Abstract

一种便携式制冷/加热装置包括一热交换部分和一(防腐)保存部分,它确保食品的冷却状态和加热状态,两部分彼此可分离开,其中存放食品的(防腐)保存部分,彼此可分开地置于设有热交换件和鼓风件的热交换部分的上表面上,由热交换件进行热交换的空气由鼓风件强制吹入(防腐)保存部分中,此空气又通过热交换装置从那里排放到外界,以冷却或加热存放的物品,然后将(防腐)保存部分从热交换部分上分开以便携带。

Description

本发明提供一种用于冷却或加热饮料和食品然后予以保温的便携式制冷/加热装置,更具体说,提供一种包括一食品(防腐)保存部分和一热交换部分的便携式制冷/加热装置,其中两个部分可彼此分开以便仅仅携带(防腐)保存部分。
已经有了多种用于制冷和/或加热食品的装置并且使用的方式也多种多样。例如,有一种制冷器总的制成一矩形体形状,其中的食品(防腐)保存室是紧密闭合的,而热交换部分整体地组合于食品(防腐)保存室的周边壁而与食品(防腐)保存室连通,这样,食品(防腐)保存室中的空气得以进行热交换,且通过(防腐)保存室中的风扇电机使热交换后的空气产生对流以冷却食品。
再如有一种加热装置,该加热装置设有如同制冷器的(防腐)保存室,并包括作为一用于释放高热量的热交换装置的加热器,这样,(防腐)保存室中的空气得以进行热交换,被加热的空气加热食品或煎熬剂等,或直接加热食品以使食品保存于预定的均匀温度下。
但是,此类传统装置仅用于一个目的。例如,制冷或加热装置固定安装于家庭厨房或商店里,以保存大量贮藏物品并在需要时从里面取出。一般制作这类装置时,其容量较大,着重于存放大量的物品或食物。
然而,当今要求的是利于冷却和/或加热少量食品,然后在食品存放于预定温度情况下携带外出。此外,希望能够便于携带和移动。但是,至今开发出来或研制出来的只是用绝缘材料如发泡材料等制成的贮存室,将食品存放于绝热条件下。
另一方面,在日本公开专利申请出版物(昭64-84083)中公开了一种传统的典型装置。在此专利出版物中描述的这种制冷/加热装置包括一具有绝热窗的开孔部分,它用来观察存放的食物;一帕尔帖(Peltier)元件,它能按照所加上的电流极性的转换自动改变吸热和放热;一热交换部分,它包括互相连结的一吸热板和一散热板;以及一真空容器,它加工得使壁厚减小并提高绝热性。由此,当加上直流电时,热交换部分依靠吸热板吸热,通过散热板放热。在此可知:这种制冷/加热装置主要是帕尔帖元件的使用。
另外,日本实用新型(昭61-1332)公开了一种热交换装置,它包括装有制冷零部件如线冷凝器(wire    condenser),风扇电机等的贮存室,在其中,风扇安装于机械室的对角线处,在该室的四侧边形成有诸空气通道,压缩机装在风扇的鼓风方向 之下,与压缩机相连的线冷凝器的热部分置于鼓风方向之下,并位于成为排放口的空气通道与压缩机之间,而其冷部分置于高于鼓风方向和成为进气口的空气通道和风扇之上,从而防止热空气贮存在机械室中,该机械室用于从多方向进行空气输入/排放,从和/或进入机械室的空气送入/排放速度也得以有所降低,诸制冷件通过热交换得以冷却而具有较低温度,空气则反方向吹到诸制冷件上,以逐渐提高温度,从而改善了压缩机的热辐射和线冷凝器的热交换。
但是,上面援引的专利或发明涉及对冷冻循环中热效率的改进,而且适于用作固定安装于商店的预定位置的陈列柜,而不能用作便携式冰箱。
研究一下上述的技术内容,这些类型的设备是非便携式的。因此,携带传统的设备是困难的,因为它们的机械室和在冰箱或陈列柜中的贮存是彼此不能分开的。
另一方面,使用如上述设备的热交换装置,把下方部分形成为加热或冷却食品的机械室,上方部分形成为贮存室以保持食品的温度,而下方和上方部分互相能分开,以利于仅仅携带贮存室在技术上是可以做到的。
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种便携式制冷/加热装置,用于冷却/加热存放的物品而(防腐)保存部分与热交换部分需要时可以分开,以便能方便地仅仅携带(防腐)保存部分。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种便携式制冷/加热装置,该装置通过在(防腐)保存部分中产生对流冷却/加热食品。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种便携式制冷/加热装置,该装置利于对热交换部分中的每个部件进行电气控制。
本发明设有一(防腐)保存部分和一热交换部分,它能确保食品的冷却状态和加热状态,并且两部分能与相分离。它包括一热交换装置,该装置包括热交换件和合适地装在其内的鼓风装置和位于其上方的连接部分;一(防腐)保存装置,它有在其内部形成的中空贮存室,位于其下方的另一连接部分和其上方有一手柄部分的盖件;以及,至少一开/关装置,该装置用于连通(防腐)保存装置及热交换装置,该装置安装于所述(防腐)保存装置中。
另一方面,热交换装置设置有探测它和所述(防腐)保存装置连接情况的装置,(防腐)保存装置设置有温度传感装置,这样,它们能在电气控制下操作,以便按照存放在所述贮存室中的物品,通过热交换件有选择地产生冷却空气或加热空气,其中所述热交换件可是用于制冷循环的压缩机、毛细管、风扇、冷凝器和蒸发器中的帕尔帖元件(Pel-tier    element)或蒸发器。还有,所述热交换件和所述鼓风件只在所述热交换件连接于所述(防腐)保存装置时才运转。所述(防腐)保存装置包括安装在其贮存室的中心部位的进气件以将热交换空气导入所述(防腐)保存箱中,以及至少两只与所述中心部位间隔开的开/关件,其中所述进气件设有多个在其上方形成的通气孔和一安在其下方内部中心处的开/关件,以连通所述热交换装置。所有所述开/关件组成一电磁阀或一阀门,该阀门的结构设计制造得当所述(防腐)保存装置与所述热交换装置互相连接时该阀打开(具体细节如下面所述),这样,它可电气连接于所述热交换装置以利于控制其所有系统。
还有,按照本发明,(防腐)保存装置很容易与热交换装置相连,其连接部分做成台肩状结构,以互相接合。在此时,用于探测(防腐)保存装置与热交换装置之间的连接的装置构成行程开关(Lead    Switch)或微型开关,以及,用于感测(防腐)保存装置中的温度的装置包括一热敏电阻,使它们可以和热交换装置的诸零部件电气相连。
从上述可知:用于将物品贮存于其闭合的中空空间中的(防腐)保存装置可拆卸地置于设有热交换件和鼓风件的热交换装置的上表面,通过热交换件进行热交换的空气由鼓风件强制的吹入(防腐)保存装置中,而又通过热交换装置从那儿排放到外界,以冷却或加热存放的物品,然后,将保存装置从热交换装置上分开,以便携带。
下面参照附图对本发明予以详细说明:
图1是一详细的横剖面图,示出的是按照本发明的便携式制冷/加热装置的一最佳实施例。
图1表示了一种用于在制冷条件或加热条件下保存食品的便携式制冷/加热装置。该种便携式制冷/加热装置设有可互相拆开的热交换箱1和(防腐)保存箱2。
热交换箱1包括空气从其至少一侧进入和排出的部分,和用于制冷循环的蒸发器,压缩机,毛细 管和冷凝器(图中未表示出)。热交换件11组成帕尔帖(Peltier)元件或蒸发器。例如,该帕尔贴元件可设有吸热板和与其相连的热辐射板,蒸发器可用于在制冷循环中冷却食品或在制冷逆循环中加热食品。
热交换箱1包括呈矩形体或圆柱体形状的机械室,热交换件11置于圆柱形或矩形突出的支撑件29的中心,以利用从那里产生的冷空气或热空气对(防腐)保存箱2的内部进行热交换,其中的突出的支撑件29固定于热交换箱1的中心上方的周围,使在其上方形成供气通道12,以将热交换空气送入(防腐)保存箱2中,而在其下方形成导向通道或集气通道13以将热交换箱中的热交换空气送入(防腐)保存箱2中,或从外界送入新鲜空气。
在热交换箱1的底部且直接位于热交换件11的集气通道13的下方,装有一鼓风扇14,用于将由热交换件形成的热交换空气送入(防腐)保存箱2中,由此,产生对流将与食品进行过热交换的空气排放入热交换箱1中。
多个支撑销12A、13A、13B分别固定于供气通道12的上方和支撑件29的四周,以打开或关闭开/关件21。
在热交换箱1的上方形成有一搁架部分1A,其形状为至少有一台肩的圆周,用以将(防腐)保存箱2搁于其上。当将(防腐)保存箱2搁于搁架部分1A上时,可以使用封装材料将(防腐)保存箱2紧密地固定于热交换箱1,从而防止它摇动。
在热交换箱1的上方置有一行程开关(Lead    Switch)30,以探测热交换箱1和(防腐)保存箱2的连接。
(防腐)保存箱2包括与热交换箱1的相同的箱体,该箱体用一种较好的绝热材料制成,它有一在其中形成中空空间的贮存室2A和可取下的、放在贮存室2A上方的盖2B,用以打开或关上贮存室2A以保存/取出食品。
进气件22垂直安装于贮存室2A中心部位上以吸收由热交换件11热交换的空气。在进气件22的圆周边的四周的上壁有多个通气孔22A,以将空气从热交换件11送入(防腐)保存箱2。此时,诸通气孔22最好同时设在进气件22的上方和下方,以根据冷或热空气促进对流作用。因此,贮存室2A中供在热交换过的空气以冷却或加热食品,以及利用温度传感装置31如一安装于预定位置的热敏(电阻)件探测其内部温度。
在(防腐)保存箱2下部的下方并相应于供气通道12和集气通道13处,设有多个循环通道24A、24B和24C,在其中分别置有支撑销12A,13A、13B,这样,它们能使贮存室2A与供气通道12和集气通道13相连通。这样,在热交换件11处热交换过的空气依次经过供气通道12,循环通道24A和进气件被送入贮存室24A。接着,贮存室2A中的空气经过诸循环通道24B和24C被收集到集气通道13中,其时,借助于鼓风扇14使空气以对流方式强制地循环,以冷却或加热贮存室2A。此时,安装于每个循环通道24A、24B,24C中的开/关件21有选择地打开或关闭,以冷却或加热贮存室2A。
开/关件21可是一种电磁阀或阀门,在(防腐)保存箱2与热交换箱1分开期间,依靠弹性件21C使该阀门处于关闭状态,而当(防腐)保存箱与热交换箱1连接时,依靠诸支撑销12A,13A,13B而打开。如图1所示,开/关件21上有一头部21A,在其上方整体制成倒截锥体形状,以及滑动杆21B,它从头部21A向下延伸。诸滑动杆21B可滑动地插入在循环通道24A,24B,24C的中心处形成的滑动导向部分26A,26B,26C中,在其中可自由上、下移动,而在其下方弹性地安装了弹性件21C以支撑开/关件21。
当(防腐)保存箱2置于热交换箱1之上时,依靠诸支撑销12A,13A,13B将开/关件21向上推,从而打开循环通道24A,24B,24C中的每个,使冷却空气或加热空气可供入贮存室2A中以对食品进行热交换。但是,为了有效地冷却或加热贮存室2A中的食品,支撑板28固定在开/关件21上方一预定高度处而不因为食品而影响开/关件21的动作。相反,当为了携带而将(防腐)保存箱2从热交换箱1上分开时,开/关件21被弹性件21C强制下降以关闭循环通道24A,24B,24C,使热量保持于贮存室2A中,从而使食品保持于冷却条件或加热条件下。
还有,在(防腐)保存箱2的上部装有手柄部分25,以利于它的携带和搬运。
如上所述,本发明的热交换箱1和(防腐)保存箱2相连接时,利用供自热交换箱1的冷或热空 气,可使保存于(防腐)保存箱2中的食品得以冷却或加热。另外,在必须携带(防腐)保存箱2的情况下,在将它从热交换箱1上分离开后就可手提携带。所以,这是十分方便而有用的。
此外,按照本发明可知:利用探测件30可探测热交换箱1和(防腐)保存箱2的连接或分离情况,以及利用感温装置31可探测贮存室2A的最高或最低温度,根据这些自动探测,可对热交换件11和鼓风扇14进行电气控制。类似这样的操作控制的详细说明在此从略,因为根据已有技术是很易实现的。
因此,本发明的作用在于,用户可方便地单独携带放有食品的(防腐)保存箱,这样,用户可根据他的需要将食品保存于冷的或热的状态下并享受食品原有的美味。

Claims (5)

1、一种便携式制冷/加热装置包括:一热交换装置,它包括热交换件和适当装在那里面的鼓风件,和位于其上方的连接部分;一(防腐)保存装置,它有:在里面形成的中空贮存室;多个位于保存装置下部下方的循环通道,通过这些通道中空贮存室与热交换装置连通;位于其下方的另一连接部分;和其上方有手柄部分的盖件;其特征在于,还包括:至少一开/关装置,它用于使所述(防腐)保存装置和所述热交换装置连通,它装于所述(防腐)保存装置中,所述开/关装置包括:一装在每个循环通道中的开/关件;一设置在循环通道中的支撑销,当保存装置与热交换装置连接时,该销将开/关件打开;以及,一弹性件,当保存装置与热交换装置分离后,该弹性件将开/关件关闭。
2、权利要求1所述的便携式制冷/加热装置,其特征在于,所述热交换装置设有用于探测它和所述(防腐)保存装置的连接情况的装置,以及所述(防腐)保存装置设有用于探测位于所述(防腐)保存装置中的所述贮存室的温度的温度传感装置,由此,可用电气控制所述热交换器的操作。
3、如权利要求1所述的便携式制冷/加热装置,其特征在于,所述(防腐)保存装置包括:进气件,它安装于所述贮存室的中心部位以将热交换空气导入所述贮存室中;以及至少两个与所述中心部位间隔开的开/关件。
4、如权利要求3所述的便携式制冷/加热装置,其特征在于,所述进气件设有在其上方部位形成的多个通气孔和装在其下方部位的内部中心处的一开/关件以连通所述热交换装置。
5、如权利要求3所述的便携式制冷/加热装置,其特征在于,所述开/关件构成一电磁阀或一阀门,该阀门的结构设计制造得能按照所述热交换装置与所述(防腐)保存装置的连接和分离有选择地打开和关闭,这样,它可和所述热交换装置电气联接以便控制其所有系统。
