Abstract

本发明是增力内燃发动机,是对现有的活塞式内燃机的改进,由气缸体、气缸盖、活塞、连杆、拐臂、拉臂、曲轴、配气机构、进排气管、冷却系、润滑系等构成。增大了曲轴连杆机构的传动杠杆比1.35-5.5倍,使进气门与排气门的持续角增加7-10度,提高了压缩比,进气充分,油燃烧完全,减少排废污染,提高了整机的输出功率与机械效率,能节省燃油或缩小整机体积。适宜用汽油机或柴油机作动力的车辆及装置上应用。

Description

本发明涉及一种活塞式内燃机,特别是一种改进曲轴连杆机构的增力内燃发动机。
现有的活塞式内燃机,其曲轴连杆机构的传动杠杆比小,因此整机的输出功率低,机械效率低。美国专利US2506088中起杠杆作用的曲柄套30呈180°直线型结构,它与活塞运行轨迹的延伸线≥90°,该结构使活塞行程增大,从而使气缸压缩比增加,其作用仅仅相当于增加了曲轴的旋转半径,而压缩比增加过大,会引起过早自燃的负作用。
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,利用杠杆原理,不增加活塞的行程而增大曲轴连杆机构的传动杠杆比,提高整机的输出功率与机械效率,进气充分、燃烧完全,从而达到节省燃油或者缩小整机的体积。
本发明是这样实现的:本发明是对现有的活塞式内燃机的改进,由气缸体、气缸盖、活塞、连杆、拐臂、拉臂、曲轴、配气机构、进排气管、冷却系、润滑系及其相互连接用的销子、螺钉构成。利用燃油的热能对活塞产生强大的推压力,使曲轴旋转,由直线运动变为旋转运动,将热能转化为机械能。连杆与曲轴之间增加一个拐臂和拉臂相连接,以增大曲轴连杆机构的传动杠杆比。拐臂呈

本发明相比现有技术具有:增大了曲轴连杆机构的传动杠杆比1.35-5.5倍,提高了整机的输出功率与机械效率,曲轴在下止点前40度左右时活塞就已经完成了进气、作功,开始压缩、排气行程,使进气门与排气门的角度改变,提高了压缩比,进气充分,油燃烧完全,减少排气污染,从而节省燃油或缩小相同功率的整机的体积。适宜于用汽油机或柴油机作动力的车辆及装置上应用。

图1是结构剖视图。由进气管1、活塞2、活塞销3、滤油器4、连杆5、喷油泵6、输油泵7、机油冷却器8、放油塞9、下曲轴箱10、拉臂11、固定支点销12、活动支点销13、曲轴轴颈14、连杆轴颈15、拐臂16、连杆销17、凸轮轴18、润滑系19、推杆20、气缸套21、气缸体22、气缸盖23、进排气管24、气门25、顶杆26、气门罩27、摇臂28、喷油器29、空气滤清器30构成。曲轴轴颈14与连杆轴颈15是同一整体曲轴上的两个部位。拐臂16呈ㄅ形,其上端部与连杆5用连杆销17铰连,中部制有开合轴承孔,套在连杆轴颈15上后用螺钉连接,下端部用活动支点销13与拉臂11的上端部铰连,拉臂11的下端部用固定支点销12连接在下曲轴箱10上的支承座上,其杠杆比为1.35-5.5。气缸 体22的下部(曲轴箱上部)和下曲轴箱10用螺钉连成一体构成曲轴箱,其结构形状与拐臂16和拉臂11的结构形状相适应,连杆5、曲轴、拐臂16和拉臂11装在曲轴箱内。连杆5制成两端有轴承孔的直杆。其余系统和部件的结构形状根据机型与功率选用现有的通用内燃机相应的成品标准部件。
