背景技术

本发明还涉及一种膜敷料,其包括薄塑料膜、可释放地附着至所述塑料膜一侧的增强层、施用在所述塑料膜的与所述增强层相反一侧上的粘合剂层以及覆盖所述粘合剂层的离型片,其中穿过所述离型片制成有沿所述敷料的边缘延伸并与该边缘相距一定距离(d)的切割线,其特征在于,在所述塑料膜中制成有与所述离型片中的所述切割线重合的弱化线。
根据一个优选实施方案,所述弱化线为穿孔线并且所述穿孔线中的穿孔优选也透过所述增强层。所述薄塑料膜可为聚氨酯膜并且所述增强层可由聚乙烯膜构成。所述粘合剂层中的粘合剂可为丙烯酸酯类粘合剂,并且所述离型片可为有机硅涂布纸。作为替代方案,所述粘合剂层中的粘合剂可为有机硅粘合剂并且所述离型片可为聚乙烯片或聚丙烯片。在另一个替代方案中,离型片为纸片和聚乙烯片的层合物或纸片和聚丙烯片的层合物。

具体实施方式
在图1和2中,示意性示出连续生产膜敷料的生产线。将离型材料网2从贮藏用卷筒1上解绕并铺设至输送器(未示出)上并在输送器上沿箭头A的方向输送。利用合适的涂胶器4将粘合剂涂层3施涂至网1上,所述涂胶器4例如可以是刮板式涂布机或缝式喷嘴。随后,将由薄膜5和可释放地附着至膜5的载体层6构成的复合网从贮藏用卷筒7上解绕并铺设至粘合剂层3上。接着,在合适的切割工具9例如旋转切割装置的辅助下,穿过离型材料网2而不延续进入膜层5地切割出沿机器方向即输送机的输送方向延伸的连续线8。
然后,利用任意合适的装置11例如激光器、超声装置或旋转切割工具,制成穿过载体层6和膜层5的穿孔线10。所述穿孔线与切割线8重合。
最后,在合适的切割装置12的辅助下,将由层2、3、5、6构成的复合网横向切割成单个膜敷料13。
制成后,将膜敷料13输送至包装站(图中未示出)。
每个膜敷料13中的层赋予除1之外与对应的网2、3、5、6相同的附图标记。在图3中,以透视图示出膜敷料13。膜敷料13中的载体层用附图标记61表示,膜层用附图标记51表示,粘合剂层用附图标记31表示,离型片用21表示。切割线81与重合的穿孔线101将每个膜敷料13分成两部分14和15,如图2和3中可见。如下文所要解释的,部分15用作夹持部并因此具有与机器方向(即箭头A所示的方向)上的敷料的最接近边缘垂直的相当短的延伸部。优选地,敷料的最接近边缘与重合线8、10之间的距离d为5-50mm,更优选为10-30mm。
在图4中,示意性示出可如何实施膜敷料13的施用的第一步骤的实施例。一手(图4中为右手)利用部分15夹持敷料13并保持,使得通过重力允许部分14与部分15形成一定角度。如图4所示,敷料13的离型片21应向上转。如果需要,则可以用空着的左手将部分14向下折。当敷料13处于如图4所示的该位置时,使用者很容易通过将部分14相对于部分15向上略微移动而由此使离型片的上部的一小部分从膜上脱出或者通过用拇指剥离使离型片从薄膜上松开,从而将离型片的上角从部分14的其余部分上脱出。随后,将脱开的角夹持在左手手指之间并从部分14的其余部分上全部或部分移除。如果是部分移除,则随后将敷料13的具有未覆盖的粘合剂区域的部分附着至皮肤,接着在未覆盖的粘合剂区域的附着过程中移除部分14的离型片的剩余部分。在已经附着所述敷料之后,将载体层61从薄膜上移除。载体层61的最外部(即,最接近穿孔线的部分)在所述制造方法中已被提起,因此小部分的载体层不再附着至薄膜,由此提供用于移除载体膜的易于抓握的片。在移除载体层61之后,部分15的其余部分(即,离型片与薄膜附着的部分)被牢固夹持。其后,通过沿穿孔线撕开,将在敷料的部分15中附着至离型片的膜从膜附着至皮肤的部分(即,膜位于部分14上的部分)上移除,并且随后丢弃部分15中的离型片和膜与其附着的部分。
为了使敷料的部分15中的膜易于撕开,穿孔线101中相邻穿孔的间距应为0.1-5mm。
在图4中,敷料13的部分14与部分15之间的角度很大。这不是必须的,即使该角度较小,离型片21在部分14上的角也很容易脱开。
因此,通过所述方法,生产出易于操作和施用于皮肤的敷料。此外,由于载体的增强特性,使得敷料能够被敷料13的使用者切割成任意合适的形状,只要在敷料13的部分14和15之间的至少部分连接未被破坏即可。
如上所述,在根据本发明的方法中使用由膜制造商所提供的由薄膜5和载体层6构成的复合网。由此,在根据本发明的制造方法中不必通过热和压力或粘合剂来移除该载体层以及施用另一载体层。此外,由于离型片仅通过切割线被分成两部分,所以不需要移除离型材料网2和施加由两部分构成的离型材料网,其中一部分具有边缘折叠,另一部分具有覆盖所述折叠的边缘部分。因此,根据本发明的方法允许在生产线中高效率地使用材料而不产生任何材料浪费。
离型材料网2优选为有机硅涂布纸网,该类型常用作创伤敷料中的离型片材料。但是,可以使用用作创伤敷料中的离型材料的任何材料例如塑料箔材料。合适材料的一个实例是来自Loparex BV,Apeldoorn NL的商品名为Lopasil CCK的有机硅涂布纸。由于离型材料应该可易于从粘合剂涂层3上移除,所以离型材料的选择取决于敷料中使用的粘合剂。例如如果使用有机硅粘合剂,则有机硅涂布材料就不适合并且使用用于含有有机硅粘合剂的敷料的已知离型材料,例如聚乙烯网、纸与聚乙烯的层合物或纸与聚丙烯的层合物。
粘合剂层3优选为丙烯酸酯粘合剂层或热熔体层。合适的粘合剂为来自National Starch and Chemical Company,Bridgewater,NJ,USA的70-4647。也可以使用已知用在创伤敷料中的其它粘合剂,例如有机硅粘合剂。
厚度小于70微米的薄膜5优选为聚氨酯的。合适的膜为来自EpurexFilms Gmbh&Co KG,Bomlitz,Germany的2202。该膜被载运在聚乙烯网上。也可以使用被载体材料网所载运的用于膜敷料的其它类型的膜材料。
载体层6具有可易于从膜5上移除的材料并且因此与膜材料相关。对于聚氨酯膜而言,聚乙烯的载体是合适的。在本发明中可以使用所有已知的用于膜敷料的膜与载体材料的组合。
在根据图1和2的实施方案中,粘合剂层施涂至离型材料网。在另一实施方案(未示出)中,粘合剂层可改为施涂在由膜制造商提供的薄膜和载体材料构成的复合网的薄膜上。随后,将离型材料网铺设至施涂在薄膜上的粘合剂层上。其后,实施与根据图1和2的实施方案相关描述的切割步骤,唯一的不同在于从上方而不是如图1所示的从下方进行离型材料网中连续线的切割以及从下方而不是从上方制造穿孔。
如果所生产的膜敷料将要卷绕在辊上作为连续膜敷料,则省略横向切割形成单个膜敷料的最后步骤。
优选的是,穿过离型材料网的穿孔线10和切割线8彼此完全对准,但这不是严格必需的。可以允许至多1或2mm的偏差,而不会严重影响成品的功能。
还优选的是,切割线是直的,由此穿孔线也是直的。但是,这些线可以是弯曲的,例如具有波浪形或具有弯曲的部分。
为了易于制造,穿孔线10描述为穿过载体层6和膜层5二者。但是,必要的只是穿孔线穿过膜层5。由此,可以(但不优选)从下方制造穿孔线,使得其只穿过膜层5。
除穿孔线外,可以在膜中切割其它类型的弱化线。这样的线可以只通过使切口更深而与穿过离型材料网的连续线的切割同时制成。这样的切口应该达到膜厚度的15-75%,以使膜可易于撕开,这可取决于膜的厚度和机械强度。
必须指出,虽然本方法是为了本身不生产膜的膜敷料制造商所开发的,但是本方法不限于此。膜制造商当然也可以制造膜敷料。也可以让膜制造商使用膜敷料制造商选择的特定载体材料。因此,在本制造方法中与膜一起提供的载体材料的使用本身对于载体材料并不是限制性的。
参照附图描述的实施方案当然可以在不偏离本发明范围的情况下进行修改。例如,增强膜5的载体层6可利用与用于切割线8的设备相似的设备通过切割线分成两个以上的部分。离型层6和膜5的穿孔可在穿过离型网的切割线8的步骤之前制成。因此,本发明的范围应该仅受所附专利权利要求书的限制。
Claims (13)
1.一种用于制造膜敷料的方法,包括以下步骤:
将由第一薄塑料膜层(5)和可释放地附着至所述薄膜的第二载体层(6)构成的复合网与离型材料网(2)沿机器方向(A)进料;将粘合剂层(3)施加到所述离型材料网(2)上或所述薄塑料膜层(5)上;在所述粘合剂层(3)已被施加至所述离型材料网(2)或所述薄塑料膜层(5)之后,将由第一薄塑料膜层(5)和第二载体层(6)构成的所述复合网与所述离型材料网(2)合在一起;沿在机器方向(A)上延伸的线(8)来切割所述离型材料网(2),
其特征在于,沿与所述离型材料网(2)中的切割线(8)重合的线(10)弱化所述第一薄膜层(5)的另一步骤。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中弱化线(10)为穿孔线。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中所述切割线(8)为直线。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的方法,其中所述切割线(8)与所述离型材料网(2)的一个边缘的距离为5-50mm,优选10-30mm。
5.根据权利要求2、3或4所述的方法,其中所述穿孔线(10)中的穿孔的间距为0.1-5mm。
6.根据权利要求2~5中任一项所述的方法,其中所述穿孔线(10)中的穿孔穿过由载体层(6)和薄塑料膜层(5)构成的整个复合网而制成。
7.一种膜敷料,包括:薄塑料膜(51)、可释放地附着至所述塑料膜一侧的增强层(61)、施加在所述塑料膜的与所述增强层相反一侧上的粘合剂层(31)以及覆盖所述粘合剂层的离型片(21),其中穿过所述离型片制成有沿所述敷料的边缘延伸并与所述敷料的该边缘相距一定距离(d)的切割线(81),
其特征在于,在所述薄塑料膜(51)中制成有与所述离型片(21)中的所述切割线(81)重合的弱化线(101)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的膜敷料,其中所述弱化线(101)为穿孔线。
9.根据权利要求8所述的膜敷料,其中所述穿孔线(101)中的穿孔还穿透所述增强层(61)。
10.根据权利要求7、8或9所述的膜敷料,其中所述薄塑料膜(51)为聚氨酯膜,并且所述增强层(61)由聚乙烯膜构成。
11.根据权利要求7、8、9或10所述的膜敷料,其中所述粘合剂层(31)中的粘合剂为丙烯酸酯类粘合剂并且所述离型片(21)为有机硅涂布纸片。
12.根据权利要求7、8、9或10所述的膜敷料,其中所述粘合剂层(31)中的粘合剂为有机硅粘合剂并且所述离型片(21)为聚乙烯片或聚丙烯片。
13.根据权利要求12所述的膜敷料,其中所述离型片(21)为纸片与聚乙烯片的层合物或者纸片与聚丙烯片的层合物。
