Abstract
Description
本发明涉及包含两性、阳离子和非离子表面活性剂的纺织品辅助组合物,和使聚酰胺和氨纶(elastane)纤维的掺合物染色的方法。
经常在聚酰胺/氨纶(PA/EL)掺合物染色期间出现的不利影响是纤维掺合物的PA和EL部分之间的色调(shade)差异,特别在暗色调染色时。
通过施加辅助剂,如一些特定季铵盐,可改善经染色的掺合物的外观,这增强氨纶部分的色调深度,因此实现掺合物的某些色调上的(on-tone)着色。
另一方面,使用这些辅助剂通常与牢度(fastness)性质的变坏相关,特别是耐湿牢度。
另外,这些色调增强剂加到染料液体通常引起某种程度的沉淀。
现已发现,通过施加含有两性、阳离子和非离子表面活性剂的纺织品辅助剂,可克服上述缺点。
因此,本发明涉及一种组合物,所述组合物包含:
(a)下式的甜菜碱
其中R1为脂族C4-C30-烃的单价基团;
R2和R3相互独立表示C1-C12烷基且
X和Y相互独立表示脂族C1-C12-烃的二价基团;
(b)式(2)的季铵盐
其中R4为脂族C4-C30-烃的单价基团;
R5、R6和R7相互独立表示C1-C12烷基、C5-C24芳基或C6-C30芳烷基;
A-为卤离子(halogenide)、硝酸根、硫酸氢根或磺酸根;和
(c)烷氧基化脂肪醇。
式(1)的甜菜碱称为两性表面活性剂,它们市售可得,或者可根据已知方法制备,例如,通过氯甲酸与相应的胺反应。
式(1)中的R1适合为从脂肪醇衍生的饱和或不饱和脂族基团,例如,正丁基、正戊基、正癸基、正十一烷基、正十二烷基、硬脂基、二十烷基、9-十六碳烯基、9-十八碳烯基、11-十八碳烯基或十八碳三烯基。
X和Y可以为饱和或不饱和脂族二价基团,如亚甲基、亚乙基、亚丙基、三亚甲基、四亚甲基、六亚甲基、2-丁烯-1,4-二基和2-戊烯-1,5-二基。
作为基团R2和R3的烷基的实例为甲基、乙基、正丙基、异丙基、正丁基、异丁基、仲丁基、叔丁基、正戊基、新戊基、正己基、正庚基、正辛基、异辛基、正癸基和正十二烷基。
优选组分(a)为式(1)的甜菜碱,其中R1为正十一烷基。
在式(1)中,X优选为三亚甲基。
在式(1)中,Y优选为亚甲基。
在另一个优选的实施方案中,组分(a)为式(1)的甜菜碱,其中R2和R3表示甲基。
椰油酰氨基丙基甜菜碱特别优选作为组分(a)。
式(2)的季铵盐称为阳离子表面活性剂,并且可根据已知方法制备。
式(2)中的R4适合为从脂肪醇衍生的饱和或不饱和脂族基团,例如,正丁基、正戊基、正癸基、正十一烷基、正十二烷基、硬脂基、二十烷基、9-十六碳烯基、9-十八碳烯基、11-十八碳烯基或十八碳三烯基。
作为基团R5、R6和R7的烷基的实例为甲基、乙基、正丙基、异丙基、正丁基、异丁基、仲丁基、叔丁基、正戊基、新戊基、正己基、正庚基、正辛基、异辛基、正癸基和正十二烷基。
作为基团R5、R6和R7的芳基的实例为苯基、甲苯基、2,4,6-三甲基苯基、2,4,6-三异丙基苯基(isityl)、2-羟基苯基、4-羟基苯基、2-氯苯基、4-氯苯基、2,6-二氯苯基、2-氨基苯基、3-氨基苯基、4-氨基苯基、4-甲氧基苯基、4-乙氧基苯基、萘基和菲基。
适合的芳烷基的实例为苄基、2-苯基乙基、甲苯基甲基、2,4,6-三甲基苯基甲基和4-氯苯基甲基。
优选组分(b)为式(2)的季铵盐,其中R4为正十二烷基。
在式(2)中,R5优选为苄基。
R6和R7优选表示甲基。
式(2)中的A-优选为卤离子或磺酸根,特别为氯离子。
氯化十二烷基二甲基苄基铵特别优选作为组分(b)。
适合作为组分(c)的烷氧基化脂肪醇已知,并且可根据已知方法制备,例如通过脂肪醇与相应的环氧烷(例如环氧乙烷或环氧丙烷)反应制备。
在一个优选的实施方案中,组分(c)为乙氧基化或丙氧基化棕榈油醇、硬脂醇、反油醇(elaidyl alcohol)、油醇、亚油醇(linoleyl alcohol)或亚麻醇(linolenyl alcohol)。
乙氧基化油醇特别优选作为组分(c)。
在一个特别优选的实施方案中,本发明的组合物包含
(a)椰油酰氨基丙基甜菜碱;
(b)氯化十二烷基二甲基苄基铵和
(c)乙氧基化油醇。
组分(a)、(b)和(c)的量的比率可在宽限度内变化。
优选组分(a)的量为30至70重量份,更优选40至60重量份,而组分(b)的量为15至40重量份,更优选20至30重量%,且组分(c)的量为15至40重量份,更优选20至30重量%。
本发明的辅助组合物通常作为具有约5至50重量%(优选10至30重量%)总固体含量的水溶液施加。为了保持中性至微酸性pH,可适当向水溶液加入少量碱,例如氢氧化钠。
含有本发明的辅助组合物的水溶液为低粘度的储存稳定的液体制剂,所述液体制剂可容易地测量和配料且可用自动分配系统施加。
该水溶液在封闭容器中在20℃稳定储存多于一年;它在低于冰点的温度固化,但在加热到室温后可再次使用,而不损失效力。
该溶液对硬水稳定,并且对在纺织品处理中正常遇到的量的碱、酸和电解质稳定。
除了组分(a)、(b)和(c)外,本发明的辅助组合物可包含其它常用添加剂,如分散剂、湿润剂、匀染剂和防沫剂。
本发明的辅助组合物可在染色过程之前在预处理过程中施加到纺织品材料,或者,优选在与染料和任选其它添加剂相同的液体中施加。
与其它常用色调增强剂不同,本发明的辅助剂不导致染料颗粒沉淀。
本发明还涉及使聚酰胺和氨纶纤维的掺合物染色的方法,所述方法包含用含有本发明的辅助组合物和至少一种染料的含水液体处理所述纤维。
染色优选用反应性(reactive)染料、金属络合物染料或酸染料进行,如例如Colour Index,第三版(1971)所述是适合的。
在纤维材料染色中使用的染料可包含其它添加剂,例如氯化钠或糊精。
PA/EL掺合物经常以用于女用内衣、游泳衣和运动衣及高价运动装的弹性针织物的形式应用。
纺织品材料可以任何形式使用,例如纤维、纱、制造织物或针织织物的形式。
用本发明的辅助组合物处理纤维材料优选根据尽染法(exhaustprocess)进行,在此情况下,液体比率可选自宽范围,例如1∶3至1∶100,优选1∶4至1∶50,尤其1∶5至1∶20。
通常,在本发明的辅助组合物以0.1至20g/升(优选0.2至10g/升)的量使用时,得到良好结果。
不需要特殊的装置。例如,可使用常用染色装置,例如开放浴、绞盘染槽、卷染机(jig)或桨叶、喷射或循环装置。
程序有利地在例如20至130℃温度进行,优选50至120℃,尤其60至100℃。处理时间可以为例如10至90分钟,优选15至60分钟。
本发明的一个优选实施方案包含使PA/EL掺合物纤维染色的方法,其中使未染色的纺织品纤维材料与包含权利要求1的组合物的含水尽染液体在40至60℃接触。加入染料和任选的其它添加剂,然后使温度升高到90至150℃,优选95至105℃。在20至80分钟处理时间后,使液体缓慢冷却,用水漂洗,干燥,如有必要,经过后处理和后固着步骤。
除了本发明的辅助剂和染料外,该液体可包含其它常用添加剂,如电解质(例如,氯化钠或硫酸钠)、分散剂、湿润剂和防沫剂。
纤维材料的染色可根据常用染色或印刷方法进行,例如,根据轧染或尽染方法。除了水和染料外,染色液体或印刷糊料可包含其它添加剂,例如湿润剂、防沫剂、匀染剂或影响纺织品材料特征的剂(例如软化剂、阻燃剂或防污剂、防水剂和防油剂)以及水软化剂和天然或合成增稠剂(例如藻酸盐和纤维素醚)。
在染料浴中使用的染料的量可根据所需的色调深度在宽限度内变化,一般已证明基于待染色材料的0.01至15重量%的量是有利的,尤其0.01至10重量%。
用反应性染料、金属络合物染料或酸染料染色优选在3至8的pH进行,尤其4至7。液体比率可选自宽范围,例如1∶3至1∶50,优选1∶5至1∶30。染色优选在50至130℃进行,尤其80至120℃。
按照本发明的方法,在PA/EL掺合物上得到染色,其区别点在于高匀染度和良好的牢度性质,特别是优良的耐洗牢度和耐湿牢度。
在按照本发明的方法施加反应性染料、金属络合物染料或酸染料时,在EL上实现黑色染料的深入强烈的累积,而没有任何耐湿牢度损失。这允许制造具有极端对比色(例如,黑色/白色)的衣服。
染色具有对热固着的高稳定性。
例如在女用内衣衣服模塑期间,观察到没有色调变化或耐湿牢度损失。
同时施加色调增强剂和染料意味着与增加过程安全和节省时间、水和能量相关的实质性过程简化。
以下实施例更详细地说明本发明。
辅助剂A为含有10.5重量%椰油酰氨基丙基甜菜碱、5.6重量%氯化十二烷基二甲基苄基铵、5.25重量%每分子平均含65个环氧乙烷单元的乙氧基化油醇和0.11重量%氢氧化钠的水溶液。
实施例1
在50℃,利用分别含有0(比较)、1重量%、2重量%或3重量%辅助剂A的液体,通过尽染方法处理10g聚酰胺/氨纶(70∶30)经编织物片。20分钟后,加入0.5g/l AlbaflowCIR(脂肪醇乙氧基化物,渗透促进剂,Huntsman提供)、1.0g/l AlbafluidE(润滑剂,Huntsman提供)、0.5g/l Univadine ER(匀染剂,Huntsman提供)和1.0g/l Albatex PS-35(匀染剂,Huntsman提供)以及0.8重量%C.I.Acid Yellow 220、0.6重量%LanasetRed PA 200%(金属络合物染料,Huntsman提供)及3.0重量%C.I.Acid Black 172,并使温度在40分钟升高到98℃。液体比率为10∶1。在98℃使PA/EL经编织物染色60分钟,在60℃经10分钟在水浴中漂洗两次,最后将产物在含有2g/l AlbatexDS(匀染剂,Huntsman提供)的漂洗浴中在60℃处理20分钟,在60℃经10分钟在水浴中再漂洗一次,并干燥。
对水(苛性)的牢度根据AATCC 612A通过评价渗色作用,即在洗涤过程中在浴中同时存在的未着色织物的着色度,来确定。结果概括于表1中:

实施例2
在50℃,利用含有1重量%辅助剂A的液体,通过尽染方法处理10g聚酰胺/氨纶蕾丝片(90∶10)。20分钟后,加入0.11重量%C.I.DirectYellow 6和1.5重量%C.I.Acid Black 172及1.0g/l Univadine ER(匀染剂,Huntsman提供),并在40分钟内使温度升高到98℃。液体比率为10∶1。在染料浴中未观察到沉淀。将PA/EL蕾丝在98℃染色60分钟,在60℃经10分钟在水浴中漂洗两次,干燥,并在180℃后固着25秒。如此得到的染色显示对氨纶纤维很好的色调上的作用。
Claims (14)
2.权利要求1的组合物,所述组合物包含式(1)的甜菜碱作为组分(a),其中R1为正十一烷基。
3.权利要求1或2的组合物,所述组合物包含式(1)的甜菜碱作为组分(a),其中X为三亚甲基。
4.权利要求1至3中任一项的组合物,所述组合物包含式(1)的甜菜碱作为组分(a),其中R2和R3表示甲基。
5.权利要求1至4中任一项的组合物,所述组合物包含式(1)的甜菜碱作为组分(a),其中Y为亚甲基。
6.权利要求1的组合物,所述组合物包含椰油酰氨基丙基甜菜碱作为组分(a)。
7.权利要求1至6中任一项的组合物,所述组合物包含式(2)的季铵盐作为组分(b),其中R4方正十二烷基。
8.权利要求1至7中任一项的组合物,所述组合物包含式(2)的季铵盐作为组分(b),其中R5为苄基。
9.权利要求1至8中任一项的组合物,所述组合物包含氯化十二烷基二甲基苄基铵作为组分(b)。
10.权利要求1至9中任一项的组合物,所述组合物包含乙氧基化或丙氧基化棕榈油醇、硬脂醇、反油醇、油醇、亚油醇或亚麻醇作为组分(c)。
11.权利要求1至9中任一项的组合物,所述组合物包含乙氧基化油醇作为组分(c)。
12.权利要求1至9中任一项的组合物,所述组合物包含30至70重量份组分(a)、15至40重量份组分(b)和15至40重量份组分(c)。
13.一种使聚酰胺和氨纶纤维的掺合物染色的方法,所述方法包含用含有权利要求1至12中任一项的组合物和至少一种染料的含水液体处理所述纤维。
14.权利要求13的方法,其中使用反应性染料、金属络合物染料或酸染料。
