Abstract

本发明涉及PC/ABS改性工程塑料及其制备技术领域,具体的说是一种环保无卤阻燃PC/ABS塑料粒子和制备方法及用途,由65~70%的PC(聚碳酸酯)、15%~20%的ABS树脂(丙烯晴-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物)、10~15%的无卤阻燃剂、0.5%~1.5%抗滴落剂组成,将称好的PC,ABS,无卤阻燃剂和抗滴落剂等,经过一初混,加入双螺杆挤出机熔融,混炼,充分混合,分散后通过模头进行挤出,经过水浴冷却后,切粒干燥,本发明与现有技术相比解决了PC的流动性问题,又解决了ABS的易燃特性,同时极大改善了其总体的物理性能。

Description

一种环保无卤阻燃PC/ABS塑料粒子和制备方法及用途
[技术领域]
本发明涉及PC/ABS改性工程塑料及其制备技术领域,具体的说是一种环保无卤阻燃PC/ABS塑料粒子和制备方法及用途。 
[背景技术]
随着人们生活质量的提高,人们对产品的要求越来越高,高档的工程塑料越来越多的应用到我们的生活中,特别是IT行业的高速发展和汽车的不断普及,五大类高档工程塑料的应用比例不断提高,年增长率达到了7%以上,特别是PC/ABS合金作为一种用途最为广泛的工程塑料得到了快速发展。不过目前的市场90%都被跨国外资企业占有,包括SABIC,Bayer,Teijin,Dow,LG等等,关键原因是我们国内的产品技不如人,没有一套完整的研发体系、技术储备和缺乏实际应用试验,造成了目前无卤阻燃PC/ABS合金的生产由跨国企业控制的局面。国内的金发科技,哈尔滨鑫达,普利特等企业刚开始研发类似的产品,目前还没有形成高质量、规模化的稳定生产和应用。 
针对无卤环保阻燃的PC/ABS合金产品,目前国外已经禁止使用含卤的阻燃塑料产品。所以研发此类产品可以替代进口,降低成本,消除国内外的技术代沟,打破跨国企业的技术门槛。 
[发明内容]
杜绝使用含卤阻燃PC/ABS合金,提供一种环保无卤阻燃PC/ABS塑料粒子和制备方法及用途。 
为实现上述目的设计一种PC/ABS合金,其特征在于由以下成分组成:65~70%的PC(聚碳酸酯)、15%~20%的ABS树脂(丙烯晴-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物)、10~15%的无卤阻燃剂、0.5%~1.5%抗滴落剂。 
所述的ABS树脂由SAN、高胶粉、本体型ABS组成。 
所述的无卤阻燃剂是TPP(磷酸三苯酯)、或BDP(双酚A型磷酸二苯酯)、或RDP(苯二酚二苯基磷酸酯)组成。 
所述的抗滴落剂是PTEE(四氟乙烯)接枝包覆物、或纯PTEE(四氟乙烯)。 
所述的PC/ABS应用于照明器具、笔记本、打印机、GPS设备、充电器、LCD电视机、开关插座制造领域。 
该方法的以下步骤: 
a.按照上述的配方称取PC、ABS、无卤阻燃剂、抗滴落剂; 
b.对称取的物料进行预混合; 
c.将混合后的物料加入双螺杆挤出机进行熔融、混炼,控制温度在250℃, 
转速控制在480rpm; 
d.待物料充分混合、扩散后,通过模头进行挤出; 
e.挤出的物料进行水浴冷却; 
f.切粒干燥; 
g.检验包装。 
本发明同现有技术相比,采用与现有技术不同的配方及加工工艺,简化了配方与工艺,在双螺杆挤出机低转速下挤出,降低了成本同时提高了产品层次,更重要的是,产品可以达到UL1.0MM,V0级,解决了PC的流动性问题和ABS的易燃特性,同时极大改善了其总体的物理性能。另外,本发明扩展了PC/ABS合金的应用范围,有利于替代进口产品,打入国际国内无卤阻燃产品市场。有 很好的经济效益且利于提升产品结构,帮助塑料加工企业顺利转型升级。 
[具体实施方式]
对本发明做进一步说明,这种装置的制造技术对本专业的人来说是非常清楚的。 
以下实施例采用的双螺杆挤出机型号均为:南京科亚ZEX52。 
实施例1 
各组分及百分比:

制备方法:按配方比例称取物料,将称好的PC,ABS,无卤阻燃剂和抗滴落剂等,经过一定的初步混合后,定量加入双螺杆挤出机进行熔融,混炼,控制(温度:250度转速:480rpm)确保各种物料的充分混合,分散,然后通过模头进行挤出,经过水浴冷却后,切粒干燥,检验包装。 
该实施例经过试验证明:可以达到UL1.0MM,V0级.既解决了PC的流动性问题,又解决了ABS的易燃特性。 
实施例2

Claims (6)

1.一种PC/ABS合金,其特征在于由以下成分组成:65~70%的PC(聚碳酸酯)、15%~20%的ABS树脂(丙烯晴-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物)、10~15%的无卤阻燃剂、0.5%~1.5%抗滴落剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的PC/ABS合金,其特征在于所述的ABS树脂由SAN、高胶粉、本体型ABS组成。
3.如权利要求1所述的PC/ABS合金,其特征在于所述的无卤阻燃剂是TPP(磷酸三苯酯)、或BDP(双酚A型磷酸二苯酯)、或RDP(苯二酚二苯基磷酸酯)组成。
4.如权利要求1所述的PC/ABS合金,其特征在于所述的抗滴落剂是PTEE(四氟乙烯)接枝包覆物、或纯PTEE(四氟乙烯)。
5.一种如权利要求1所述的PC/ABS合金,其特征在于所述的PC/ABS应用于照明器具、笔记本、打印机、GPS设备、充电器、LCD电视机、开关插座制造领域。
6.一种无卤阻燃PC/ABS合金的制备方法,其特征在于该方法的以下步骤:
a.按照上述的配方称取PC、ABS、无卤阻燃剂、抗滴落剂;
b.对称取的物料进行预混合;
c.将混合后的物料加入双螺杆挤出机进行熔融、混炼,控制温度在250℃,转速控制在480rpm;
d.待物料充分混合、扩散后,通过模头进行挤出;
e.挤出的物料进行水浴冷却;
f.切粒干燥;
g.检验包装。
