 本实用新型涉及液压驱动装置,具体涉及液压缸减振装置。
背景技术
液压缸是将液压能转变为机械能、做直线往复运动(或摆动运动)的液压执行元件。它结构简单、工作可靠。用它来实现往复运动时,可免去减速装置,并且没有传动间隙,运动平稳,因此在各种机械的液压系统中得到广泛应用。液压缸输出力和活塞有效面积及其两边的压差成正比;液压缸基本上由缸筒和缸盖、活塞和活塞杆、密封装置、缓冲装置与排气装置组成。缓冲装置与排气装置视具体应用场合而定,其他装置则必不可少。
在液压系统中使用液压缸驱动具有一定质量的机构,当液压缸运动至行程终点时具有较大动能,液压缸活塞与缸体发生机械碰撞,产生冲击、噪声,有破坏性。
发明内容
本实用新型提供液压缸总成,本实用新型解决了液压缸运动至行程终点活塞与缸体发生机械碰撞,产生冲击、噪声,有破坏性的问题。
为解决上述问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:液压缸总成,包括液压缸体1,液压缸体1的活塞杆3从液压缸体1右侧液压缸盖中伸出;在液压缸体1右端固定连接有一个减振垫2,在活塞杆3上安装有一个挡板4, 挡板4与液压缸体1右端面平行,活塞杆3右端焊接有连接体5,连接体5上有通孔。
本实用新型液压缸上设置有减振垫和挡板,当活塞杆运动至行程终点,挡板冲击减振垫,从而起到缓冲作用。本实用新型优点:避免缸体发生机械碰撞和冲击,减少噪声,确保液压缸安全运行。

如图1所示,液压缸总成,包括液压缸体1,液压缸体1的活塞杆3从液压缸体1右侧液压缸盖中伸出;在液压缸体1右端固定连接有一个减振垫2,在活塞杆3上安装有一个挡板4, 挡板4与液压缸体1右端面平行,活塞杆3右端焊接有连接体5,连接体5上有通孔。
挡板4左端到减振垫2右端的距离小于活塞杆3的行程。

1.液压缸总成,包括液压缸体(1),液压缸体(1)的活塞杆(3)从液压缸体(1)右侧液压缸盖中伸出;其特征在于,在液压缸体(1)右端固定连接有一个减振垫(2),在活塞杆(3)上安装有一个挡板(4), 挡板(4)与液压缸体(1)右端面平行,活塞杆(3)右端焊接有连接体(5),连接体(5)上有通孔。
2.如权利要求1所述液压缸总成,其特征在于,挡板(4)左端到减振垫(2)右端的距离小于活塞杆(3)的行程。
