Abstract

系统门窗
技术领域
本发明涉及一种系统门窗,更具体地涉及一种作为升降横移式平推门窗,能够通过手柄操作使窗扇紧贴于窗框进行密封,并能够最大限度地提高气密性和水密性的系统门窗。
背景技术
一般来讲,升降横移式平推系统门窗包括:窗框;设置于上述窗框的固定窗;沿着形成在上述窗框的轨道左右移动的活动窗;五金配件,五金配件具有使上述活动窗对窗框转换锁紧或解除锁紧状态的锁紧解除单元以及提起或降落上述活动窗的升降单元。
另一方面,设置于高层公寓大楼以及阳台的平推系统门窗在强风或暴雨等外部环境下,将由玻璃承受的风压传递到活动窗,在活动窗产生较强的阻力。
并且,具有提升而在轨道上左右往复移动的活动窗的平推系统门窗,因其结构特点而存在气密性和水密性较差的问题。
发明内容
技术课题
本发明是为了解决上述问题而提出的,本发明的目的在于提供一种升降横移式平推门窗,能够通过手柄操作将窗扇以密封的方式紧贴于窗框,并能够最大限度地提高气密性和水密性。
解决课题的手段
为了实现上述本发明的目的,根据本发明一方面,提供一种系统门窗,该系统门窗包括:五金配件,呈多边形的框架形状,通过连杆而随着手柄的旋转动作来传递动力,以及底部滚子单元,设置于所述五金配件的底部水平部,该底部滚子单元具有从所述五金配件接受动力的底板、通过导销与所述底板相连接的导板、在内部安装有滚子的滚子套以及连接所述滚子套和导板的滚子臂。
在这里,在根据本发明一方面的系统门窗中,导销与手柄的旋转角度对应地沿着形成在所述导板的导槽来往复移动,调节滚子套与底板之间的间隔。
在这里,在根据本发明一方面的系统门窗中,与所述手柄的旋转角度相对应地,在手柄处于第一旋转角度时,导销位于形成在导板的导槽的中央部,使得滚子套和底板紧贴,在手柄处于第二旋转角度时,导销位于导板的导槽的末端部,使得设置于窗框的撞针和设置于五金配件的底部水平部的凸轮相结合。
发明的效果
如上所述,本发明的系统门窗作为升降横移式平推门窗,是一种能够通过手柄操作将窗扇紧贴于窗框并对其进行密封,能够最大限度地提高气密性和水密性。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图对本发明一实施例的系统门窗进行详细说明。附图示出本发明的例示性实施方式,只用于对本发明进行更为详细的说明,并非以此限定本发明要求保护的技术范围。
图1和图2是表示构成本发明一实施例的系统门窗的底部滚子单元的立体图,图3至图5是表示构成本发明一实施例的系统门窗的底部滚子单元的俯视图。
本发明一实施例的系统门窗包括五金配件10,其通过连杆随着手柄的旋转传递动力;以及一个以上的底部滚子单元100,其设置于上述五金配件的底部水平部。
上述五金配件10具有多边形框架形状,以围绕活动窗扇(未图示)的侧面的方式进行安装,随着手柄的旋转动作通过连杆向底部滚子单元100传递冲程(stroke)。
上述底部滚子单元100设置于上述五金配件10的底部水平部,包括:底板101,其通过连杆从上述五金配件10接受动力;导板105,其通过导销106与上述底板101相连接;滚子套109,在其内部安装滚子110;以及滚子臂108,其连接上述滚子套109和导板105。
另一方面,在安装于底板101的连杆104上形成的连接销103收容于形成在五金配件10的底部水平部的贯通孔12内,从而使得底部滚子单元100与五金配件10相连接。
未说明的附图标记102表示插入活动窗扇来固定底板101的固定轴,未说明的附图标记11表示设置于五金配件10的底部水平部的凸轮。
在上述导板105形成有导槽107,该导槽107随着手柄的旋转角度引导导销106的往复移动。
上述导槽107以中央部为基准呈不对称的“V”字形状,上述滚子臂108以能够转动的方式安装于滚子套109,其能够通过轴承进行安装。
并且,本发明一实施例的系统门窗还包括支撑滚子(未图示),其安装于上述滚子臂108,用于提高滚子臂108与底板101之间的滚动性。
下面将参照附图对如此构成的系统门窗的开闭动作以及密封动作进行详细说明。
在活动窗扇开启的状态下,随着手柄操作(例如0°),导销106移动至导槽107的一端,滚子臂108沿着导槽107的形状旋转,使得维持滚子套109与底板101之间的间隔约隔离20mm左右的状态(参照图4),活动窗扇相对窗框而言处于提起状态,滚子沿着形成在窗框底部的轨道往复移动,从而使得活动窗扇处于开放或关闭状态。
另一方面,在活动窗扇开启状态下的滚子套109与底板101之间的间隔不局限于上述数值,可以根据所需的开启间隔自由决定。
由手柄操作引起的手柄的旋转角度的紧贴和锁止过程具体如下:在手柄(未图示)处于第一旋转角度(例如90°)时,导销106位于形成在导板105的导槽107的中央部(参照图3),此时滚子臂108返回至底板101,使得滚子套109和底板101紧贴。
之后,在手柄处于第二旋转角度(例如180°)时,导销106移动至导板105的导槽107的另一端(参照图5),于是,设置于五金配件10的底部水平部的凸轮11沿着水平方向移动,于是,设置于窗框的撞针(striker,未图示)和设置于五金配件10的底部水平部的凸轮11衔接紧贴。
另一方面,多个上述底部滚子单元100分隔而设置于五金配件10的底部水平部,此时,相邻的两个底部滚子单元100通过安装在滚子套109的连杆112而相连接。
如此,在根据本发明一实施例的系统门窗中,在手柄旋转90度时,窗框和窗扇之间的距离恢复原状的同时窗扇紧贴于窗框,在手柄旋转180度时,设置于窗框的四面的撞针和设置于窗门的四面的操作凸轮部(其设置于五金配件)相结合而实现完全密封,因而能够最大限度地提高气密性和水密性。
如上所述的本发明的优选实施例只是为了举例说明而揭示的,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干修改、变更和补充,这些修改、变更和补充也应视为属于本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (3)

1.一种系统门窗,其特征在于,包括:
五金配件,呈多边形的框架形状,通过连杆而随着手柄的旋转动作来传递动力,以及
底部滚子单元,设置于所述五金配件的底部水平部,该底部滚子单元具有从所述五金配件接受动力的底板、通过导销与所述底板相连接的导板、在内部安装有滚子的滚子套以及连接所述滚子套和导板的滚子臂;
导销与手柄的旋转角度对应地沿着形成在所述导板的导槽来往复移动,调节滚子套与底板之间的间隔,
所述底板的导槽以中央部为基准呈不对称的“V”字形状,且
与所述手柄的旋转角度相对应地,在手柄处于第一旋转角度时,导销位于形成在导板的导槽的中央部,使得滚子套和底板紧贴,在手柄处于第二旋转角度时,导销位于导板的导槽的末端部,使得设置于窗框的撞针和设置于五金配件的底部水平部的凸轮相结合,
所述系统门窗还包括支撑滚子,该支撑滚子安装于所述滚子臂,用于提高滚子臂与底板的滚动性。
2.根据权利要求1所述的系统门窗,其特征在于,
所述滚子臂能够转动地安装于滚子套。
3.根据权利要求1所述的系统门窗,其特征在于,
多个所述底部滚子单元分隔而设置于五金配件的底部水平部;
相邻的两个底部滚子单元通过安装在滚子套的连杆而相连接。
