Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于将驱动元件或操纵元件紧固和定位在膜片阀处的装置,其中,设置有形成阀座的带有外螺纹的下部件(Unterteil)和容纳膜片调节部(Membranverstellung)的带有内螺纹的筒形元件(Topfelement)。
背景技术
这种膜片阀,尤其标准膜片阀、底阀、阻断阀、T形阀、串联阀(Tandemventil)、多通路阀和/或焊接结构阀在许多工业和工商业的过程中应用并且例如由文件DE 73 33 464 U和文件US 5,326,078 A已知。传统上,它们的装配是花费时间和成本的。所必需的手动上部件(Handoberteil)或手动驱动装置(尤其气动的、电的或液压的驱动装置)有规律地利用成套的四个螺栓与膜片阀体相连接并且必须根据所附加的结构图和装配图、标记和扭矩规定精确地来装配。在此,必须精确地关注于,在阀驱动装置或手动上部件处的螺纹孔与在阀体处的螺纹孔相一致。附加地,弹簧环必须套到螺栓上。然后,在螺栓头端部处装备有弹簧环的螺栓必须从阀体侧起通过阀体的螺纹孔来安放并且首先由手旋入阀体中。利用三个其它的螺栓重复装配过程,螺栓接下来必须均匀地并且交叉地在阀体处拧紧。在此应严格遵循在相应的技术的文献中阀体在阀驱动装置处的螺栓紧固的拧紧力矩。因为膜片可能放置一定时间,所以必须定期地在阀开始运转之前并且在整个运行时间期间定期地检查螺栓的拧紧力矩。同时必须注意,在拧紧螺栓时不使用暴力。太大的拧紧力矩损伤了膜片和阀驱动装置。损坏的阀驱动装置或膜片是丧失功能的并且可能导致故障。
此外,也存在带有所谓的中心螺纹的膜片阀。在此涉及由形成阀座的带有外螺纹的下部件和容纳膜片调节部的带有内螺纹的筒形元件构成的膜片阀。这种利用中心螺纹的连接还借助于扭矩扳手来装配。在运行期间,定期的旋紧和再调准是必需的。既不在开始运转时也不在装配时确保绝对的密封性。
此外,商用的膜片阀可具有不同的膜片质量。这借助于在膜片处的所谓的凸耳(Lappen)来标识。膜片型号指标在侧向上从阀体中突出,使得在不打开阀体的情况下可从外读出质量。然而同时,凸耳体现对于阀膜片的机械损伤的危险,此外它可受污染、断裂等。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的为提供一种解决方案,利用该解决方案,在在膜片阀处装配驱动装置和手动上部件时可放弃扭矩扳手、其它的工具、标记、图纸和其它的辅助器件。同样应代替凸耳提供一种更坚固的解决方案。
该目的根据本发明由此实现,即在外螺纹的端部区域中或在下部件处的用于筒形元件的止挡环中设置有机械的锁止/止动元件,并且在筒形元件的相应地对应的螺纹面或端面中设置有用于锁止/止动元件的带有进口/出口斜面的卡口(Raste)。
明显地,通过本发明可实现,在限定的终端位置中实现相互可拧紧的元件的卡接,其(从听觉上、视觉上)使所希望的装配状态可辨认。
本发明的设计方案由从属权利要求得出。在此可设置成,机械的锁止/止动元件由弹簧加载的卡口形成,其中,本发明的一个特别的设计方案在于,弹簧加载的卡口由通过弹簧加载的球体形成。
此外,根据本发明的装置的各个元件的另外的特征位置还在于,为了卡止位置的视觉上的识别在下部件处设置有实体上和/或颜色上的标识,其可在筒形元件的窗口处读取,并且/或者为了膜片类型的识别设置有球体的颜色上的标识。
本发明也包括用于将驱动元件或操纵元件定位和紧固在膜片阀处的一种对应的方法。

具体实施方式
以1标明的膜片阀具有形成阀座的带有外螺纹3(中心螺纹)和止挡环19的下部件和容纳未详细的示出的膜片调节部的带有内螺纹6的筒形元件5。
在外螺纹3的端部区域16中或在下部件2处的用于筒形元件5的止挡环19中设置有机械的锁止/止动元件7、7′,并且在筒形元件5的相应地对应的螺纹面8或端面20中设置有用于锁止/止动元件7、7′的带有进口/出口斜面10、10′的卡口9、9′。在此,机械的锁止/止动元件7、7′由弹簧加载的卡止元件11形成。详细地,弹簧加载的卡止元件11由通过弹簧加载的球体12形成。此外,为了卡止位置的视觉上的识别在下部件2处设置有实体上和/或颜色上的标识13,其通过在筒形元件5处的窗口14可从外面读取和辨识。尤其地,为了识别膜片类型,可设置有球体12的颜色上的标识。
在此,装置的作用方式如下:
未详细示出的手动上部件或阀驱动装置或者其它的操纵元件在预定义的位置中被安放到膜片阀的下部件2(中心螺纹)的外螺纹3上,并且借助于位于手动上部件或者驱动装置处的带有内螺纹6的筒形元件5由手拧紧,直到它到达它的终端位置。由于对应的、固定的螺距、定位的外螺纹3和限定的末端挡块(在其中预紧力始终相等),保证了膜片阀1的密封性。当达到终端位置时,带有内螺纹6的筒形元件5的进一步的旋紧不再可能。而是在外螺纹3的端部区域16中或在下部件2处的用于筒形元件5的止挡环19中设置有机械的锁止/止动元件7、7′,并且在筒形元件5的相应地对应的螺纹面8或端面20中设置有用于锁止/止动元件7、7′的带有进口/出口斜面10、10′的卡口9、9′。因此,继续拧或过拧是不可能的;同时确保了固定的并密封的底座。如果机械的锁止/止动元件7、7′由弹簧加载的卡止元件11形成,它尤其由通过弹簧15加载的球体12形成,则产生自动的锁止。在此,对于进口/出口斜面10、10′适宜地选择这种止回角(Ruecklaufventil),使得起动力矩(Losbrechmoment)小于拧开力矩。操纵元件17、尤其手动上部件或驱动装置的无意的松开那么在持续的运行中在通常的震动等等的情况下也不再可能。而是例如当应替换或者更换阀膜片时,手动上部件或者驱动装置、即筒形元件5(如果希望)必须有意地重新利用相应较大的力消耗来拧开。在整个运行时间期间,旋紧和调准不再是必需的。为了使装配容易,为了卡止位置的视觉上的识别在下部件2处设置有实体上和/或颜色上的标识。这可通过在筒形元件5处相应的、例如窗口形的凹口14等从外面来读取。尤其地,为了识别所应用的膜片类型,可设置有球体12的颜色上的标识。在这种情况下,紧固装置12和显示装置13形成单元。
膜片在它的整个使用寿命上向外并向内密封。精确的机械的锁紧(根据希望)在视觉上或者通过咔嗒声(Klick)在听觉上显示。视觉上的显示或者咔嗒声操纵了正确的定位,即膜片的密封性和必要的紧固,使得在运行期间带有内螺纹6的筒形元件5的扭转是不可能的。尤其地在弹性的区域中或者在完全共同挤压的弹簧中使用带有相应的负载度量(Lastdimensionierung)的特别的短的弹簧杆。
当然,本发明不局限于所示出的实施例。其它的设计方案是可能的,而不抛弃基本思想。重要的仅仅是,驱动装置或手动上部件的紧固和定位通过机械的锁紧无工具地实现并且选择性地在视觉上和/或在听觉上显示。
Claims (7)
1.一种用于将驱动元件或操纵元件紧固和定位在膜片阀(1)处的装置,其具有形成阀座的带有外螺纹(3)的下部件(2)和容纳膜片调节部的带有内螺纹(6)的筒形元件(5),其特征在于,在所述外螺纹(3)的端部区域(16)中或在所述下部件(2)处的用于所述筒形元件(5)的止挡环(19)中布置有机械的锁止/止动元件(7,7′),并且在所述筒形元件(5)的相应地对应的螺纹面(8)或端面(20)中布置有用于所述锁止/止动元件(7,7′)的带有进口/出口斜面(10,10′)的卡口(9,9′)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述机械的锁止/止动元件(7,7′)由弹簧加载的卡止元件(11)形成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述弹簧加载的卡止元件(11)由通过弹簧(15)加载的球体(12)形成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于,为了在视觉上识别卡止位置,在所述下部件(2)处设置有实体上和/或颜色上的标识,其能够在所述筒形元件(5)的窗口(14)处读取。
5.根据权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于,为了识别膜片类型,设置有所述球体(12)的颜色上的标识(13)。
6.一种用于将驱动元件或操纵元件紧固和定位在膜片阀(1)处的装置,其具有形成阀座的带有外螺纹(3)的下部件(2)和容纳膜片调节部的带有内螺纹(6)的筒形元件(5),其特征在于,所述筒形元件(5)由手拧到所述下部件(2)上,直至在所述外螺纹(3)的端部区域(16)中或在所述下部件(2)处的用于所述筒形元件(5)的止挡环(19)中的机械的锁止/止动元件(7,7′)卡入在所述筒形元件(5)的相应地对应的螺纹面(8)或端面(20)中的用于所述锁止/止动元件(7,7′)的带有进口/出口斜面(10,10′)的卡口(11)中。
7.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述驱动元件或操纵元件的定位和紧固在视觉上和/或通过咔嗒声在听觉上显示。
