普通印刷与局部定位全息相结合的转印纸及其制备方法技术领域[0001] 本发明涉及全息防伪印刷包装材料,具体地说是一种普通印刷与局部定位全息相结合的转印纸及其制备方法。背景技术[0002] 最早用于烟、洒包装印刷的激光全息材料是激光全息材料是激光全息标识,作为产品包装的防伪标志。但是这一优势已渐渐地随着激光全息电化铝烫印箔的推广和大量使用而被弱化,激光电化铝在烟洒包装中应用,主要以印前烫印和印后烫印两种形式,印后烫印工艺相对简单,先烫后印,虽有一定的制作难度,但存在着烫印后印刷套印不准和印刷牢度问题,成品率低(薄纸),这样造成生产成本大为提高,从而使激光全息电化铝烫印箔的防伪和装饰功能也受到了极大的冲击和削弱,已不能满足包装防伪要求。于是,人们又对激光全息电化铝烫印箔的表现形式进行了扩展,从局部激光全息的设计和使用,拓展至印刷品外观表面全部,从而演变到激光全息转移纸和全息复合膜。目前全息转移产品的应用,主要是由专业激光全息制品厂家专业制作,以全息转移膜或全息转移纸的形式供给各复合厂或印刷厂家,由印刷厂进行胶印、凹印、丝印等方法印刷,大大增加印刷品的生产成本。因此各印刷厂为了节省成本,全息转移纸仅其局限于高档烟包、洒盒中应用,故还没有形成大规模使用全息转移产品用于中低档包装产品的局面。现在随着原材料的不断涨价、劳动力成本的大幅提高,越来越多的企业都从提高生产效率和降低消耗上下功夫,同时印刷行业已进入微利时代的今天,印刷产品防伪性、包装的视觉效果和印刷的低成本等各种因素都必须综合考虑ο发明内容[0003] 本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种普通印刷与局部定位全息相结合的转印纸,以解决现有整版全息成像层影响印刷品视觉,局部突出镭射视觉。[0004] 为此,本发明采用的技术方案为:普通印刷与局部定位全息相结合的转印纸,包括复合原纸,其特征在于所述复合原纸的一面自下而上依次为胶水层、局部全息反射层、多色油墨层、全息图像层、信息层、离型层。[0005] 上述普通印刷与局部定位全息相结合的转印纸的制备方法,其步骤如下:将离型层涂布在聚酯薄膜上,接着在离型层涂布信息层;然后将涂有离型层和信息层的聚酯薄膜送到无版缝模压机上,模压全息图像层,再用传统薄膜全自动高速凹版印刷机在全息图像层表面印刷多种颜色的油墨,形成多色油墨层,接着在不需要全息反射层的区域印刷水性油墨,形成水性油墨层,在水性油墨层和多色油墨层上真空镀铝,在水洗脱铝机上采用水洗脱铝的方法,洗去水性油墨层,得到局部全息反射层,然后采用湿式复合的方法,用胶水把上述制得的聚酯薄膜上印刷图案和局部全息反射层转移到复合原纸表面,剥掉聚酯薄膜,形成一种普通印刷与局部定位全息相结合的转印纸。[0006] 所述的信息层应耐180°C高温模压温度,同时具有耐磨、耐溶剂、可凹版印刷的特性。[0007] 本发明利用水性油墨层在真空镀铝时与铝层的附着力差,且极溶于水的特性,采用水洗脱铝的方法,在脱铝的同时洗去水性油墨层,而附着在多色油墨层上的铝层不受水洗影响,从而得到局部全息反射层。[0008] 所述的水洗脱铝机包括依次前后排列的放卷架、水洗脱铝槽、清水槽、烘箱和收卷架,水洗脱铝槽内装有逆转式快速水洗脱铝装置,所述的清水槽配有喷水清洗装置,喷水清洗装置的上方设有用于除去多余水分的挤干装置;所述的逆转式快速水洗脱铝装置由多个平行排列的逆转机构组成,每个逆转机构由两导向辊和位于两导向辊中间的逆转辊组成, 逆转辊的旋转方向与导向辊的旋转方向相反,即导向辊顺时针转动,逆转辊逆时针转动。[0009] 所述的水洗脱铝机还包括多个用于对薄膜起导向和支承作用的导膜辊。[0010] 本发明融合了激光全息技术、凹版印刷技术、真空镀铝技术和定位水洗洗铝技术、 复合转移技术等多项技术,能使造假者望而怯步,因此具有极高的防伪力度,用本发明生产的转印纸,激光全息材料厂可直接制成各种纸质包装盒,不需要再送专业印刷厂进行胶印等后续加工,印刷品的生产成本大大降低。[0011] 本发明在生产过程中符合国家节能、环保要求。[0012] 本发明采用水洗脱铝工艺,替代了酸洗或碱洗化学处理工艺,大大地改善了生产工作环境,由于可以对水进行过滤、沉淀、循环再利用,几乎做到了零污染排放。[0013] 下面结合说明书附图和具体实施方式对本发明作一步说明。附图说明[0014] 图1是本发明转印纸的结构示意图。[0015] 图2为本发明局部全息反射层水洗脱铝前的示意图。[0016] 图3为本发明局部全息反射层水洗脱铝后的示意图。[0017] 图4是本发明水洗脱铝机的结构示意图。[0018] 图5是本发明转印纸的生产流程图。具体实施方式[0019] 如图1所示的普通印刷与局部定位全息相结合的转印纸,复合原纸1的一面自下而上依次为胶水层2、局部全息反射层3、多色油墨层5、全息图像层6、信息层7、离型层8。[0020] 本发明工艺流程,如图5所示:聚酯薄膜一涂布离型层一涂布信息层一无缝模压一印刷多色油墨一印刷水性油墨一真空镀铝一水洗脱铝一湿式复合一剥离制备本发明时,将离型层8涂布在聚酯薄膜上,接着在离型层8涂布信息层7;然后将涂有离型层8和信息层7的聚酯薄膜送到无版缝模压机上,模压具有彩虹全息效果的全息图像层6,再用传统薄膜全自动高速凹版印刷机在全息图像层6表面印刷多种颜色的油墨, 形成多色油墨层5,接着在不需要全息反射层的区域印刷水性油墨,形成水性油墨层4,在水性油墨层4和多色油墨层5上真空镀铝,在水洗脱铝机上采用水洗脱铝的方法,洗去水性油墨层4,得到局部全息反射层3,然后采用湿式复合的方法,用胶水2把上述制得的聚酯薄膜上印刷图案和局部全息反射层转移到复合原纸1表面,剥掉聚酯薄膜,形成一种普通印刷与局部定位全息相结合的转印纸。剥离后的聚酯薄膜仍可回用。 [0021] 如图4所述的水洗脱铝机,其由依次前后排列的放卷架11、水洗脱铝槽12、清水槽 13、烘箱15和收卷架16组成,水洗脱铝槽12内装有逆转式快速水洗脱铝装置19,所述的清水槽13配有喷水清洗装置14,喷水清洗装置14的上方设有用于除去多余水分的挤干装置 18。所述的逆转式快速水洗脱铝装置由多个平行排列的逆转机构组成,每个逆转机构由两导向辊9和位于两导向辊中间的逆转辊10组成。水洗脱铝机还包括多个对薄膜17起导向和支承作用的导膜辊20。
