技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于家具、特别是铰链的缓冲器,具有壳体,与活塞杆连接的活塞可移动地容纳在所述壳体中,其中在所述活塞在所述壳体内运动时流体流动通过在所述活塞上或在所述活塞中的流动通道,其中在所述活塞沿不同的方向运动时形成不同的缓冲力,其中通过能相对于所述活塞运动板,所述流动通道的横截面能在至少一个槽上部分地改变。
背景技术
由WO 2007/099100已知一种用于家具的缓冲器,其中活塞可在圆筒形的壳体中移动。该壳体被流体填充,因而在活塞运动时实现运动的缓冲,其中缓冲力根据活塞的运动方向的不同而不同。为此设置可相对于活塞运动的板,通过该板,流动通道的横截面在槽上能被改变。
但这种缓冲器本身已被证实,流体在流动通道中的流动速度非常高。在家具部件快速运动时,高的峰值负载可作用在该缓冲器上。由此由于相当大的压差可导致在缓冲器中的气穴。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的在于:提供一种用于家具的缓冲器,其中也能够承受高的峰值负载,而没有气穴的危险。
该目的利用具有权利要求1的特征的缓冲器实现。
根据本发明,为了避免气穴,在至少一个槽上构造基本上漏斗形的出口,和/或槽具有沿径向方向成角度设置的部分。通过漏斗形的出口,可在槽与沿轴向方向的流动通道之间的过渡部的区域中形成漏斗形的过渡部,从而流动速度不突然减小,而是在过渡部区域中通过横截面变宽而逐渐减小。该漏斗形的过渡部使流体不是突然地而是利用平缓的过渡部流入沿活塞的轴向方向的流动通道中。这改善流动速度状况和压力状况,以避免气穴。还可能的是,槽设有相对于径向方向成角度地设置的部分。由此,槽与纯径向延伸相比延长,从而槽的节流作用分布在较长的路径上,并且槽的横截面因而可构造得较大。该措施还减少气穴的倾向,这是因为由于槽的较大横截面也实现稍微减小的流动速度。
在本发明的优选设计方案中,槽具有弧形的部分。该槽在此可构造为波形的或螺旋形。通过该措施,槽与纯径向延伸相比延长,从而槽的节流作用在较长的路径上分布,并且槽的横截面因而可构造得较大。槽在此可具有至少0.5至15mm的长度,这与活塞的传统直径相比相对较长。
在另一设计方案中,漏斗形的出口具有倒圆的过渡部。由此,漏斗形的出口构造成喇叭形的,从而实现由槽的节流间隙构成的特别平缓的过渡部。漏斗形的出口在此优选与活塞的轴向流动通道相邻地设置,则气穴特别是在节流间隙与轴向流动通道之间的过渡部上出现。
在此缓冲器既可设计为压力缓冲器也可设计为拉力缓冲器。但具有多个压力缓冲器,其能根据构造而承受负载。

具体实施方式
特别是用于家具的缓冲器1包括基本上圆筒形的壳体2,活塞杆3从该壳体中伸出。具有垂直于轴向方向设置的通孔5的连接元件4在端侧构造在活塞杆3上,例如铰链的螺栓可联接在该通孔上。在相对置的一侧上,垂直于纵向方向延伸的用于与铰链连接的通孔6也构造在壳体2上。
如图2和图3所示,可沿轴向方向移动的活塞8设置在壳体2的内腔7中。活塞8具有用于密封环10的环形的槽9,该密封环沿壳体2的内壁引导和密封活塞8。多个沿轴向方向延伸的具有细长拱形横截面的通孔11构造在活塞8中,所述通孔能被流体流过。在至少一个所述通孔11中构造有径向通道20。活塞8在端侧被板12封闭,当板12平放在活塞8上时,该板盖住通孔11。这即为所述实施例中的情况,在该情况下活塞8在圆筒中运动,其中缓冲器构造为压力缓冲器。当然反之也是可行的,即缓冲器构造为拉力缓冲器。
板12由弹性材料构成并具有居中的孔13。板12固定在活塞8的孔13上。在活塞8运动时,板12能够可选地从活塞8掰出(weggebogen)或压到该活塞上,从而根据板12的位置,通孔11完全或仅部分地被封闭。如果通孔11被板12封闭,则流体仅仅流动通过径向的槽20。代替弹性设计方案,板12也可在活塞8上移动。活塞8在活塞杆3的端部固定在槽14上。板12利用螺杆3旋到活塞端面上,或者板12利用活塞端面压紧。在此决定性的是,用于缓冲的可移动的板12压到活塞8上并因此压到用于对流体起节流作用的槽上。
为了在活塞8运动时能够进行容积补偿,在壳体2的打开侧上在盖18上存在具有密封板15的补偿元件,所述密封板设置在环16上,所述环贴靠在弹簧17的一侧上。弹簧17的相对置的端部支撑在盖18的环形容纳部上,通过该容纳部构成用于穿过活塞杆3的孔19。
在图4中示出活塞8在壳体2中的端侧位置。活塞杆3移入缓冲器的壳体2中并现在可以被拉出,其中活塞8向右运动且流体流动通过通孔11。在该方向上仅产生很小的缓冲力,这是因为板12被弹性地掰开或略微地移动,从而在活塞8上或在活塞中的用于流体的流动横截面保持相对较大。但在沿相反方向运动时,板12压到通孔11上,从而流体仅可通过径向槽20流到通孔11之一中。
在图5和图6中放大地示出活塞8的外端面,在该外端面上可以看到通孔11和径向槽20。径向槽20在向通孔11的过渡部上设有漏斗形出口22,该出口朝通孔11倒圆地构造并因而喇叭状地延伸。在槽20与轴向的通孔11之间的过渡部的区域中的曲率半径可在0.3至2mm的范围内。
在图7至图10中示出根据本发明的缓冲器1’的第二实施方式,该缓冲器具有圆筒形的壳体2’,具有活塞8’的活塞杆3’可移动地支承在该壳体中。活塞杆3’以一个端部段伸出壳体2’,具有通孔5’的连接元件4’构造在该端部段上。在相对置的一侧上,在壳体2’上也设有用于与另一部件连接的孔6’。
如同在前述实施例中,缓冲器1’包括被流体填充的内腔7’,该内腔用于缓冲。活塞8’在其外周界上具有密封环10’并包括两个圆形的通孔11’,其中槽20’在活塞8’的端面从通孔11’延伸。
在壳体2’中在开口侧设有盖18’,为了容积补偿,具有密封元件16’的补偿元件设置在所述盖上,在所述补偿元件上设有可压缩元件,例如弹簧加载的补偿活塞或弹性压缩的元件。也可能的是,设有其它的弹性元件。
在壳体2’的内壁上构造一个或多个沿轴向方向延伸的槽21’,所述槽在该区域中实现由活塞8’分开的两个腔之间的连接。但槽21’在活塞8’的端部段之前终止,从而在活塞8移动时才能在活塞8的端部段中产生相应的压力,该压力能够仅经由节流间隙20、20’减小。
如图10所示,在沿轴向方向的通孔11’与垂直于该通孔设置的槽20’之间在活塞8’的端面上设有漏斗形的过渡部22’,该过渡部如同在前述实施例中喇叭形倒圆地构造。另外,槽20’不仅仅沿径向方向延伸,而是明显较长地构造并在活塞8’的端面上波形地延伸。槽20’在此绕活塞的中心3’引导,从而槽20’的长度可在5mm与15mm之间,这与已知的流动通道相比明显延长。因而槽20’的横截面可构造得较大,这是因为节流作用不仅仅限于较短的部分,而是通过长得多的结构可分布在槽20’的整个长度上。此外,槽20’的其他形状也是可行的,特别是槽20’螺旋形绕活塞中央3’引导或具有其他曲率和几何形状。

Claims (6)

6.按照权利要求1至5任一项所述的缓冲器,其特征在于,所述漏斗形的出口(22,22’)与在所述活塞(8,8’)上的轴向的流动通道(11,11’)相邻地设置。
