Description
本发明涉及助剂组合物,还涉及改善未染色的、荧光增白的或染色的天然或合成纺织纤维材料的热稳定性的方法。
在各种纺织品加工步骤(前处理、使用荧光增白剂、染色、后处理)中,纺织纤维材料要经受热处理。特别在未染色物品以及可能已被荧光增白的物品的情况中,这经常导致令人不快的泛黄。
热量的作用也经常导致染色前后的不合需要的效果。例如,热前处理可导致对聚酰胺的氧化性损害,其表现为例如泛黄加剧或拉伸强度损失,或其还可能对可染色性产生负面影响。染色加工之后的热处理同样可导致色泽上不可接受的改变。

作为基团R1或R2的C5-C30芳基基团例如是苯基、甲苯基、2,4,6-三甲苯基(mesityl)、isityl、萘基或蒽基。
合适的C6-C36芳烷基例如是苄基和2-苯乙基。
优选使用其中X是1,2-亚乙基、1,2-亚丙基、1,3-亚丙基、1,4-亚丁基、1,5-亚戊基、1,6-亚己基、1,8-亚辛基、亚苯基或亚甲基-对-二亚苯基的式(1a)的化合物。
进一步优选其中Y1和Y2是-NR1R2、-CO-NH-NR1R2或-NH-CO-NH-NR1R2的式(1a)的化合物,其中R1和R2是氢、C1-C12烷基或C5-C24芳基。
特别优选其中Y1和Y2是-NR1R2、-CO-NH-NR1R2或-NH-CO-NH-NR1R2的式(1a)的化合物,其中R1和R2是氢、甲基或苯基。
通式(1a)的合适的化合物的例子是式(101)~(105)的化合物:
式(1a)的化合物是已知的并可以通过已知的方法合成。
式(1b)的合适的化合物是N,N-二甲基羟胺、N,N-二乙基羟胺、N,N-二正丁基羟胺、N,N-二苄基羟胺和N-苄基-N-甲基羟胺。
原则上任何阴离子或非离子表面活性剂或分散剂可用作根据本发明的组合物中的组分B。
合适的阴离子表面活性剂的例子是烷基磺酸盐、烷基苯磺酸盐、烷基萘磺酸盐、烷基硫酸盐、烷基醚硫酸盐、乙氧基化或丙氧基化芳基硫酸盐、乙氧基化或丙氧基化芳基磷酸盐、乙氧基化或丙氧基化芳烷基硫酸盐和乙氧基化或丙氧基化芳烷基磷酸盐。
合适的非离子表面活性剂例如是脂肪醇聚乙二醇醚、烷基酚聚乙二醇醚、失水山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯、环氧乙烷/环氧丙烷嵌段聚合物和聚甘油脂肪酸酯。
在根据本发明的组合物中,优选使用式(2)的化合物作为组分B,

R是C1-C20烷基、C1-C20烷氧基、C5-C24环烷基、C5-C30芳基、C6-C36芳烷基、-NHR3、-NR4R5、-NHCOR6或-NR7COR8,其中R3、R4、R5、R6、R7和R8各自相互独立地为C1-C20烷基、C1-C20烷氧基、C5-C24环烷基、C5-C30芳基或C6-C36芳烷基,对于烷基、烷氧基、环烷基、芳基或芳烷基而言,其可能是未取代的,或者可能被一个或多个羟基、氨基、磺基或羧基基团或卤原子取代,和
M是氢、碱金属阳离子或未取代的铵离子或被一个或多个C1-C20烷基取代的铵离子。
在式(2)中,Z优选为亚苯基或亚萘基和R优选为C1-C20烷基。
特别优选的组分B是式(2a)、(2b)、(2c)和(2d)的化合物:
其中R9是C1-C20烷基,R10、R11、R12、R13、R14和R15各自相互独立地为氢或C1-C20烷基,n是1~10的数字,以及M如前文所定义。
式(2a)的合适的化合物例如为辛基苯磺酸钠、壬基苯磺酸钠和十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
在本发明的组合物中,优选使用烷基苯磺酸盐或烷基硫酸盐作为组分B。
在本发明的上下文中,适合作为根据本发明的组合物的组分C的固体无机酸或有机酸理解为熔点F.>40℃的化合物。
多元无机酸及其酸式盐,例如H3PO4、NaH2PO4、H4P2O7、Na2H2P2O7和 Na2H4P3O10,以及未取代或取代的有机一元-、二元-或三元-羧酸或-磺酸适于此目的。
合适的固体有机酸的例子为一元羧酸,例如苯甲酸、水杨酸、抗坏血酸和甲苯酸;二羧酸,例如草酸、丙二酸、丁二酸、戊二酸、己二酸、庚二酸、辛二酸、壬二酸、癸二酸、马来酸、富马酸、扁桃酸、苹果酸、酒石酸、柠檬酸和外消旋酸;以及三羧酸,例如偏苯三酸。
在本发明的上下文中适合作为组分C的其它有机酸为含有羧基基团的低聚物或分子量(重均分子量)Mw>200的聚合物,例如不饱和羧酸(例如丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸或巴豆酸)的均聚物或共聚物。
优选将α-羟基羧酸用作组分C。
特别优选酒石酸、草酸、己二酸和柠檬酸。
在根据本发明的组合物中,组分A、B和C的量可以在宽范围内变化。
基于组合物总量(total composition)计,优选的组合物包含10重量%~50重量%,特别是20重量%~40重量%的组分A;44重量%~85重量%,尤其55重量%~75重量%的组分B以及0重量%~75重量%,尤其10重量%~60重量%的组分C。
本发明还涉及改善天然或合成纺织纤维材料的热稳定性的方法,所述纤维材料是未染色的、荧光增白的或者用活性、酸性、金属络合染料或分散染料染色的,其中用包含含上述组分A、B和C的组合物的溶液(liquor)处理所述纤维材料。
可以使用根据本发明的方法处理的纺织纤维材料可以是天然或合成纤维,也可以是它们的混合物。天然纤维的实例是植物纤维,例如棉、粘胶纤维、亚麻(flax)、人造纤维或亚麻(linen),以及动物纤维,例如羊毛、马海毛、开士米山羊绒、安哥拉山羊毛和蚕丝。合成纤维例如是聚酯、聚酰胺、聚氨酯和聚丙烯腈纤维。
根据本发明的方法特别适合处理聚酰胺纤维材料。
关于聚酰胺纤维材料,考虑天然聚酰胺纤维材料,例如羊毛或蚕丝;或者合成聚酰胺纤维材料,例如聚酰胺6或聚酰胺6.6;或者纤维混合物,例如羊毛/纤维素、聚酰胺/纤维素、聚酰胺/羊毛、聚酰胺/聚酯或者特别是聚酰胺/弹性纤维(elastane)混合物。纤维材料优选为合成聚酰胺纤维材料。
纺织材料能够以任何形式使用,例如以纤维、纱线、机织物或针织物。
用于本发明方法的包含以上定义的组分A、B和C的助剂组合物在溶液中的有利存在量为0.1g/l~100g/l,优选为0.5g/l~50g/l,特别优选为1.0g/1~40g/l。
根据本发明的组合物可以通过常规的染色或印刷方法施涂纺织纤维材料,例如通过喷雾涂覆或泡沫涂覆,通过尽染工艺(exhaust process),或者优选通过轧染工艺。
不必要特殊装置。可使用例如常规的染色装置,例如敞开式染槽(openbaths)、绞盘染槽、卷染机或浆状搅拌器、喷射或循环装置。
除了包含水和本发明的纺织助剂之外,所述溶液可进一步包含其它添加剂,例如湿润剂、消泡剂、匀染剂、荧光增白剂或影响纺织材料性能的试剂,例如柔软剂、阻燃剂或拒污剂、拒水剂和拒油剂,以及水软化剂和天然或合成增稠剂,例如藻酸盐和纤维素醚。
如上所述,根据本发明的方法可有利地用于热稳定未染色纺织纤维材料(白色物品)和染色纺织纤维材料,所述未染色纺织纤维材料可已经用荧光增白剂处理过。
在未染色或荧光增白纺织纤维材料的情况中,防止或降低了在热定形(热空气)过程中或模塑(接触热)过程中由热处理所引起的泛黄。
根据本发明的方法在荧光增白纺织纤维材料的处理中特别有效。
在染色纺织纤维材料的热稳定中,根据本发明的组合物可以在染色之前、染色期间或染色之后施加。
当所述组合物在染色之前使用时,可防止或降低未染色物品在所谓的预定形过程中的泛黄。
根据本发明的组合物优选在纺织纤维材料用活性、酸性、金属络合染料或分散染料染色之后施加。
用根据本发明的纺织助剂对染色纺织纤维材料进行的后处理在后定形(热定形)期间特别提供了一定程度的纤维保护,并且有效减少了该工艺步骤中经常发生的色泽改变,也就是说,色泽保持恒定,不存在消光和颜色强度损失。
在未染色或荧光增白纺织纤维材料的情况中,在用根据本发明的组合物进行处理之后没有观察到可感知的白度降低。
已令人惊讶地发现,用根据本发明的组合物处理纺织纤维材料还改善了耐 臭氧牢度、耐NOx牢度和耐氯牢度。
因此本发明还涉及改善天然或合成纺织纤维材料的耐臭氧牢度、耐NOx牢度和耐氯牢度的方法,所述天然或合成纺织纤维材料是未染色的、荧光增白的或者用活性、酸性、金属络合染料或分散染料染色的,其中所述纤维材料用包含含有上述组分A、B和C的组合物的溶液处理。
通过用根据本发明的组合物处理,也能令人惊讶地有效降低所谓的贮存泛黄(即,在纺织材料贮存期间发生的泛黄)。通常使用Courtauld泛黄测试来测量抗贮存泛黄性。
由Courtauld公司开发并由Marks & Spencer进一步开发的Courtauld测试是纺织行业用于评价由酚类抗氧化剂引起的泛黄灵敏性的确定测试。
用根据本发明的组合物处理的纺织纤维材料具有高的Courtauld牢度。
根据本发明的组合物可包含其它添加剂,例如湿润剂、分散剂或pH调节剂。
下述实施例用于阐述本发明。除非另外说明,温度以摄氏度给出,份数是重量份,且百分比涉及重量百分比。重量份涉及以相同于千克/升的比例的体积份。
实施例1-13:荧光增白聚酰胺的处理
(a)增白方法
通过尽染方法,用含有2.0%NFW液(荧光增白剂,Ciba SpecialtyChemicals)和1.0g/l EL(分散剂,Ciba Specialty Chemicals)的水溶液处理PA6.6变形经编织物(textured tricot)。用乙酸将pH调节至4.5。
液比1:20,30min/95℃
(b)助剂应用
通过轧染方法用包含表1所示的助剂组合物的水溶液处理经增白的织物。
带液率(liquor pick-up)100%,于70℃下干燥
按照Ganz的白度:230
然后对织物进行热定形测试(60s/210℃)和模塑测试(60s/210℃);与未处理材料的比较结果列于表2中:

实施例14-16:染色聚酰胺/弹性纤维的处理
通过尽染方法,用含有1.7%Blue2R(Ciba Specialty Chemicals)和1.0%Violet B(Ciba Specialty Chemicals)的水溶液(pH4.5)对PA6.6/弹性织物(82:18)染色。
在70℃,在每一种情况下使用含有30g/l助剂组合物的水溶液,通过轧染工艺,对该种方式预染色的织物处理2分钟,然后进行热定形(60s/180℃),所 述助剂组合物由30%己二酸二酰肼和70%DAM(分散剂,CibaSpecialty Chemicals)组成(实施例14),或者所述助剂组合物由30%己二酸二酰肼和70%NN904(分散剂)组成(实施例15),或者所述助剂组合物由30%己二酸二酰肼和70%十二烷基苯磺酸钠组成(实施例16)(带液比为约70%)。然后对该染色的织物进行氯浴水测试(chlorine bath water test)(100ppmCl2)。
表3示出与参照(未处理的染色织物)相比的色泽偏差(DEF值)。

Claims (14)
1.一种组合物,其包含:
(A)基于组合物总量计,5重量%~95重量%的至少一种式(1a)或(1b)的化合物
Y1-X-Y2 (1a)
A1A2N-OH (1b)
其中X是二价脂族基、芳族基、芳脂族基或脂环基,
Y1和Y2各自相互独立地为-OH、-CO-OR1、-NR1R2、-CO-NH-NR1R2或-NH-CO-NH-NR1R2,其中R1和R2各自相互独立地为氢、C1-C20烷基、C1-C20烷氧基、C5-C24环烷基、C5-C30芳基或C6-C36芳烷基,对于烷基、烷氧基、环烷基、芳基或芳烷基而言,其可能是未取代的,或可能被一个或多个羟基、氨基、磺基或羧基基团或卤原子取代,所述C5-C30芳基为苯基、甲苯基、2,4,6-三甲苯基、2,4,6-三异丙基苯基、萘基或蒽基,所述C6-C36芳烷基为苄基或2-苯乙基;
A1和A2各自相互独立地为C1-C20烷基或C6-C36芳烷基,所述C6-C36芳烷基是苄基或2-苯乙基;
(B)基于组合物总量计,0重量%~95重量%的一种或多种阴离子表面活性剂或分散剂;和
(C)基于组合物总量计,10重量%~60重量%的固体无机酸或有机酸,所述固体无机酸或有机酸是具有>40℃的熔点的化合物并选自H3PO4,NaH2PO4,H4P2O7,Na2H2P2O7,Na2H4P3O10,一元-、二元-或三元-羧酸或-磺酸,和含有羧基基团的低聚物或分子量Mw>200的聚合物;在每种情况中组分A+B+C的量之和为100重量%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其包含式(1a)的化合物作为组分A,其中X是1,2-亚乙基、1,2-亚丙基、1,3-亚丙基、1,4-亚丁基、1,5-亚戊基、1,6-亚己基、1,8-亚辛基、亚苯基或亚甲基-对-二亚苯基。
3.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其包含式(1a)的化合物作为组分A,其中Y1和Y2是-NR1R2、-CO-NH-NR1R2或-NH-CO-NH-NR1R2,其中R1和R2是氢、C1-C12烷基、苯基、甲苯基、2,4,6-三甲苯基、2,4,6-三异丙基苯基、萘基或蒽基。
4.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其包含式(1a)的化合物作为组分A,其中Y1和Y2是-NR1R2、-CO-NH-NR1R2或-NH-CO-NH-NR1R2,其中R1和R2是氢、甲基或苯基。
6.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其包含式(1b)的化合物作为组分A,其中A1和A2是乙基。
7.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其包含式(2)的化合物作为组分B:

M是氢、碱金属阳离子或未取代的铵离子或被一个或多个C1-C20烷基取代的铵离子。
8.根据权利要求7所述的组合物,其包含式(2)的化合物作为组分B,其中Z为亚苯基或亚萘基,R为C1-C20烷基。
10.根据权利要求7所述的组合物,其包含烷基苯磺酸盐或烷基硫酸盐作为组分B。
11.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其包含α-羟基羧酸作为组分C。
12.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其包含酒石酸、草酸、己二酸或柠檬酸作为组分C。
13.改善天然或合成纺织纤维材料的热稳定性的方法,所述纤维材料是未染色的、荧光增白的或者用活性、酸性、金属络合染料或分散染料染色的,其中用包含根据权利要求1所述的组合物的溶液处理所述纤维材料。
14.改善天然或合成纺织纤维材料的耐臭氧牢度、耐NOx牢度和耐氯牢度的方法,所述天然或合成纺织纤维材料是未染色的、荧光增白的或者用活性、酸性、金属络合染料或分散染料染色的,其中用包含根据权利要求1所述的组合物的溶液处理所述纤维材料。
