Description

Object containing bag group, manufacturing method thereof and retaining wall formed by object containing bag group
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of ecological engineering, in particular to a containing bag set, a manufacturing method thereof and a retaining wall formed by the containing bag set.
Background
At present, side slope reinforcing and protecting structures such as roads, river banks and the like are generally realized by adopting a gabion retaining wall, for example, refer to the technical scheme disclosed in the Chinese patent ZL 02159704; the general gabion construction step is to weave a latticed gabion body by metal wires (such as iron wires, steel wires and the like) according to a certain specification, fill 2 or gravels in the gabion body to finish a single gabion, then stack all the gabions as required to form a retaining wall, but the retaining wall has poor water permeability, various drainage pipelines need to be designed, the construction is complicated, and the gravels or the gravels filled in the gabions cannot carry out effective vegetation greening, so that the surrounding environment temperature, noise and the like are improved; under the influence of rain (river) water scouring or external environment, broken stones and the like can be completely fished out along meshes of the cage body by the rain (river) water, and sharp corners of the broken stones of colleagues can also cause the cage body to be damaged, so that the phenomena of cracking and overall collapse of the gabion are easily caused; more importantly, the periphery of the gabion is uneven due to the fact that gravels and the like are exposed, corresponding angle, direction and the like need to be adjusted when each gabion is stacked, adjacent gabions are difficult to tightly lean against each other, and therefore the overall strength is affected, and construction is not facilitated.
In order to overcome the above-mentioned troubles, an improvement scheme of an earth-rock cage is proposed, please refer to chinese patent ZL03206998.7, which adopts a filled earth-rock cage bag with a volume equivalent to that of the rock-rock cage net in the rock-rock cage net, or can further install a reinforcement net in the earth-rock cage bag to form a plurality of partitions; in any case, the design of the earth and stone cages like this has many defects, wherein, the fillers (especially earth) filled in the huge earth and stone cage bags obviously have looseness, easy extrusion deformation and poor overall strength, so that when the earth and stone cages are stacked, the fillers in the adjacent earth and stone cage bags are difficult to completely adhere tightly due to the looseness and deformation, and the side walls of the earth and stone cage bags locally have depressions to generate unevenness and other problems, thereby affecting the combination between the adjacent earth and stone cages and causing poor and not firm retaining wall quality; and in case when the local breach that appears of gabion under the long-term service condition, whole soil gabion bag can be washed away by rainwater or stride and collapse, and life is not long, obviously does not accord with the construction condition.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the object containing bag group comprises a plurality of object containing bags filled with filler, a reinforcing layer is arranged between the adjacent object containing bags and used for fixedly connecting the adjacent object containing bags, and fastening parts are further surrounded outside the object containing bags, so that the object containing bags are integrally formed. The filling material can be different according to different application occasions, for example, for flood control application, the filling material can be, for example, crushed stone as the accommodating bag group needs to be put into water; for example, for soil stabilization and slope protection applications, since plants need to grow on the holding bag set, the filler can be, for example, a plant growth material, and the plant growth material can also contain, for example, a water absorbing material, so as to maintain the humidity of the plant growth material. Thus, the specific composition of the filler may vary depending on the application.
The fastening means may be a reinforcing bar for binding the plurality of pockets together, preferably made of metal, but also of various other materials, such as nylon, polymers, etc.; alternatively, the fastening member may be a net bag with mesh or may be made of, for example, metal, nylon, polymer, etc.; or the fastening part can be a cage body which is formed by surrounding a plurality of hollow wall surfaces; alternatively, the fastening means is an air-permeable, water-permeable bag, preferably a woven bag.
For example, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the holding bag set 100 includes a main body 20 and a fastening member surrounding the main body, and in the preferred embodiment, the fastening member is a cage 10.
The cage 10 is a cube, can be woven around a skeleton by using steel wires or iron wires, and is formed by surrounding a plurality of grid wall surfaces, wherein each grid wall surface comprises a bottom surface 11, a top surface 13 and a side surface 12.
The main body 20 is formed by stacking a plurality of containing bags 21 layer by layer and is provided with a plurality of outer edge wall surfaces 22, each outer edge wall surface 22 is respectively and correspondingly abutted against the bottom surface 11, the top surface 13 and the side surface 12 of the grid wall surface, each containing bag 21 comprises a permeable bag body 211 and filler 212 filled in the bag body 211, and the bag bodies 211 of adjacent layers are fixedly connected by a reinforcing layer 23 (formed by solidifying cement or adhesive for example) so that each containing bag 21 forms a whole, thereby improving the integral strength of the main body, ensuring the outer edge wall surfaces 22 of the main body to be flat, facilitating the stacking to form a retaining wall, being beneficial to arranging an adhesive layer between adjacent cage bodies 10, enabling the bag bodies 211 in the adjacent cage bodies to be more easily fixedly connected, and improving the firmness of the whole retaining wall.
In the present embodiment, the cross-section of the cage 10 is rectangular, as shown in fig. 2, but the cross-section may have different shapes, such as diamond, trapezoid, polygon, etc., depending on the actual application. In addition, the fastening member in the present embodiment may also be a reinforcing bar, as shown in fig. 7, although it is shown in fig. 7 that the reinforcing bar is bound around the body 20 in a criss-cross manner, the binding manner of the reinforcing bar may have other various forms, for example, the reinforcing bar is bound around the body 20 only in a single direction, and further, the reinforcing bar is preferably made of metal; alternatively, the fastening member may be a string bag with mesh holes, as shown in fig. 8; alternatively, the fastening means is an air permeable, water permeable bag, preferably a woven bag, it being noted that the bag needs to have sufficient strength for wrapping the main body 20 sufficient for carrying the main body 20 with the bag.
Of course, in order to make the combination of the bag sets for containing the object more stable and ensure the integrity of the bag sets for containing the object when the individual bag is broken, the reinforcing layer 23 includes a connecting layer 231 between adjacent layers and a reinforcing layer 232 which is infiltrated into the bag 211 and solidified with the filler 212, and since the bag 211 is permeable and air permeable, when the cement or adhesive is applied onto the bag 211 in a liquid state during stacking, part of the liquid cement or adhesive penetrates through the bag 211 and enters the bag 21, so that the liquid cement or adhesive infiltrated into the bag 211 is solidified with the filler to form another reinforcing layer 232 (only one layer is shown in the figure to have this structure).
In order to make the strength and tensile strength of the main body 20 higher, the main body 20 is formed by stacking the containing bags 21 along the bottom surface 11 to the top surface 13 of the cage body 10, the containing bags 21 of adjacent layers are stacked into a whole in a longitudinal and transverse staggered mode, each layer is formed by a plurality of strip-shaped containing bags 21 which are laid in parallel and close to each other, the length of each containing bag 21 is the same as the width of the cage body 10 in the longitudinal laying direction, the whole stacking strength of the main body 20 can be effectively ensured, and the exposed surfaces of the containing bags 21 can form the outer edge wall surfaces 22 close to the bottom surface 11, the top surface 13 and the side surfaces 12 of the cage body respectively.
The bags 21 of adjacent layers can be alternatively stacked at other angles to form a whole according to the practical application.
The invention also provides a method for manufacturing the bag group for containing the food, which comprises the following steps: filling the plurality of object containing bags with filler; stacking the object containing bags together, and arranging a reinforcing layer between the adjacent object containing bags for fixedly connecting the adjacent object containing bags; and the plurality of object containing bags are integrally formed by surrounding a fastening part outside the object containing bags.
For example, with reference to fig. 1 and 4, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for manufacturing the bag set includes: firstly, preparing a cage body 10 with a hollow wall surface, and then transversely laying a plurality of strip-shaped containing bags 21 on the bottom surface 11 of the cage body in parallel and closely to each other to form a first layer A1, wherein the laying direction is marked as X; the length of the long-strip-shaped containing bag 21 can be customized according to the size of the cage body, and the width of each long-strip-shaped containing bag 21 is ensured to be the same as that of the cage body in the laying direction (X mark); then laying a second layer A2 of strip-shaped object containing bags, wherein the object containing bags on the opposite bottom surfaces of the object containing bags are longitudinally laid as Y marks, and the length of the object containing bags is the same as that of the object containing bags on the first layer; therefore, the third layer A3.. the Nth layer forms a criss-cross stacking situation by analogy until the topmost layer abuts against the top surface 13 of the cage body; the top surface 13 can be designed to be an openable structure, the top surface can be opened before manufacturing, and the top surface can be covered after the object containing bag is laid, which is not limited.
Referring to fig. 2 again, a connecting buckle 30 (only one layer of connecting buckle is shown in fig. 2, actually, a connecting buckle is added between other adjacent layers according to engineering requirements) is further arranged between the object containing bags 21 of adjacent layers (such as the first layer a1 and the second layer a2), the connecting buckle 30 comprises a connecting plate 31 and protrusions 32 on the upper surface and the lower surface of the connecting plate 31, the upper surface and the lower surface of the connecting plate 32 are fixedly connected by a reinforcing layer 23, and the protrusions 32 are respectively and correspondingly inserted into the object containing bags 21 of the adjacent layers; this may allow adjacent layers to be more securely held together. The connecting plate 31 and the protrusion 32 may be integrally formed. The projections 32 may be barbed to enhance the snap-fit action. In addition, through holes may be further provided in the connecting plate 31, so as to facilitate penetration of a reinforcing layer (such as cement, adhesive, etc.) into the connecting plate, so that the reinforcing layers on the upper and lower surfaces of the connecting plate 31 form a whole, and the fixing ability of the reinforcing layers is enhanced, so that adjacent object containing bags are firmly fixed to each other.
The invention also provides a retaining wall which is formed by stacking a plurality of the object containing bag groups.
Preferably, the fastening parts of the adjacent object containing bag sets are connected with each other; more preferably, a reinforcing layer is provided between adjacent object-receiving bag groups, so that the fastening members of the adjacent object-receiving bag groups and the outer edge wall surface formed by the plurality of object-receiving bags are fixedly connected together by the reinforcing layer.
For example, as shown in fig. 3, the retaining wall 200 is formed by stacking a plurality of object-containing bag sets 100 (of course, in order to make the stacking more stable, the upper and lower object-containing bag sets 100 may be stacked in a staggered manner), and another adhesive layer 300 is provided between the adjacent object-containing bag sets 100, so that the adjacent fastening members (for example, the cage 10) and the outer edge wall 22 of the main body are fixedly connected to form a whole through the adhesive layer 300; because the object containing bags 21 in the main body can be attached to the fastening parts, the adjacent object containing bag groups 100 can be closely attached together, so that the adjacent fastening parts and the object containing bags 21 can be well fixed together by the adhesive layer 300; in other words, since the main body of the object-containing bag set 100 is formed by stacking the object-containing bags 21 layer by layer, the outer edge wall surface 22 can be very flat, which is beneficial for the bonding layer 300 to fixedly connect the outer edge wall surfaces 22 of the main bodies of the adjacent object-containing bag sets 100, thereby improving the firmness of the whole retaining wall; therefore, after the fastening components of the bag set 100 are damaged, the retaining wall 200 of the present invention will remain as a whole because the main bodies of the bag set are still fixed together, and will not collapse, thereby effectively prolonging the service life of the retaining wall.
Fig. 5 shows a different embodiment of the main body of the bag set of the present invention. The main body in this embodiment is also formed by stacking the object-containing bags from bottom to top, but the difference is that the first layer a1 (same as the above embodiment) is laid by the strip-shaped bag 21, and then the second layer a2 is laid by two or more block-shaped object-containing bags 21' along the longitudinal X or transverse Y laying direction, and other layers can be laid by selecting different shapes of object-containing bags according to actual requirements; of course, the first layer a1 may be laid by using the block-shaped object containing bags 21', and the object containing bags including all the layers in the main body are laid and stacked by using the block-shaped object containing bags, which is not limited herein. The retaining wall stack of this embodiment is the same as the previous embodiment.
As shown in fig. 6, another embodiment of the bag set 100 of the present invention is shown: the main body 20 is provided with a bottom layer 201, a top layer 203 and a middle layer 202 between the bottom layer 201 and the top layer 203, the bottom layer 201 and the top layer 203 are respectively laid by a plurality of strip-shaped containing bags 21 in parallel and are tightly close to each other, and the outer edge wall surfaces which are tightly close to the bottom surface 11 and the top surface 13 of the cage body are formed up and down; the middle layer 202 is formed by stacking the containing bags 21 along the side surface 12 of the cage body in sequence to form an outer edge wall surface close to the side surface 12 of the cage body, and the length of each containing bag 21 is the same as the width of the cage body 10 in the longitudinal laying direction of the containing bag, so that the integral stacking strength is ensured; the adjacent object holding bags 21 are fixedly connected by a reinforcing layer. The bottom layer 201, the top layer 203 and the middle layer 202 of the main body 20 enclose a closed space 204, and the space 204 is filled with a filler (such as plant growth materials or broken stones) 205; thus, the cost of the bag can be saved and the bag can be used selectively according to the requirement.
The bag group 100 can be obtained by first laying the bottom layer 201, then laying the middle layer 202, then filling the filler 205 in the space enclosed by the bottom layer and the middle layer, and finally laying the top layer 203 to form a closed structure. The retaining walls are also stacked by the bag set 100 in this embodiment and then connected by the adhesive. The overall strength of this construction was tested to be somewhat less than in the previous embodiment, but still more robust than conventional retaining walls. As required, the object-containing bag of the middle layer 202 may be formed by laying two or more block-shaped object-containing bags along the laying direction, as described in the above embodiments, and the bottom layer or the top layer may be laid by using the block-shaped object-containing bags, which is not limited herein.
The design point of the invention is that a plurality of object containing bags filled with filler are fixedly connected with each other, a fastening part is wound on the periphery of a main body consisting of the object containing bags, and the object containing bags are further integrated into a whole, namely an object containing bag group. The plurality of object containing bags can be stacked into different shapes according to practical application and can be provided with flat outer edge wall surfaces, so that the construction is easy when the retaining wall is formed by the plurality of object containing bags, and a fixed connection layer is easy to further form between the adjacent object containing bags. The invention can ensure that the side edges of the object containing bag groups are smooth, has no sinking phenomenon, is beneficial to stacking into walls, and can ensure that the bonding layers between the adjacent object containing bag groups are more uniform, so that the whole retaining wall has more stability, and through repeated tests, the integral strength is obviously enhanced by more than one time than that of the common retaining wall, the service life is prolonged, and the construction is facilitated.
The technical scheme of the invention can be applied to various different ecological environment projects, including slopes, dams and the like.
The above description is a preferred embodiment of the present invention, so that those skilled in the art can better understand the present invention without any limitation to the protection scope of the present invention, and therefore, any minor modifications and equivalent changes made to the above embodiment according to the technical spirit of the present invention still fall within the technical scope of the present invention.
