电机A,内齿圈通过刀盘支撑连于圆环形外围刀盘;减速电机B设于顶管的中间,减速电机B左端通过输出轴连于中间刀盘,中间刀盘上设有三个刀盘孔,两刀盘上均设有数把刀齿。
本发明具有以下的特点:
扭矩平衡顶管采用两个刀盘,中间刀盘正时针方向旋转,外围刀盘逆时针方向旋转,两刀盘扭矩平衡,不会引起顶管设备偏转。

附图为本发明的一种具体实施例,该实施例包括圆筒形外壳5,隔舱板2将泥水舱12与工作舱11分隔开,圆环形滑套3固定在外壳上,内齿圈6的外圈在滑套3上滑动,内齿圈6与齿轮7齿合,齿轮7的右端设有减速电机A8,内齿圈6通过刀盘支撑4连于圆环形外围刀盘13;减速电机B设于顶管的中间,减速电机B左端通过输出轴9连于中间刀盘14,中间刀盘上设有三个刀盘孔10,两刀盘上均设有数把刀齿1。
本发明工作时,减速电机B驱动中间刀盘顺时针方向转动,减速电机A驱动齿轮7,齿轮7驱动内齿圈带动外围刀盘逆时针方向转动,刀盘在转动过程中刀盘上的刀齿将地层土切割,切割下来的泥土通过排泥管排走。

1.一种扭矩平衡顶管,包括圆筒形外壳(5),隔舱板(2)将泥水舱(12)与工作舱(11)分隔开,其特征在于:圆环形滑套(3)固定在外壳上,内齿圈(6)的外圈在滑套(3)上滑动,内齿圈(6)与齿轮(7)齿合,齿轮(7)的右端设有减速电机A(8),内齿圈(6)通过刀盘支撑(4)连于圆环形外围刀盘(13);减速电机B设于顶管的中间,减速电机B左端通过输出轴(9)连于中间刀盘(14),中间刀盘上设有三个刀盘孔(10),中间刀盘和外围刀盘上均设有数把刀齿(1);中间刀盘正时针方向旋转,外围刀盘逆时针方向旋转,中间刀盘和外围刀盘扭矩平衡。
