螺母7通过螺纹联接到柱塞12,该螺纹的螺距使得能够施加适当的胰岛素剂量。另外,螺母7有利地通过球轴承8而支承安装在座部元件9中。
然后应该通过逆时针转动而移除安装在容器壳体2上的针(未示出),通过将其从壳体2抽出而移除空容器,并且安装新容器。
为了安装新容器,应该将其插入容器壳体2中,通过顺时针转动而将容器壳体2置于主体壳体1中。接着应该固定新针并且用保护盖覆盖新针。
通过将旋转手动剂量设定环3(图1)顺时针转动而执行剂量设定。能够通过位于壳体1上的检验窗1.1在棘轮筒5的柱形部分上看到当前的剂量设定,检验窗与直线设置在锁紧键5.6上的刻度5.7一起包括指示装置。棘轮筒5的筒体以每四个单位标刻度,并且旋转手动剂量设定环3的转动伴随有每两个单位的特征性咔哒声(与0.02ml的胰岛素对应)。剂量设定能够实现至两个单位,其中通过检验窗1.1可见的刻度5.7停止在任一值或者给定剂量值之间,这容易检查,因为那时在检验窗1.1中看到两个连续剂量,并且红线指示器示出了它们之间的位置。
旋转手动剂量设定环3刚性地连接到联接套筒6。当要增加剂量时,联接套筒6(图2)顺时针旋转(沿针的方向看去),其中棘爪5.3的弹性臂在静止驱动螺母7的棘齿圈7.1的滑动边缘7.5上移位,根据旋转角度从棘齿圈7.1的一个锁紧边缘到相邻的边缘。棘轮筒5由联接套筒6通过在联接套筒6的内壁中形成的转向凹口6.1驱动,该转向凹口与位于棘轮筒5的内壁中的键5.4啮合。因此,当旋转联接套筒6时,棘轮筒5与其一起旋转。在顺时针旋转期间,棘爪5.3的弹性臂径向移位,可选地向内和向外移位。
棘轮筒5刚性连接到弹簧15,弹簧15又连接到弹簧座4。弹簧座4刚性连接到壳体1并且固定而不旋转。
在剂量设定期间,螺母7通过触发单元13借助于位于螺母7周边上的矩形槽7.7(图3)固定,该矩形槽与触发单元13的键13.1协作。
自动施加器的操作范围由两个锁紧键5.6(图4)限定,锁紧键5.6直接设置在棘轮筒5的外周表面上,与柱形壳体1的柱形表面的内部上的置于检验窗1.1上方的两个键1.3协作。所述键位于相反侧,并且同时略微轴向移位。该布置能够实现剂量设定元件的一个不完全旋转。
在设定剂量之后,能够通过沿针的方向按压触发单元13而致动胰岛素的剂量给药。触发单元13应该在胰岛素施加的全部时间内被按压。触发移位的范围由主体壳体1中的对应槽1.2中键13.1的移位来限定。在按压触发单元13之后,通过使齿圈与矩形槽7.7和触发单元13的键13.1分离而释放螺母7。该机构开始旋转,由来自拉簧15的力驱动。螺母7使得柱塞12在柱塞12的螺纹12.1上旋松。柱塞的旋转被柱塞锁紧引导件11的键11.1和形成在柱塞12中的凹口12.2(图5)锁紧。柱塞12直接作用在位于容器壳体2中的胰岛素容器的活塞上。其使得胰岛素从安装在容器壳体2上的针注射。该动作伴随着整个机构反向运动到其初始位置,即,拉簧15展开,棘轮筒5和刻度5.7返回位置“0”。
在完成剂量设定之后,能够释放触发单元13。触发单元13就会被直接置于触发单元13下方的弹簧14施力而自动返回至其初始位置,并且再次锁紧螺母7。
图2示出了自动施加器的棘轮机构的截面B-B,其中棘爪与螺母的齿圈啮合,图2中最佳可见的双动作离合器包括与棘轮筒5的主体径向联接并且与棘爪5.3联接的联接套筒6,棘爪5.3具有与驱动螺母7的齿圈7.5单独啮合的钩。
联接套筒6刚性连接到旋转手动剂量设定环3,棘轮筒5的主体刚性连接到拉簧15的保持件,该拉簧保持件呈保护性套筒的形式,能够将旋转手动剂量设定环3的旋转传递到拉簧15的保持件。
拉簧15(图1和图6)从针一侧安装在拉簧15的保持件中,该拉簧保持件呈保护性套筒的形式,刚性连接到棘轮筒5的主体。
适于固定、驱动、直线引导和锁紧柱塞12的旋转的一体驱动单元(图5)包括柱塞锁紧引导件11和驱动螺母7。一体驱动单元的构造能够通过将柱塞12推入壳体1中而手动退回柱塞12,使得柱塞最少地从壳体突出,从而允许例如具有胰岛素的新容器插入。
螺母7(如上所述)通过螺纹联接到柱塞12,该螺纹的螺距使得能够施加适当的胰岛素剂量。此外,柱塞12包括至少一个纵向槽,该至少一个纵向槽使得柱塞12能够通过至少一个键在柱塞锁紧引导件11中直线移位。
触发单元(图3)用在位于壳体1中的槽1.2内滑动移位的键13.1构成触发器13,从而利用驱动螺母7的矩形槽7.7锁紧齿圈。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于液体药物制剂的自动施加器,该自动施加器具体是用于胰岛素,更具体地用于来自可更换容器的药物的设定剂量的多次注射施加,该自动施加器包括主体壳体(1),该主体壳体连接到具有药物,尤其是胰岛素的可更换容器的壳体(2),该自动施加器具有适于排出药物的柱塞(12),所述柱塞(12)通过一体驱动单元仅直线移位,该驱动单元适于固定、驱动、直线引导和锁紧所述柱塞(12)的旋转,经由双动作离合器通过位于主体壳体(1)中的拉簧(15)驱动,所述拉簧(15)经由相同的双动作离合器单元通过旋转手动剂量设定环(3)拉伸,其中所述驱动单元通过触发单元(13)启动,并且通过指示装置指示剂量,所述自动施加器的特征在于其包括置于棘轮筒(5)的上部中的至少一个锁紧键(5.6),该至少一个锁紧键与置于柱形主体壳体(1)的内部中的至少一个键(1.3)协作。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自动施加器,其特征在于,该自动施加器包括直接置于棘轮筒(5)的外周表面上的两个锁紧键(5,6),所述两个锁紧键与柱形主体壳体(1)的柱形表面的内部上的置于观察窗(1.1)上方的两个键(1.3)协作。
3.根据权利要求1所述的自动施加器,其特征在于,适于固定、驱动、直线引导和锁紧所述柱塞的旋转的一体驱动单元包括螺母(7),该螺母有利地通过球轴承(8)而支承安装在座部元件(9)中。
4.根据权利要求1所述的自动施加器,其特征在于,指示装置包括位于锁紧键(5.6)下方的、直线设置在棘轮筒(5)的柱形部分上的刻度(5.7),以及位于壳体(1)中的检验窗(1.1)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的自动施加器,其特征在于,适于固定、驱动、直线引导和锁紧所述柱塞的旋转的一体驱动单元包括柱塞锁紧引导件(11)和驱动螺母(7)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的自动施加器,其特征在于,柱塞锁紧引导件(11)在座部元件(9)的齿圈中被锁紧,通过可更换胰岛素容器的容器壳体(2)被推向所述齿圈。
7.根据权利要求1所述的自动施加器,其特征在于,驱动拉簧(15)是扭转弹簧。
8.根据权利要求1所述的自动施加器,其特征在于,弹簧(14)直接置于触发单元(13)下方。
