Abstract

本发明仪器仪表设备吸声防尘散热元件系利用高分子材料的重要特性,经加工呈颗粒状后,装入相应的模具,通过烧结成型的方法,制成所需形状。安装在仪器设备外壳上得到既防尘又能透气通风散热,并具有降低噪声功能的新型元件。

仪器仪表设备吸声防尘散热元件
(一)技术领域:本发明属环保技术领域,系用高分子塑料颗粒烧结制成的固体板或其它形状,板内形成迷宫式通孔,既能防尘透气通风散热,并能降低噪声的新型元件。用这种元件替代在仪器设备外壳上开启大量通风孔进行散热的方法。 
(二)背景技术:当今电子工业迅速发展,特别是通讯、计算机行业更是突飞猛进。为了解决仪器散热,现普遍采用在设备的外壳上开通风孔的做法,然而在散热的同时却进入了大量的粉尘,污染了线路和仪器仪表,久而久之易出现故障,影响使用效果,甚至造成事故。仪器设备在运行中不仅能散热,同时要防尘,这就是本技术所要解决的问题。 
(三)发明内容:本发明系用高分子塑料颗粒烧结制成的固体板或其它形状,板内结构为迷宫式通孔,既散热又能防尘,并且具有降低噪声的功能。不同的塑料材质可造出不同的颗粒,其烧结温度、时间和模具尺寸是不同的,根据形状、孔隙密度及结构强度要求进行编制生产工艺。 
具体功能: 
1.防尘:因塑料颗粒粘为一整体后,其颗粒间的缝隙很小,可阻挡1μm以上粉尘颗粒进入。 
2.散热:本结构为迷宫式的连通孔,可以进行空气热交换散热。 
3.降噪:平均吸声系数≥0.3时才能称为吸声材料。本发明高 分子塑料颗粒烧结制成的固体板经经清华大学国际标准混响室测试,当声频为125-4000Hz时平均吸声系数≥0.5吸声效果甚佳。

本发明可将塑料颗粒烧结制作成多种形状,如圆板形、杯形等。根据仪器设备外壳防尘散热尺寸及形状要求进行制作。 
(五)具体实施方式:本发明已有相应的测试数据,到实际应用还有一个过程。首先确定用户的要求,以这些要求为依据,进行选材、设计、制造加工。

1.本发明系用塑料颗粒烧结方法制成的迷宫式通孔固体板或其它形状,既能防尘又能通风散热,并具有降低噪声的新型元件,塑料颗粒烧结成型的迷宫式通孔这一新技术请求国家专利局给于专利保护。
