Abstract

本发明涉及一种超压自动排气阀,包括进气口(1)、阀体(2)、阀座(3)、活盘(4)、阀罩(5)、排气口(6),进气口在阀体的底部开孔,设有软管(7),阀座(3)通过软管(7)与阀体(2)相连通并支承阀体,阀座与阀体两者通过调平螺杆(8)固定,活盘(4)安装阀座上方,活盘是重力式阀片。阀座与阀体两者之间的调平螺杆起码有三根,阀座顶端装有气泡水平指示仪,采用上述结构后,当与进气口相连通的管路内压力超过设计压力值时,活盘自动垂直方向顶开,气体排出;当排气压力低于设计压力时,活盘自动垂直下降闭气,阻止气体排出。

一种超压自动排气阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种超压自动排气阀,用于超压自动排气。
背景技术
常规的超压自动排气阀采用静重式原理,因此超压自动排气阀安装水平度将影响到排气启动压力的精准度。
发明内容
(1)发明目的
本发明的目的是,针对上述现有技术中要解决的问题,提出一种超压自动排气阀,在安装后可通过人工调节阀座的水平度,活盘能垂直起降,从而提高排气启动压力精确度。
(2)    技术方案 
本发明是这样实现的:一种超压自动排气阀,包括进气口、阀体、阀座、活盘、阀罩、排气口,进气口在阀体的底部开孔,设有软管,阀座通过软管与阀体相连通并支承阀体,阀座与阀体两者通过调平螺杆固定,活盘安装阀座上方,活盘是重力式阀片。
阀座顶端装有气泡水平指示仪,活盘材质为特氟龙塑料。
阀座与阀体两者之间的调平螺杆起码有三根,阀座顶端装有气泡水平指示仪,采用上述结构后,当与进气口相连通的管路内压力超过设计压力值时,活盘自动垂直方向顶开,气体排出;当排气压力低于设计压力时,活盘自动垂直下降闭气,阻止气体排出。超压自动排气阀在安装后,通过人工调节阀座的水平度,活盘能垂直起降,从而提高排气启动压力精确度。
采用上述结构后,当与进气口相连通的管路内压力超过设计压力值(大于重力式阀片)时,活盘(重力式阀片)自动在垂直方向被顶开,气体排出;当排气压力低于设计压力时,活盘在重力下自动垂直下降与阀座活盘安装孔闭合闭气,阻止气体排出。超压自动排气阀在安装后,阀座软管与阀体相连时仅仅是气路的连通,而阀体的固定于阀座是阀座与阀体设有的调平螺杆,通过人工调节阀座与阀体固定的调平螺杆的位置,可调节阀座的水平度,保证活盘能垂直起降,从而提高排气启动压力精确度。
(3)有益效果
本发明有益效果是:本发明提出的超压自动排气阀,在安装后可通过人工调节阀座的水平度,活盘能垂直起降,从而提高排气启动压力精确度,并可方便设有参数调节机构。本发明原理简单,技术方案容易实现。

具体实施方式
本发明的实施例1:参照图1所示,本发明的实施例1:一种超压自动排气阀,主要包括进气口1、阀体2、阀座3、阀座支持架3-1,活盘4、阀罩5、排气口6,阀座3通过软管7与阀体2相连通,两者通过调平螺杆8固定。阀座3顶端装有气泡水平指示仪9。活盘4材质最好为特氟龙塑料。
采用上述结构后,当与进气口1相连通的管路内压力超过设计压力值时,活盘4自动垂直方向顶开,气体排出;当排气压力低于设计压力时,活盘4自动垂直下降闭气,阻止气体排出。超压自动排气阀在安装后,通过人工调节阀座3的水平度,活盘能垂直起降,从而提高排气启动压力精确度。
阀座3的上方设有阀座支持架3-1,活盘4是一带中心杆的平盘,平盘紧贴在阀座3上平面进行密封,中心杆插在阀座支持架3-1的孔内,中心杆上可以套有配重环,用于调节阀的超压参数。本发明可以在净化和干燥系统中应用,通过超压将系统中气氛排出,未经处理的气体不能进入系统。

1.一种超压自动排气阀,包括进气口(1)、阀体(2)、阀座(3)、活盘(4)、阀罩(5)、排气口(6),进气口在阀体的底部开孔,其特征在于:设有软管(7),阀座(3)通过软管(7)与阀体(2)相连通并支承阀体,阀座与阀体两者通过调平螺杆(8)固定,活盘(4)安装阀座上方,活盘是重力式阀片;阀座(3)顶端装有气泡水平指示仪(9);活盘(4)材质为特氟龙塑料;阀座(3)的上方设有阀座支持架(3-1),活盘(4)是一带中心杆的平盘,平盘紧贴在阀座(3)上平面进行密封,中心杆插在阀座支持架(3-1)的孔内,中心杆上套有配重环;阀座与阀体两者之间的调平螺杆起码有三根。
