自通风鞋
发明目的
本发明涉及自通风鞋,由其涉及适于在运动时穿着的自通风运动鞋。
本发明的目的是提供一种能够持续更新通过鞋身内部的空气并且可使空气通过鞋底排出以保持足部通风的鞋。
背景技术
现有的自通风类型的鞋是在鞋内底的局部或者全部面积上设置孔,以在鞋内底的下方形成一气腔,当鞋底承受重量时,空气会从该气腔入射至穿鞋者的足部,当穿鞋者抬脚时,该气腔会沿相反方向吸入空气。
这种类型的自通风鞋的不足之处是:如其按照常规的设计方式与足部的形状相适配,则由于从鞋身内部进入气腔的空气与从气腔进入鞋身内部的空气是相同的空气,使得能够与外界交换的空气很少,甚至有可能是零。这意味着这部分空气是温暖且潮湿的,因为,足部与空气持久地接触会对空气进行加热,另外,足部排汗会使空气变得潮湿。
发明内容
本发明提出的自通风鞋被设计为基于获得持续不断的更新的空气来解决前述不足之处,换而言之,空气从外部进入鞋身内部,通过足部进入相应的腔并再排出鞋外部,而不会再次进入该腔内,从而排除了再次进入鞋身内部的可能。
更具体地讲,提供的鞋是通过在用于分隔足部所在空间与下部的腔的鞋内底上设置多个孔实现的,所述多个孔形成了允许空气单向通过的多个阀,单向通过即,允许空气从足部所在的空间或从鞋的外部穿过鞋身内部进入腔,但阻止空气从这些孔流回;这是因为鞋内底上的该孔的下部被弹性片或弹性盖覆盖,且这些弹性片或弹性盖的一个或多个边缘精确的悬空以允许空气单向的从鞋身内部进入鞋底的该腔内,鞋底的该腔还设有多个排气孔或排气阀以允许空气从这些排气孔或排气阀排出且阻止空气从这些排气孔或排气阀再次进入腔内。这些排气孔或排气阀还可以设置为与压力调节器配合使用,从而可以对应穿鞋者的重量作出调节。
这样,当足部在鞋内底上作用重量时,或换句话说,向鞋底的腔施加压力时,鞋内的空气会向该腔运动,并等待从鞋底上提供的阀排出。
然而,当足部提起时,即当压力不再施加于该腔时,鞋底通过鞋内底上的多个孔或阀吸入空气以恢复其初始形状,从而使得该腔可被重新填充入来自鞋身内部的空气。
为了保证鞋底能够以足够快的速度恢复至初始形状,鞋底应该由具有适当弹性的材料制成,如有必要,还可提供弹簧、弹性条或其他元件来增强这一恢复效应,从而确保在足部未作用于鞋底时,鞋底保持在使其内部空间处于最大的位置上,而其会在外部压力消除时,即足部施加的重量消除时,迅速恢复至初始形状。
结果是,鞋内的与足部接触的热空气通过鞋内底上的多个孔或阀进入鞋底的腔内,鞋外部的新鲜空气进入鞋身内部。
显而易见,当在下一个迈步循环中,即再次在鞋底上施加重量时,鞋底的腔内的空气会通过鞋底侧部设置的单向阀排出鞋外,并且,在足部提起准备下一迈步时,空气会再次通过鞋内底上的单向孔从鞋身内部进入鞋底的腔内。
这样,通过该建立的空气流动路径,可将足部保持干爽、通风,或叫清新,从而减小甚至避免了排汗或过度发热。

具体实施方式
如附图所示,本发明中的鞋1可以是任何形状,其可由任何材料制成,且优选应用为运动鞋,其包括一鞋底,该鞋底包括一与鞋1的下支撑层对应的底面2,以及一鞋内底3,在底面2与鞋内底3之间形成一腔4,且该腔与鞋身内部5通过一系列形成于鞋内底3上的单向孔或单向阀6相连通,各单向孔6都覆盖有翻盖或弹性片7,这些翻盖或弹性片7的一个、两个或多个边缘与孔6相连,但需要留有准确悬空的边缘,从而允许空气从鞋1的内部5进入腔4,如图3所示,通过这些单向孔6,空气可单向流动,换而言之,空气可从鞋1的内部5流向腔4,但在作反方向流动时会被阻止。
腔4与鞋外部通过多个单向阀8连通,单向阀8可以被构建为,例如是一具有敞口的外端部的筒状元件8’,在该敞口的外端部内设有一球、薄膜或快门元件9,该球、薄膜或快门元件9允许向鞋外部排气,但当该球、薄膜或快门元件9闭合时,该单向阀8的筒状部就阻止空气向反向流动,换而言之,阻止空气向腔4内流动,但独特的是,如图5所示,快门元件9被条或者其他适当的弹性元件10保持在敞口部8’内,该条或者其他适当的弹性元件处于常规位置时,操作快门元件将筒状元件闭合。
根据这些特点,当穿鞋者的足部11压在鞋1的鞋底上时,如图1所示,压力施加于腔4内,该压力会将用于闭合孔6的翻盖或弹性片7上推,从而防止空气从腔4进入鞋1的内部5,这样迫使空气从腔4内通过单向阀8排出至外部。
而当足部提起时,由于鞋1的内部5内的空气不再上吸翻盖或弹性片7,所以内部5的空气会通过单向孔或单向阀6进入腔4,从而腔4恢复至其初始形状;这就建立了一恒定的空气更新路径,即空气将垂直的且单向的循环通过整个鞋;按照前面已经叙述的方式,穿过鞋内的进气口到达腔4内的空气会通过单向阀8排出鞋外,从而形成了对包在鞋1内的足部的通风,进而防止了足部出汗并保持了其干爽。

Claims (2)

1.一种自通风鞋,尤其是适于运动时穿的运动鞋,其包括一鞋底,该鞋底包括由一鞋内底从鞋的内部分隔出的腔,该鞋内底上设有孔(6),该孔(6)将鞋身内部与该腔连通,其特征在于:与作为鞋底内的腔(4)的上部的鞋内底相对应的孔(6)允许空气从鞋(1)的鞋身内部(5)进入鞋底的腔(4)中,但通过在鞋内底(3)的下表面的对应这些孔的区域上覆盖的弹性片(7),且使这些弹性片的部分周缘与鞋内底(3)相连,阻止空气从这些孔流回;该腔(4)还设有单向排气阀(8)并该通过排气阀(8)与外界连通,以允许空气从排气阀(8)排出且阻止空气从排气阀再次进入腔(4)内,从而对流经鞋(1)的鞋身内部的空气进行持续更新。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自通风鞋,其特征在于:使腔(4)与外部相通的单向阀(8)被构建为包括一具有敞口的外端部的筒状元件(8’),在该敞口的外端部内设有一球、薄膜或快门元件(9),该球、薄膜或快门元件(9)被一条或者其他适当的弹性元件(10)保持在敞口部(8’)内,该条或者其他适当的弹性元件(9)处于常规位置时操作快门元件将筒状元件闭合。
