本发明公开了一种治疗口腔溃疡的中药散剂，由下述重量份的中药原料组成：冰片6-12份，吴茱萸9-15份，细辛2-4份，黄芪3-9份，甘草3-9份。上述治疗口腔溃疡的中药散剂的制备方法，将吴茱萸、细辛、黄芪、甘草烘干研磨成粉，过200目筛，然后加入冰片，混匀即得。使用时，用醋调和，并加入少量凡士林调成糊状，置于无菌纱布上，敷于脐部(神厥穴)，医用胶布固定，晚敷晨取，每日一次，每次敷贴时间不少于10小时。本发明具有成本低、疗效好、见效快等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗口腔溃疡的脐外用中药散剂及其制备方法。
背景技术：
口腔溃疡又称复发性阿弗他溃疡(recurrent aphthous ulcer，RAU)是最常见的口腔粘膜病。流行病学调查显示，每5个人中即有1人至少发生过1次溃疡，且不论男女、年龄、人种均可发生。目前，RAU的病因及致病机制仍不明确。RAU的诱因可能是局部创伤、精神紧张、食物、药物、激素水平改变及维生素或微量元素缺乏。系统性疾病、遗传、免疫及微生物在RAU的发生、发展中可能起重要作用。由于病因不明，RAU的诊断完全是基于病史及临床表现，缺少可作为确诊依据的实验室指标。RAU预示着机体可能有潜在系统性疾病，如胃肠、血液和内分泌系统的疾病，但临床上大部分患者身体健康，无系统性疾病。溃疡灼痛明显，呈圆形或椭圆形，具有周期性、复发性、自限性的特征。RAU又称为复发性阿弗他性口炎(recurrent aphthous stomatitis，RAS)、复发性口腔溃疡(recurrent oral ulcer，ROU)、复发性口疮(recurrent aphthae)或canker sores。临床上治疗方法有口服药物，如维生素B12、维生素C、抗生素和口含华素片等和局部外用药物，如冰硼散、锡类散、云南白药等。局部外用药起效比口服药物快，多为散剂、膜剂直接敷于创面或吹散在溃疡面上，这种方法存在着剂量小、吸收少、疗效不理想等缺点。为此我们探讨一种成本低、见效快、疗效好、无副作用的脐外用中药散剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为克服上述现有技术的不足，提供一种治疗口腔溃疡的脐外用中药散剂，其具有治疗效果好，见效快，治疗方法简单等优点，本发明还提供了这种散剂的制备方法。
一种治疗口腔溃疡的中药散剂，由下述重量份的中药原料组成：冰片6-12份，吴茱萸9-15份，细辛2-4份，黄芪3-9份，甘草3-9份。
优选的，本发明的中药散剂由下述重量份的中药原料组成：冰片9份，吴茱萸12份，细辛3份，黄芪6份，甘草6份。
上述治疗口腔溃疡的中药散剂的制备方法，将吴茱萸、细辛、黄芪、甘草烘干研磨成粉，过200目筛，然后加入冰片，混匀即得。
使用时，用醋调和，并加入少量凡士林调成糊状，置于无菌纱布上，敷于脐部(神厥穴)，医用胶布固定，晚敷晨取，每日一次，每次敷贴时间不少于10小时。
本药物没见明显副作用，局部皮肤过敏、糜烂、溃破、皮炎等患者禁用，孕妇禁用。
本发明所采用的原料的药理药性如下：
冰片：性味：辛、苦、微寒，归心、脾，肺经。功效作用：散郁火，通诸窍、醒脑提神。药理研究表明：冰片具有抑制金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的生长。冰片的促透作用主要在角质层、还能增加完整皮肤及其去角质皮肤贮库效应。同时使皮下毛细血管扩张，从而使药物易于进入血液循环，而使药物发挥治疗疾病的目的。
吴茱萸：性味辛、苦、热，归肝、脾、胃、肾经。功效作用：散寒止痛、降逆止呕、助阳止泻。用于厥阴头痛、寒疝腹痛、经行腹痛、脘腹胀痛、呕吐吞酸、五更泄泻、外治口疮。动物实验表明：吴茱萸具有改善微循环；调节胃肠功能；抗溃疡；保肝；抗缺氧作用。
细辛：性味辛，归肺、肾经。功效作用：祛风止痛、散寒解表、温肺化饮、宣通鼻窍。主治风寒头疼、牙痛、风寒感冒、寒饮咳喘、鼻塞鼻渊。药理研究表明：细辛具有有抗炎、抗病原微生物、镇静、抗组织胺、抗变态反应作用。
黄芪：性味甘、温，归肺脾经。功效作用：补气固表，利尿托毒，排脓，敛疮生肌。用于气虚乏力，食少便溏，中气下陷，久泻脱肛，便血崩漏，表虚自汗，气虚水肿黄芪圆片，痈疽难溃，久溃不敛，血虚痿黄，内热消渴；慢性肾炎蛋白尿，糖尿病。药理研究表明黄芪具有：①增强免疫功能(增强非特异性免疫功能和体液免疫功能)，②抗创伤感染，③增强机体耐缺氧及应激能力，④促进机体代谢，⑤改善心功能，⑥降压作用，⑦保肝作用，⑧调节血糖，⑨抗菌及抑制病毒作用，⑩激素样作用。
甘草：甘，平，归心、肺、脾、胃经。功效作用：补脾益气，清热解毒，祛痰止咳，缓急止痛，调和诸药。用于脾胃虚弱，倦怠乏力，心悸气短，咳嗽痰多，脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛，痈肿疮毒，缓解药物毒性、烈性。动物实验表明甘草具有增强肝脏解毒；抗溃疡；解经止痛；调节机体免疫力；抗心律失常等作用。
本处方以吴茱萸温中、止痛、理气、燥湿、解毒、化瘀、敛疮，黄芪益气脱毒生肌敛疮为主药；辅以细辛辛温解表、养阴清热，冰片开窍醒神、清热止痛、防腐止痒；甘草祛痰解毒、缓急止痛、调和诸药为使药。诸药合用清热解毒、敛疮生肌。现代药理研究表明，本散剂抗菌消炎、缩短溃疡愈合时间、增强和调节机体免疫力作用明显。克服了创面直接敷药剂量小、吸收少、疗效不理想等缺点。本散剂加工制作简单、用药剂量适中、而且脐部用药吸收快，夜间敷药不影响工作等优点，是值得推广的治疗口腔溃疡病的有效药。
本发明具有成本低、疗效好、见效快等优点。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例和病例对本发明作进一步的说明：
实施例1：制备治疗口腔溃疡的外用中药散剂，原料配方为：冰片9克，吴茱萸12克，细辛3克，黄芪6克，甘草6克。
制备及使用方法：将吴茱萸、细辛、黄芪、甘草烘干研磨成粉，过200目筛，然后加入冰片，混匀；使用时，用醋调和，并加入少量凡士林调成糊状，置于无菌纱布上，敷于脐部(神厥穴)。医用胶布固定，晚敷晨取。每日一次。
实施例2：制备治疗口腔溃疡的外用中药散剂，原料配方为：冰片6克，吴茱萸10克，细辛2克，黄芪3克，甘草3克。
制备及使用方法同实施例1。
实施例3：制备治疗口腔溃疡的外用中药散剂，原料配方为：冰片9克，吴茱萸12，细辛3克，黄芪9克，甘草9克。
制备及使用方法同实施例1。
实施例4：制备治疗口腔溃疡的外用中药散剂，原料配方为：冰片12克，吴茱萸15克，细辛3克，黄芪6克，甘草6克。
制备及使用方法同实施例1。
为了确定本发明所制取中药散剂的治疗效果，现对实施例1、4所得的两组药散剂进行临床试验，以验证其治疗效果。
一、本发明脐部外用中药与口服药物治疗效果对比
1、病例来源：
从我市几家大型医院抽取337例患有口腔溃疡疾病的患者，其中男177例，女160例，年龄在3-61岁之间，患病年限1-7年之间。
2、试验方法：
将患者分为3组，每组的患者年龄、性别、患病年限大体相同，其中前2组为治疗组，每组123人，分别对其使用本发明实施例1、4中药散剂脐部外敷(分别对应治疗组1和治疗组2)，治疗量即为配方量，每晚一次。治疗七天后观察疗效，如已痊愈则不需用药。第3组为对照组，91人，口服头孢氨苄片0.5g/次，3次/日，维生素B2片，10mg/次，3次/日，地塞米松片0.75mg/次，3次/日。
3、临床标准
临床诊断和治疗好转标准参照卫生部“临床疾病诊断依据治愈好转标准”。
4、治疗效果

由上表可以看出，本发明的中药散剂脐外敷治疗效果明显优于口服药物对照组，而且治愈时间缩短。
二、本发明脐部外用中药散剂与创面局部剂外用散剂治疗效果比较
1、病例来源，从我市某大型医院抽取286例患有口腔溃疡病的患者，其中男152例，女134例，年龄在3-70岁之间，患病年限在1-10年之间，其中包括遗传性口腔溃疡。
2、试验方法
将患者分为3组，每组患者年龄、性别、患病年限严重程度大体相同，其中前2组为治疗组、每组106人，分别对使用本发明实施例2、3的中药散剂脐外敷(分别对应治疗组1和治疗组2)，治疗量即为配方量，每晚一次。治疗七天后观察疗效，如已痊愈则不须用药。第三组为对照组，74人，使用冰硼散敷于溃疡创面，药物的主要成份为：玄明粉、朱砂、硼砂、冰片。每日3次，每次适量。
3、疗效标准
临床诊断和治疗好转标准参照卫部“临床疾病诊断依据治愈好转标准”。
4、结果

由上表可以看出，本发明的中药散剂脐部外敷治疗效果也优于局部创面散剂用药。且治愈时间缩短。
三、远期疗效
1、病愈：经过治疗后病损及症状消失，停药半年后仍无症状。复发：经治疗后，病损及症状消失，停药时间未满半年又出现症状及病损。
2、病例选择及用药方法：从以上试验治疗组病例中抽取40人，采用本发明实施例1的中药散剂脐部外敷，对照组抽取36人，采用冰硼散外敷溃疡创面，3次/日。痊愈半年后后观察复发率。

由表3可以看出，本发明脐外用中药散剂远期疗效明显优于局部创面外用散剂，而且降低了复发率。
典型病例鲁××，男，48岁，因口腔溃疡就诊，患者有口腔溃疡病史，每年不定期复发，溃疡面积大，持续时间长，每次使用散剂创面外用治疗，一般在7天痊愈。使用本发明的脐部外用中药散剂治疗，每晚敷贴，使用5天后痊愈，半年后随访无复发。
Claims (3)
1.一种治疗口腔溃疡的中药散剂，其特征是，由下述重量份的中药原料组成：冰片6-12份，吴茱萸9-15份，细辛2-4份，黄芪3-9份，甘草3-9份。
2.如权利要求1所述的治疗口腔溃疡的中药散剂，其特征是，由下述重量份的中药原料组成：冰片9份，吴茱萸12份，细辛3份，黄芪6份，甘草6份。
3.权利要求1或2所述的治疗口腔溃疡的中药散剂的制备方法，其特征是，将吴茱萸、细辛、黄芪、甘草烘干研磨成粉，过200目筛，然后加入冰片，混匀即得。
