Abstract
一种用于透气聚氨酯合成革的湿法浆料，按重量，包括60-80份聚氨酯树脂、5-10份微孔材料、10-25份填充剂、1-3份色浆、0-3份发泡剂和1-5份助剂。本发明以具有较强吸附能力的微孔材料制备聚氨酯合成革湿法浆料，提高合成革贝斯层的透气性能，制成的合成革具有具有透气性能好、有良好的卫生性能等特性。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于制革材料领域，涉及一种用于合成革的湿法贝斯浆料，以及制备该浆料的方法。
背景技术
合成革是模拟天然革的组成和结构并可作为其代用材料的塑料制品。通常以经浸渍的无纺布为网状层，微孔聚氨脂层作为粒面层制得。其正、反面都与皮革十分相似，并具有一定的透气性，比普通人造革更接近天然革。广泛用于制作鞋、靴、箱包和球类等。
为适应不同的应用情况，有必要提高合成革的透气性以便于水分快速排出，因此需要能够产生更多气孔，同时具有一定强度的聚氨酯浆料。
赵亚娟等人发明了一种聚氨酯合成革粒面浆料(CN1966852A)，包括干料铬鞣皮革2-15％分子量为2000聚酯多元醇5-10％二甲基甲酰胺45-80％一缩二乙二醇2-8％4，4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯5-26％阴离子表面活性剂0.5-1％非离子表面活性剂0.5-1％。所生产的合成革透湿性虽能达到400-700G/M2·24H，但仍略显不足。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种用于透气聚氨酯合成革的湿法浆料，提高合成革贝斯层的透气性能。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种用于透气聚氨酯合成革的湿法浆料的制备方法。
本发明所述的一种用于透气聚氨酯合成革的湿法浆料，按重量，包括60-80份聚氨酯树脂、5-10份微孔材料、10-25份填充剂、1-3份色浆、0-3份发泡剂和1-5份助剂。本发明以具有较强吸附能力的微孔材料制备聚氨酯合成革湿法浆料，提高合成革贝斯层的透气性能，制成的合成革具有具有透气性能好、有良好的卫生性能等特性。
聚氨酯树脂为溶剂型聚氨酯树脂或水性聚氨酯为载体的用于透气聚氨酯合成革的湿法浆料。水性聚氨酯能减少溶剂型树脂易燃性、毒副作用和毒性，更有利于环保。
微孔材料是4A沸石。其为白色固体颗粒，呈网络状结构，内含均匀小孔，平均孔径0.42nm，平均比表面积为600m2/R，不溶于水和有机溶剂，能吸附水分、液体、气体及不饱和有机物质。
填充剂是碳酸钙、滑石粉和木质粉中的一种或任何几种。
发泡剂是偶氮二异丁腈、偶氮二甲酰胺及其混合物中的一种。
助剂是山梨糖醇酐油酸酯、顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠和二甲基硅油中的一种或任何几种。
一种用于透气聚氨酯合成革的湿法浆料制备方法，先将聚氨酯树脂加至搅拌器中，然后依次加入微孔材料、填充剂、发泡剂、助剂、色浆，分散搅拌1小时收，抽真空、除去浆料中的气泡，得到一种透气聚氨酯合成革湿法浆料。
本发明技术方案实现的有益效果：
本发明用于透气聚氨酯合成革的湿法浆料，是以具有较强吸附能力的微孔材料制备聚氨酯合成革湿法浆料，提高合成革贝斯层的透气性能，制成的合成革具有透气性(2400G/M2·24H)能好、有良好的卫生性能等特性。采用溶剂型聚氨酯树脂为载体制得的浆料制成的合成革透气性至少为2400G/M2·24H。以水性聚氨酯为载体的透气聚氨酯合成革湿法浆料，减少溶剂型树脂易燃性、毒副作用和毒性，提高环保性，其透气性高于溶剂型树脂。
具体实施方式
以下详细描述本发明的技术方案。
实施例1
先将70份溶剂型聚氨酯树脂加至搅拌器中，然后依次加入10份4A沸石、12份木质粉、2份span-80、2份顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠、1份二甲基硅油、3份色浆，分散搅拌1小时收，抽真空、除去浆料中的气泡，得到一种透气聚氨酯合成革湿法浆料。
实施例2
先将65份水性聚氨酯树脂加至搅拌器中，然后依次加入8份4A沸石、10份滑石粉、6份碳酸钙、3份偶氮二异丁腈、1份span-80、2份顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠、2份二甲基硅油、3份色浆，分散搅拌1小时收，抽真空、除去浆料中的气泡，得到一种透气聚氨酯合成革湿法浆料。
实施例3
先将67份水性聚氨酯树脂加至搅拌器中，然后依次加入7份4A沸石、7份滑石粉、10份碳酸钙、2份偶氮二异丁腈、2份顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠、2份二甲基硅油、3份色浆，分散搅拌1小时收，抽真空、除去浆料中的气泡，得到一种透气聚氨酯合成革湿法浆料。
将实施例1、2或3制得的树脂用于合成革，制成的合成革具有透气性能大于2400G/M2·24H，因而有良好的卫生性能。
Claims (6)
1.一种用于透气聚氨酯合成革的湿法浆料，按重量，包括60-80份聚氨酯树脂、5-10份微孔材料、10-25份填充剂、1-3份色浆、0-3份发泡剂和1-5份助剂；
所述的微孔材料是4A沸石，平均孔径0.42nm，平均比表面积为600m2/R。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于透气聚氨酯合成革的湿法浆料，其特征是所述的聚氨酯树脂是溶剂型聚氨酯树脂或水性聚氨酯树脂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于透气聚氨酯合成革的湿法浆料，其特征是所述的填充剂是碳酸钙、滑石粉、木质粉中的一种或任何几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于透气聚氨酯合成革的湿法浆料，其特征是所述的发泡剂是偶氮二异丁腈、偶氮二甲酰胺及其混合物中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于透气聚氨酯合成革的湿法浆料，其特征是所述的助剂是山梨糖醇酐油酸酯、顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠和二甲基硅油中的一种或任何几种。
6.一种用于透气聚氨酯合成革的湿法浆料的制备方法，按重量，先将60-80份聚氨酯树脂加至搅拌器中，然后依次加入5-10份微孔材料、10-25份填充剂、0-3份发泡剂、1-5份助剂、1-3份色浆，分散搅拌1小时收，抽真空、除去浆料中的气泡，得到一种透气聚氨酯合成革湿法浆料；
所述的微孔材料是4A沸石，平均孔径0.42nm，平均比表面积为600m2/R。
