Abstract

技术领域：本发明涉及中药，特别是一种温经散寒、温胃止呕、化湿开窍的中药。
背景技术：目前，市场上大部分的中成药，用苦寒类药物较多，按照扶阳理论，长时间应用会造成脾胃虚弱，体质下降，本发明遵循扶阳学理论，使用辛温药物，疗效很好且服药后不会造成脾胃虚弱。
发明内容：本发明的目的在于提供一种温经散寒、温胃止呕、化湿开窍的中药，该中药可用于寒湿引起的恶心呕吐，腹痛腹胀，头昏头痛，耳鸣，腰痛及四肢酸痛麻木等症状；用于伤食，脾胃虚弱引起的积食及消化不良；用于陈旧性外伤引起的肿痛及风湿痹痛；用于寒湿引起的咳嗽、咳痰。
本发明的构成；一种温经散寒、温胃止呕、化湿开窍的中药，其特征在于：它是由下列用量的原料药物组成的：桂枝38g、苍术38g、白豆蔻30g、白芷38g、藿香38g、茯苓38g、陈皮38g、石菖蒲50g、法半夏50g、炙甘草15g、将以上10味药粉碎，均匀混合，装入胶囊。
炙甘草为甘草的炮制加工品，其制法：取净甘草片，照蜜炙法，炒至黄色或深黄色，不粘手时取出晾晒。
与现有技术比较，本发明
1.安全性高：(1)所用药物均为植物源性药物，(2)所用药物均为常用药，(3)用量低，所用药量是该药物常用量的最低量的1/3-1/10，(4)所用的各药物之间没有配伍禁忌(中药的十九畏十八反)。
2.节约资源，因为药物的使用量极低，故节约资源，减少成体。
3.见效快，一般服用该药30分钟见效，最快2-3分钟见效。
4.治疗范围广，一药多用，能治疗日常生活中很多的常见病，可作为家庭常备药。
5.使用方便，把药物粉碎装入胶囊后，服用方便，改变了中药煎剂的麻烦。
6.本药物属性辛温，遵循扶阳学理论，服药后不会造成脾胃虚弱。

8.用本药物治疗的典型病例：.
(1)陈某女76岁、双下肢麻木疼痛3年，耳鸣(声音尖锐)2年，经服多种药物(万通筋骨片、芬必得、双氯灭痛片、六味地黄丸)无效，服用该药1天后四肢疼痛减轻，耳鸣消失，连服六天后所有症状完全消失。
(2)江某男4岁呕吐2天，服多种药物(健胃消食片、马叮林、化积口服液)无效，到我处时，精神差，脱水严重，呕吐后想喝水，喝水后马上又吐，经补液及用654-2治疗后，没有好转，当时准备转上级医院，最后服该药2粒后，呕吐立即停止，在后续的治疗中，只服该药没有用其它药物，连服2天后病人痊愈。
(3)罗某女12岁腹痛恶心1天，服用该药1次后立即明显减轻，连服一天后症状痊愈。
(4)杨某女8岁，腹痛、腹泻、呕吐2天，服用泻痢停、消食片1天后无好转，最后服该药4粒后，呕吐立即停止，连服1天后所有症状完全消失。
(5)陈某男58岁，反复咳喇，咳痰多年，舌台白腻，用该药2天后好转，连服1周后咳嗽、咳痰消失。
(6)刘某女45岁、踝关节扭伤肿痛1月余，无骨折及脱位，经休息服用活血化瘀药无效，服用该药30分钟后疼痛减轻，1天后肿痛完全消失。
(7)杨某女40岁头痛，背部肌肉酸痛10天，舌青、苔黑，经服芬必得，肌注药物等冶疗后稍好转1-2小时，随后又疼痛如常，服该药8粒，15分钟后背部疼痛减轻，不再反复，连服5天后痊愈，2月后没有再发。
(8)罗某男60岁，腰痛、四肢疼痛麻木3月，腰痛以夜间为甚，服该药1天后明显好转，连服5天后疼痛麻木完全消失。
具体实施方式：
取桂枝38g、苍术30g、白豆蔻30g白芷38g、藿香38g、茯苓38g、陈皮38g、石菖蒲50g、法半夏50g、炙甘草15g、将以上10味药粉碎，均匀混合，装入胶囊，以上药品总计365g可装1000粒胶囊。其中炙甘草为甘草的炮制加工品，其制法：取净甘草片，照蜜炙法，炒至黄色或深黄色，不粘手时取出晾晒。
用法：成人每次服用6-8粒，每日3次，每日服药重量约为6.57-8.76g，小儿用量递减。

1.一种温经散寒、温胃止呕、化湿开窍的中药，其特征在于：它是由下列用量的原料药物组成的：桂枝38g、苍术38g、白豆蔻30g、白芷38g、藿香38g、茯苓38g、陈皮38g、石菖蒲50g、法半夏50g、炙甘草15g、将以上10味药粉碎，均匀混合，装入胶囊。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种温经散寒、温胃止呕、化湿开窍的中药，其特征在于：炙甘草为甘草的炮制加工品，其制法：取净甘草片，照蜜炙法，炒至黄色或深黄色，不粘手时取出晾晒。
