Abstract

一种液压油缸,它包括油缸以及在油缸内活动的活塞,所述的活塞与活塞回复装置连接在一起,活塞的另一端连接杆件,杆件和杆件回复装置连接在一起。采用上述技术方案的本发明,采用了回油无影响的液压油缸,液压油缸杆件能够快速回复,提高了油缸杆件的回复速度。

技术领域
本发明涉及回油无影响液压油缸。
背景技术
目前,液压油缸一般由活塞和缸体组成。活塞在液体压力作用下动作,在液体压力或者外力作用下回复。在活塞回复过程中,活塞需将油缸内液体排出,当回油孔较小或回油油路较长时,活塞会在油缸内液体的阻碍下,回复速度慢,造成活塞不能够快速回复到位。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供了一种回油无影响的液压油缸,该油缸能够排除液压油缸回复过程中回油的影响,使杆件能够快速回复到位。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
本发明包括油缸以及在油缸内活动的活塞,所述的活塞与活塞回复装置连接在一起,活塞的另一端连接杆件,杆件和杆件回复装置连接在一起。
所述的活塞回复装置和杆件回复装置均为弹簧。
所述的活塞回复装置和杆件回复装置为油缸。
所述的活塞回复装置和杆件回复装置为气缸。
采用上述技术方案的本发明,采用了回油无影响的液压油缸,液压油缸杆件能够快速回复,提高了油缸杆件的回复速度。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明包括油缸3以及在油缸内活动的活塞4,上述的活塞4与活塞回复装置5连接在一起,活塞4的另一端连接杆件2,杆件2和杆件回复装置1连接在一起。
需要说明的是,上述的活塞回复装置5和杆件回复装置1可以均为弹簧,也可以均为油缸或者气缸。
油缸的初始状态如图1所示;液压油缸动作时,活塞4在外界提供的液体压力的作用下动作,同时带动杆件2动作,如图2所示;当外界不提供液体压力时,活塞4在活塞回复装置5作用下,将油缸3内的液体排出,首先回复,不带动杆件2回复,如图3所示;杆件2在杆件回复装置1的带动下,在需要时回复到初始位,如图1所示。杆件2回复时没有活塞回复时的液体影响,可快速回复。

1.一种液压油缸,它包括油缸(3)以及在油缸内活动的活塞(4),其特征在于:所述的活塞(4)与活塞回复装置(5)连接在一起,活塞(4)的另一端连接杆件(2),杆件(2)和杆件回复装置(1)连接在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液压油缸,其特征在于:所述的活塞回复装置(5)和杆件回复装置(1)均为弹簧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的液压油缸,其特征在于:所述的活塞回复装置(5)和杆件回复装置(1)为油缸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的液压油缸,其特征在于:所述的活塞回复装置(5)和杆件回复装置(1)为气缸。
