Description

用于支承机动车差速器的小齿轮轴的装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1前序部分所述的用于支承机动车差速器的小齿轮轴的装置。
背景技术
例如在US 3,952,608中描述了一种这样的装置,其中以背对背布置(O形布置)插入变速器壳体中的圆锥滚子轴承的轴向预应力借助螺纹连接件产生,其还固定有沿圆周方向形锁合在小齿轮轴上的连接凸缘。在圆锥滚子轴承的内圈之间插入有管形的、具有轴部段的钢弹簧作为间隔件。在小齿轮轴的这种支承的情况下遵守非常窄的制造公差,以便确保在整个运行范围上的均匀的支承预应力并且由此在机动车的牵引-和减速滑行运行(Zug-und Schubbetrieb)时提供差速器高的运转平稳性。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是:提出一种用于支承机动车的差速器的小齿轮轴的装置,其能实现以更小的制造公差和更小的制造投入来遵守上述规定的要求。
该目的根据本发明利用权利要求1所述特征来实现。本发明的有利的和特别合适的改进方案是从属权利要求的内容。
根据权利要求1提出了一种用于支承机动车的差速器的小齿轮轴的装置,其中驱动所述差速器的和具有传动小齿轮、特别是锥形小齿轮的所述小齿轮轴通过两个插入到所述差速器的一壳体中的、轴向彼此间隔开的滚动轴承、特别是圆锥滚子轴承以能转动的方式被支承,所述滚动轴承中的位于内部的第一滚动轴承和位于外部的第二滚动轴承相比更接近于所述传动小齿轮布置。根据本发明,滚动轴承以背对背布置(O形布置)来定位,其中还提出,小齿轮轴是变速器的组成部分并且在小齿轮轴上,在两个滚动轴承之间的区域中布置由一变速器的驱动齿轮,该驱动齿轮借助滑动连接结构被推到小齿轮轴上并且在圆周方向上抗扭地和/或形锁合地被保持。此外根据本发明提出,驱动齿轮通过连接在其上的并且被推到小齿轮轴上的间隔环以及通过所述位于外部的滚动轴承的接靠在间隔环上的内圈借助弹簧元件向小齿轮轴的环形肩部预加应力,其中弹簧元件在所述位于外部的滚动轴承的内圈与一卡合在小齿轮轴的环形凹槽中的安全环之间压紧或者夹紧。
利用这种结构可以以在构造方面简单的和价廉的方式,在同时压紧和固定了变速器的优选地由圆柱齿轮形成的驱动齿轮的情况下实现所述位于外部的滚动轴承特别是圆锥滚子轴承在推动侧的支承。此外可令人惊奇地通过弹簧元件在差速器的整个运行范围上保持对于支承结构--特别是在使用圆锥滚子轴承时--相对较高的预应力力矩。在此当然必须这样来设计弹簧元件,即它的弹簧力可以支承在行驶运行中出现的由传动小齿轮特别在减速滑行运行(Schubbetrieb)时施加的轴向力。
由于用于弹簧元件的保持件由卡合在小齿轮轴的环形凹槽中的安全环/挡环(Sicherungsring)形成且该安全环将其保持在预紧状态中,因此可以提供在制造技术和构造方面特别简单的解决方法,而无需使用投入高的螺纹-和轴螺母/锁紧螺母(Wellenmutter)设计方案。
弹簧元件连同对应的安全环一起还可以、特别是和轴螺母相比在重量方面非常有利地制造。
弹簧元件特别优选地是横截面为Ω形(Omega形)的和/或波浪形的钢弹簧,其具有轴向优选在两侧凸出的环形凸缘。这种钢弹簧能相对价廉地制造,可以施加高的预应力并且沿轴向方向所需的安装空间特别小。
小齿轮轴还可以布置在具有集成的差速器的变速器中,其中,共同的变速器壳体的彼此相邻的端壁容纳各一个滚动轴承特别是圆锥滚子轴承,并且在端壁之间、在小齿轮轴上通过细牙花键连接结构在圆周方向上形锁合地推装有变速器的驱动齿轮。由此获得了在构造方面特别有利的、需要的轴向安装空间较小并且具有坚固的结构的集成的差速器,并且该结构还具有定位在滚动轴承特别是圆锥滚子轴承之间的变速器的驱动圆柱齿轮。
对此还提出了,变速器的差速器室和变速箱室通过一位于界定差速器室的端壁与小齿轮轴之间的轴密封环油密封地彼此分开,其中紧邻传动小齿轮的位于内部的第一滚动轴承定位在差速器室中,而驱动齿轮以及位于外部的第二滚动轴承定位在变速箱室中并且被不同地施加润滑油。

具体实施方式
在附图中逐段地并且在小齿轮轴12的纵截面中示出了具有一集成的差速器14的机动车变速器10,然而这里仅仅对其作这样描述,即对于本发明的理解是必需的程度。
小齿轮轴12具有一锥形小齿轮16,该锥形小齿轮通过例如准双曲面齿轮啮合方式和差速器14的从动锥齿轮18啮合。差速器14可以是用于驱动例如机动车前轮的常见的锥齿轮差速器。
小齿轮轴12通过两个背对背布置(O形布置)(见图示的点划线表示的作用线)的圆锥滚子轴承20、22能旋转地但是不能轴向移动地支承在组装的壳体24、26中或者说支承在相应的端壁24a、26a上。仅仅部分看到的壳体24、26分别包围一个差速器室28和一个变速箱室30,在其中为了润滑可动的差速器-和变速器元件而储存有润滑油。
圆锥滚子轴承20、22的外圈20a,22a沿载荷方向轴向不可移动地被压入在端壁24a、26a相应的支承孔中,而内圈20b、22b被压在小齿轮轴12的旋转对称的轴部段上;内圈20b在此抵靠在形成在锥形小齿轮16上的环形肩部16a上。
此外,小齿轮轴12具有细牙花键连接结构32,变速器10的驱动圆柱齿轮34被压合在该细牙花键连接结构上。该圆柱齿轮34如所示地布置在两个端壁24a、26a之间并且通过未进一步描述的变速器10的驱动元件持久地被驱动。
此外,在小齿轮轴12上设计有直径较小的轴部段12a,在其上放置有抵靠在圆柱齿轮34的毂部上的间隔片36并且轴向相邻地安放有与锥形小齿轮16进一步间隔开的圆锥滚子轴承22的内圈22b。间隔片36将圆柱齿轮34的毂部相对于小齿轮轴12的环形肩部12b压紧。
为了提供在整个运行范围内在圆锥滚子轴承20、22之间的确定的支承预应力并且为了接纳可能由锥形小齿轮16和从动锥齿轮18的准双曲面齿部或锥形齿部啮合时产生的拉力和推力的轴向分量,在小齿轮轴12的轴部段12a上放置有横截面为波浪形的确定材料强度/尺寸的钢弹簧38,其轴向突出的环形凸缘38a给内圈22b面对(该钢弹簧)的端面加载,而反向的环形凸缘38b支承在一安全环40上,该安全环卡合在轴部段12a中的对应的环形凹槽12c中。
钢弹簧38具有其半圆形的中间部段38c和通过倒圆的过渡部对齐的环形凸缘38a、38b,该钢弹簧在结构上(材料强度/尺寸、弹簧刚度)这样设计,即钢弹簧38在变速器10和差速器14的整个运行范围上保持确定的支承预应力。
为了将钢弹簧38安装在小齿轮轴12上需要张紧工具(未示出),借助该工具能将钢弹簧38沿轴向方向压缩,直到插入在张紧工具中的安全环40卡合到小齿轮轴12对应的环形凹槽12c中。该安全环38特别可以是锁紧/止动环。
为了将变速箱室30和差速器室28分开,使用了一轴密封环42,其压入端壁24a的环形的突出部中并且其密封地抵靠在位于圆锥滚子轴承20的内圈20b与圆柱齿轮34的毂部之间的轴部段上。由此使圆锥滚子轴承20定位在差速器室28内部,而圆柱齿轮34和第二圆锥滚子轴承22则布置在变速箱室30中。
本发明不限于所描述的实施例。取代描述的钢弹簧38例如也可能使用另一种弹簧件、例如盘形弹簧或者盘形弹簧组。

Claims (4)

1.一种用于对机动车差速器的小齿轮轴进行支承的装置,其中驱动所述差速器并具有传动小齿轮、特别是锥形小齿轮的所述小齿轮轴通过两个插入到所述差速器的壳体中的、轴向彼此间隔开的滚动轴承、特别是圆锥滚子轴承以能转动的方式被支承,所述滚动轴承中的内部的第一滚动轴承和外部的第二滚动轴承相比更接近于所述传动小齿轮布置,其特征在于,所述滚动轴承(20,22)以背对背布置的方式定位,
此外,所述小齿轮轴(12)还是变速器(10)的组成部分并且在所述小齿轮轴(12)上在两个所述滚动轴承(20,22)之间的区域中布置有所述变速器(10)的驱动齿轮(34),所述驱动齿轮借助滑动连接结构(32)被推到所述小齿轮轴上以及在圆周方向上抗扭地和/或形锁合地被保持,
