Abstract

一种聚丙烯基木塑微孔发泡复合材料及其生产方法,属于木塑复合材料技术领域,其特征是,所述复合材料由如下重量份数的原料制成:聚丙烯70,低密度聚乙烯30,生物质粉30-70,纳米碳酸钙3-7,相容剂2-8,发泡剂0.5-2.5,润滑剂2-8。本发明通过调整适当组分的配料配方及加工助剂,有效的解决了挤出机料筒及螺杆腐蚀严重的问题,延长了其使用寿命;并得到了一种连续均匀的微孔发泡木塑复合材料,降低了材料密度,扩大了材料的适用范围,使生物质粉得到更广泛的回收利用,变废为宝,保护环境。

Description

一种聚丙烯基木塑微孔发泡复合材料及其生产方法
技术领域
本发明属于木塑复合材料技术领域,具体涉及一种聚丙烯基木塑微孔发泡复合材料及其生产方法。
背景技术
木塑复合材料是指是指以生物质粉(木粉、农业秸秆粉等)为填充材料,应用填充改型或高分子化学等手段,与热塑性塑料一起熔融、捏合、混炼,再经高温高压挤出,冷却而加工成型的一种可逆循坏利用的优质材料。该类材料具有抗酸碱,吸水率低,不易变形,机械性能好,可回收利用等优点。这种材料密度较高,约在1.3kg/m3,材料的适用范围受到限制。该生产工艺对挤出机料筒和螺杆磨损比较大,导致挤出机使用寿命比较短。
发明内容
为了解决木塑复合材料在挤出过程中对挤出机料筒和螺杆磨损问题,延长设备使用寿命,降低生产成本。本发明提供了一种密度低、强度高的木塑微孔发泡复合材料的生产方法。
本发明的目的通过下述方案实现:
一种聚丙烯基木塑微孔发泡复合材料,其特征是,所述复合材料由如下重量份数的原料制成:

所述聚丙烯为市售商品,熔融指数2.5-3.5g/10min,维卡软化点150℃,洛氏硬度≥90R。
所述低密度聚乙烯为市售商品,熔融指数2.1-2.9g/10min,密度0.920-0.922g/cm3,断裂强度≥9.0MPa。
所述生物质粉是指木粉及农业秸秆等,粉碎颗粒为80-120目,含水率小于2%。
所述纳米碳酸钙为市售商品,比重为2.5g/cm3,平均粒径为40-80nm,比表面积≥22m2/g,酸碱值8.5-9.7,含水率≤0.9%。
所述相容剂是马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯,外观是白色或淡黄色颗粒,接枝率0.8-1.0%,熔融指数40g/10min。
所述发泡剂为市售商品,例如:选用BLA-611复合发泡剂,粒状,橘黄色,密度为0.57gm/cc,气体发生为47cc/gm。
所述的润滑剂为脂肪酸酯类混合物,外观是粒状物,滴落点67-77℃,比重1.005g/cm3
本发明配方中还可以包括有工艺量的着色剂,这样能获得彩色的木塑产品。
本发明还包括上述木塑微孔发泡材料的生产方法,步骤如下:
1)按重量比例10∶1将生物质粉和纳米碳酸钙加入高混机中混合,混合温度为105℃-110℃,混合时间为15-20分钟;
2)按重量比例将聚丙烯70份,低密度聚乙烯30份,处理后的生物质粉30-70份,相容剂2-8份,润滑剂2-8份加入高混机中混合,混合温度为105℃-110℃,混合时间为15-20分钟;
3)将混合的原料加入平行双螺杆挤出机进行混炼造粒,挤出机主机温度为190℃-230℃,转速为40-60转/分钟,喂料机转速为6-8转/分钟,挤出机熔体压力10-15M Pa,机头温度180℃,挤出速度200Kg/h,挤出后切粒;
4)按重量比例将木塑颗粒及发泡剂加入高混机中混合,混合温度为105℃-110℃,混合时间为15-20分钟;
5)将混料加入到锥形双螺杆挤出机挤出成型,挤出机温度在190℃-210℃之间,转速为40-50转/分钟,喂料机转速为4-5转/分钟,机头温度185℃,挤出速度600mm/min,挤出后定型冷却即可得到木塑复合材料。
锥形双螺杆挤出机上安装的模具不同,得到的材料截面就不同,根据需要选择模具。
本发明通过调整适当组分的配料配方及加工助剂,有效的解决了挤出机料筒及螺杆腐蚀严重的问题,延长了其使用寿命;并得到了一种连续均匀的微孔发泡木塑复合材料,降低了材料密度,扩大了材料的适用范围,使生物质粉得到更广泛的回收利用,变废为宝,保护环境。
具体实施方式
实施例1-3:配方(单位:重量份)

制法:按照实施例1-3的配方进行制备。
1)按重量比例10∶1将生物质粉和纳米碳酸钙加入高混机中混合,混合温度为105℃-110℃,混合时间为15-20分钟;
2)按重量比例将聚丙烯70份,低密度聚乙烯30份,处理后的生物质粉50份,相容剂6份,润滑剂0.5,1.5,2.5份加入高混机中混合,混合温度为105℃-110℃,混合时间为15-20分钟;
3)将混合的原料加入平行双螺杆挤出机进行混炼造粒,挤出机主机温度在190℃-230℃之间,转速为40-60转/分钟,喂料机转速为6-8转/分钟,挤出机熔体压力10-15MPa,机头温度180℃,挤出速度200Kg/h,挤出后切粒;
4)按重量比例将木塑颗粒及发泡剂加入高混机中混合,混合温度为105℃-110℃,混合时间为15-20分钟;
5)将混料加入到锥形双螺杆挤出机挤出成型,挤出机温度在190℃-210℃之间,转速为40-50转/分钟,喂料机转速为4-5转/分钟,机头温度185℃,挤出速度600mm/min,挤出后定型冷却即可得到木塑复合材料。
按照标准对复合材料测试,实施例1-3的测试结果如下:

1.一种聚丙烯基木塑微孔发泡复合材料,其特征是,所述复合材料由如下重量份数的原料制成:

2.根据权利要求1所述的聚丙烯基木塑微孔发泡复合材料,其特征是,
所述聚丙烯熔融指数2.5-3.5g/10min,维卡软化点150℃,洛氏硬度≥90R;
所述低密度聚乙烯熔融指数2.1-2.9g/10min,密度0.920-0.922g/cm3,断裂强度≥9.0MPa;
所述生物质粉粉碎颗粒为80-120目,含水率小于2%;
所述纳米碳酸钙比重为2.5g/cm3,平均粒径为40-80nm,比表面积≥22m2/g,酸碱值8.5-9.7,含水率≤0.9%;
所述相容剂是马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯,外观是白色或淡黄色颗粒,接枝率0.8-1.0%,熔融指数40g/10min。
3.根据权利要求1或2的聚丙烯基木塑微孔发泡复合材料,其特征是,还包括有工艺量的着色剂。
4.一种聚丙烯基木塑微孔发泡复合材料的生产方法,其特征是,包括如下步骤:
1)按重量比例10∶1将生物质粉和纳米碳酸钙加入高混机中混合,混合温度为105℃-110℃,混合时间为15-20分钟;
2)按重量比例将聚丙烯70份,低密度聚乙烯30份,处理后的生物质粉30-70份,相容剂2-8份,润滑剂2-8份加入高混机中混合,混合温度为105℃-110℃,混合时间为15-20分钟;
3)将混合的原料加入平行双螺杆挤出机进行混炼造粒,挤出机主机温度为190℃-230℃,转速为40-60转/分钟,喂料机转速为6-8转/分钟,挤出机熔体压力10-15MPa,机头温度180℃,挤出速度200Kg/h,挤出后切粒;
4)按重量比例将木塑颗粒及发泡剂加入高混机中混合,混合温度为105℃-110℃,混合时间为15-20分钟;
5)将混料加入到锥形双螺杆挤出机挤出成型,挤出机温度在190℃-210℃之间,转速为40-50转/分钟,喂料机转速为4-5转/分钟,机头温度185℃,挤出速度600mm/min,挤出后定型冷却即可得到木塑复合材料。
