Abstract

本发明涉及十八胺新型溶解剂,属于一种溶解剂。由如下体积份数的原料组成:水95~97份、冰醋酸0.9~1.1份、乙醇0.9~1.1份、硫酸化油1.8~2.2份;优点是此溶解剂对十八胺溶解性强,在溶解过程中可以不使用搅拌电机,且溶解后的液体成乳白色,流动性强,无颗粒状物质存在,易保存,不分层。

技术领域
本发明属于一种溶解剂,尤其是指一种有助于十八胺溶解的溶解剂。
背景技术
停用腐蚀危害很大,不仅在机组重新投运时,腐蚀产物导致水、汽品质不合格,而且会随同给水进入锅炉本体,在高热负荷部位沉积,从而产生新的运行腐蚀如浓缩腐蚀、垢下腐蚀等;有些腐蚀产物还会被蒸汽带往汽轮机造成汽轮机叶片腐蚀,且会附着在叶片、隔板等通流部分,影响汽机的经济性与安全性。停炉期间的腐蚀点,还会成为热力设备投运后新的腐蚀源,从而加剧运行中的腐蚀,常常引起爆管、断叶片等严重事故。因此,DL/T956-2005《火力发电厂停(备)用热力设备防锈蚀导则》提出了成膜胺法防锈蚀措施,即向热力系统加入一种成膜胺:一种长链有机胺类物质,如十八胺等,在热力设备内表面形成一种单分子或多分子保护膜,从而达到阻止金属腐蚀的目的,但这种有机胺类物质不溶于水。
传统的溶解方法:将十八胺溶解热水中,在溶解的过程中使用300rpm的搅拌电机进行搅拌,溶解后的溶液成乳液状,流动性差,还有部分颗粒状物质存在,不易向机组系统内添加且不易保存,放置几天后就会分层,十八胺会浮于上层。 
发明内容
本发明提供一种十八胺新型溶解剂,以解决十八胺在水中溶解性差的问题。
本发明采取的技术方案是:由如下体积份数的原料组成:
水:95~97份;
冰醋酸:0.9~1.1份;
乙醇:0.9~1.1份;
硫酸化油1.8~2.2份;
本发明优点是此溶解剂对十八胺溶解性强,在溶解过程中可以不使用搅拌电机,且溶解后的液体成乳白色,流动性强,无颗粒状物质存在,易保存,不分层。应用此新型的溶解剂配制的十八胺防腐剂在吉林省内多家电厂中得到了应用,得到大家的好评。

由如下体积份数的原料组成:
水:95份;
冰醋酸:0.9份;
乙醇:0.9份;
硫酸化油1.8份。

水:96份;
冰醋酸:1份;
乙醇:1份;
硫酸化油2份。
实施例3
水:97份;
冰醋酸:1.1份;
乙醇:1.1份;
硫酸化油2.2份。
上述原料混合即可。

水:95~97份;
冰醋酸:0.9~1.1份;
