Abstract
本发明涉及中药领域，一种治疗泌尿系结石的中药，是由杜仲，胡桃仁，黄芪，三棱，莪术，牛膝，泽泻，金钱草，鸡内金，海金砂，瞿麦，鱼脑石，冬葵子，甘草，石韦，枳壳组成。本发明对泌尿系结石的治疗具有疗效好，治愈率高，无任何毒副作用等优点，治愈率75％，好转率20％，无效5％。

技术领域：
本发明涉及一种治疗泌尿系结石的中药，属中药技术领域。
背景技术：
目前，西医对于泌尿系结石形成的机理尚不能完全明了。肾代谢功能的紊乱，可能是主要的原因之一。西医在治疗上效果也不理想。碎石，禁忌症多，手术，创伤大，复发率高。
中医把本病归于石淋、血尿、腰疼等并的范畴。中医认为，由于肾气虚，膀胱气化不利，泌尿功能失常，有利于结石的形成。“丹溪心法”说：“诸淋所发，皆肾虚膀胱生热也”。通过临床实践，我们发现用中医中药治疗泌尿系结石，疗效显著，效果优于西医的方法。
发明内容：
本发明的目的是为解决上述技术的不足，提供一种疗效好，治愈率高，无任何毒副作用，能够有效治疗泌尿系结石的中药。
为实现上述目的，一种治疗泌尿系结石的中药，其特征在于由下列重量的原料药物配比水煎制得：杜仲15-20g，胡桃仁20-25g，黄芪30-35g，三棱15-20g，莪术15-20g，牛膝25-30g，泽泻30-35g，金钱草200-230g，鸡内金25-30g，海金砂25-30g，瞿麦15-20g，鱼脑石15-20g，冬葵子20-25g，甘草10-15g，石韦30-35g，枳壳20-25g。
本发明中药：杜仲，甘，微辛温，入肝肾经，本品补肝肾，强筋骨；胡桃仁，甘温，入肺肾经，补肾强腰，有溶化结石的作用；黄芪，甘温，入脾肺经，具有生发之性，故能补气生阳；三棱，苦平，入肝脾经，破血行气，消积止痛；莪术，苦辛温，入肝脾经，行血破血，消积止痛；牛膝，苦酸平，归肝肾经，活血化瘀，引血下行，又能补肝肾强筋骨，周凤梧教授主编“实用中药学”说：牛膝尚有利尿通淋之功；泽泻，甘淡寒，归肾膀胱经，利水、渗湿、泻热；金钱草，甘淡平，入肝胆肾膀胱经，有清热解毒，通利排石之功；鸡内金，甘涩平，入脾胃膀胱经，有健胃消食，消结石之能；海金砂，甘咸寒，入膀胱小肠经，利尿通淋；瞿麦，苦寒，入心小肠经，利尿通淋，活血通经；鱼脑石，咸平，归肾膀胱经，功能化石，清热通淋；冬葵子，甘寒，入小肠大肠经，功能利尿通淋，尚有通乳滑肠的功效；甘草，甘平，入脾胃心肺经，有缓急止痛，调和药性等多方面功能；石韦，甘苦微寒，入肺膀胱经，有利尿通淋，清热止血的功能；枳壳，苦微寒，入脾胃大肠经，理气宽中，消除胀满。以上诸药合用，补肾补气，活血清热，通淋，化石排石。攻补兼施，对于泌尿系结石，疗效好，且长期服用无副作用。
煎药服药方法：本发明中药先用凉水浸泡1小时。第一遍武火煮沸，改文火再煮沸40分钟，滤出150ml；第二遍武火煮沸，改文火再煮沸60分钟，滤出150ml。两遍混合共300ml，分两次饭前半小时服用。
临床疗效总结：
一、一般资料：本发明中药多年来应用于临床，治疗数十例病人。年龄最大的73岁，年龄最小的28岁。一般治疗以一个月为一疗程，服药最少的患者服药仅10剂，服药最多的患者4个疗程。以两个疗程为准统计，治愈率75％，好转率20％，无效5％。
疗效标准：
1、痊愈：症状消失，结石排出（B超或CT证实）；
2、好转：症状改善，结石变小或部位下降（B超或CT证实）；
3、无效：症状无改善，结石无变化（B超或CT证实）。
二、诊断标准：
1、根据临床症状；
2、B超或CT证实结石存在。
具体实施方式：
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明：
实施例1：一种治疗泌尿系结石的中药，是由下列重量的原料药物配比水煎制得：杜仲20g，胡桃仁25g，黄芪35g，三棱20g，莪术20g，牛膝30g，泽泻35g，金钱草230g，鸡内金30g，海金砂30g，瞿麦20g，鱼脑石20g，冬葵子25g，甘草15g，石韦35g，枳壳25g。取上述方药先用凉水浸泡1小时。第一遍武火煮沸，改文火再煮沸40分钟，滤出150ml；第二遍武火煮沸，改文火再煮沸60分钟，滤出150ml。两遍混合共300ml，分两次饭前半小时服用。
实施例2：一种治疗泌尿系结石的中药，其中各种原料药物的优选重量配比为：杜仲15g，胡桃仁25g，黄芪30g，三棱15g，莪术15g，牛膝25g，泽泻30g，金钱草200g，鸡内金25g，海金砂30g，瞿麦15g，鱼脑石15g，冬葵子20g，甘草10g，石韦30g，枳壳20g。制法同上。
典型病例：
病例1：于××，男，29岁，工人。2005年8月初诊。患者10天前，右下腹部剧痛，入住本事三等家甲级医院，住院9天，具体用中西药不详。现右下腹不痛，但B超证实右侧输尿管结石存在，结石大小0.7cm×0.5cm×0.3cm。经服用本发明方10剂后，有泥沙样结石排出。经B超检查证实，结石消失。
病例2：刘××，女，68岁，农民。2003年10月初诊，近两年来时有右上腹部钝痛，没有引起重视。近几天来，见有加重趋势，经B超证实，右肾结石：1.1cm×0.8cm×0.6cm。服用本发明方一个疗程后，B超证实，右肾结石0.7cm×0.5cm×0.4cm，继续服药一个疗程后，B超证实，右肾结石消失。这期间没有见到泥沙样结石排出。

1.一种治疗泌尿系结石的中药，其特征在于由下列重量的原料药物配比水煎制得：杜仲15-20g，胡桃仁20-25g，黄芪30-35g，三棱15-20g，莪术15-20g，牛膝25-30g，泽泻30-35g，金钱草200-230g，鸡内金25-30g，海金砂25-30g，瞿麦15-20g，鱼脑石15-20g，冬葵子20-25g，甘草10-15g，石韦30-35g，枳壳20-25g。
