Description
Claims (13)
- 自動車の複数の駆動軸のための車軸接続解除システムであって、
2つの軸方向端部を有する第1係合バネと、
動力源と、
半径方向内側面に複数のネジ山が形成された固定車軸ハウジングと、
半径方向内側面および複数のネジ山が形成された半径方向外側面を有し、前記動力源に駆動的に接続されたスライドギアであって、前記固定車軸ハウジングの前記複数のネジ山が、前記スライドギアの前記複数のネジ山と噛み合う、スライドギアと、
2つの軸方向端部および半径方向外側面を有し、第1車軸ハーフシャフトに駆動的に接続され、一方の軸方向端部面に複数の歯が形成された第1サイドギアと、
一端に複数の歯が形成され、第2車軸ハーフシャフトに駆動的に接続される第2サイドギアであって、前記第2サイドギアの前記複数の歯は、前記第1サイドギアの前記複数の歯と選択的に係合する、第2サイドギアと、
前記第1サイドギアの前記半径方向外側面と前記スライドギアの前記半径方向内側面との間に配置された第1ベアリングと、
を備え、
前記第1係合バネは、前記第1サイドギアの前記半径方向外側面に配置され、前記第1係合バネの一方の軸方向端部は前記第1ベアリングに接続され、前記第1係合バネの他方の軸方向端部は前記第1サイドギアに接続され、
前記スライドギアは、前記第1サイドギアの前記複数の歯の回転方向の位置と、前記第2サイドギアの前記複数の歯の回転方向の位置とが位置合わせされていない場合に、前記第1係合バネに負荷を与え、前記第1サイドギアに力を及ぼし、前記第1サイドギアの前記複数の歯と前記第2サイドギアの前記複数の歯とが噛み合わされた係合状態にすべく、前記複数のネジ山に沿って動く、車軸接続解除システム。 - 前記動力源は、電気モータである、請求項1に記載の車軸接続解除システム。
- 前記スライドギアは、軸方向延在部および半径方向延在部を有し、前記複数のネジ山は、前記軸方向延在部に形成される、請求項1または請求項2に記載の車軸接続解除システム。
- 前記動力源と、前記スライドギアとに駆動的に接続される駆動ギアをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の車軸接続解除システム。
- 前記駆動ギアおよびスライドギアは、1よりも大きなギア比を有する、請求項4に記載の車軸接続解除システム。
- 前記第1サイドギアは、軸方向延在部および半径方向延在部を有し、前記第1係合バネの前記一方の軸方向端部は、前記第1サイドギアの前記半径方向延在部に接続する、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の車軸接続解除システム。
- 前記第1ベアリングは、前記第1サイドギアの前記軸方向延在部に連結される、請求項6に記載の車軸接続解除システム。
- 前記第1ベアリングは、外側軌道および内側軌道を有し、前記外側軌道は前記スライドギアに固定され、前記内側軌道は前記第1サイドギアに連結される、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の車軸接続解除システム。
- 前記動力源は、前記固定車軸ハウジングの外に配置される、請求項1から請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の車軸接続解除システム。
- 外側軌道および内側軌道を有する第2ベアリングであって、前記第2サイドギアが前記第2ベアリングの前記内側軌道に固定され、前記固定車軸ハウジングが前記第2ベアリングの前記外側軌道に固定される第2ベアリングをさらに備える、請求項1から請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の車軸接続解除システム。
- 前記第1サイドギアの前記半径方向外側面に配置され、2つの軸方向端部を有する第2係合バネをさらに備え、前記第2係合バネの一方の軸方向端部は前記第1ベアリングに接続され、前記第2係合バネの他方の軸方向端部は前記第1サイドギアに接続され、
前記第2係合バネは、前記第1係合バネとは前記第1ベアリングの軸方向反対側に配置され、
前記第2係合バネは圧縮性であり、係合状態から脱する場合に、前記スライドギアが複数のネジ山に沿って動かされることを許容する、請求項1に記載の車軸接続解除システム。 - 前記第1ベアリングと前記第2係合バネとの間に段付スペーサをさらに備える、請求項11に記載の車軸接続解除システム。
- 前記第1サイドギアは軸方向延在部および半径方向延在部を有し、前記第1係合バネの前記他方の軸方向端部は前記第1サイドギアの前記半径方向延在部に接続し、
前記第1係合バネおよび前記第2係合バネは、前記第1サイドギアの前記軸方向延在部の前記半径方向外側面に配置される、請求項11または請求項12に記載の車軸接続解除システム。
