Abstract
本发明属于食品,是一种预防和辅助治疗癌症的复合粉。降低发病率,除了远离产生基因变异的化学毒素,病毒等致癌物外,还要摄取促进细胞分化,启动癌修复基因,强化细胞膜和免疫细胞的多种营养素。提高治愈率,除了减少放、化疗和抗生素在杀死癌细胞的同时,迫使正常细胞滞育,演变成新的癌细胞外,还要调控癌患者长期缺乏的相关营养素。本发明从百余种植物中选出18种食材,集结、互补、协同、强化了多种有益成份,这些成份含概了多糖类、蛋白质类、n-3脂肪酸类、纤维素类、类胡萝卜素类、微量元素类,补充了日常膳食中极其缺少的六大类营养素中多种重要成份,使一级预防和辅助治疗癌症有了新的生力军。
Description
本发明属于食品,是用多种植物的可食用果实经干燥粉碎后获取的功能性方便食用的复合粉。在日常食物资源中,可用于预防和辅助治疗癌症的植物果实有百余种,大都单独开发出了食用粉,或单独出售或单独添加到食品和药品之中。尽管人类在预防和治疗癌症方面举步维艰,关注这些食物,把它们作为防癌抑癌的日常膳食却很不明了,也无以实施。
癌症是人类的高发病,占总死亡病因的第二位或第三位。癌属于多基因病,首先是基因变异,变异原因有化学毒素,生物病毒,长期的炎症,放、化疗等物理刺激,这是诱癌物质。其次那些没有被免疫系统殊灭的癌细胞在长达几年乃至十几年后才会危及生命,而恰恰在漫长的时间里,免疫系统没有得到相关营养的支持,相反膳食中过多摄取的精制糖,n-9类饱和脂肪酸,n-6类亚油酸,某些高蛋白中严重缺乏防癌抑癌的营养素,使原本生命赖以生存的食物演变成促癌物质。预防癌症要两条腿走路,一是要远离诱癌物质,防止基因变异;二是要减少促癌物质,降低癌细胞的生长环境,为此都需要摄取充足的有防癌抑癌功能的营养素。
本发明的技术方案,“强化防癌抑癌功能的复合食用粉”是从千余种植物中,特别集中从百余种有防癌抑癌功能的可加工成粉的食材中精选出18种各类单粉,集结、互补、协同,强化了细胞分化必需依赖六类营养素中的多种有益成份,获取了功能效果更加优良的复合食用粉。其配制复合粉的各类单粉包括:突出必需营养素碳水化合物即多糖类的品种有荸荠粉、甘薯粉、芋头粉、薏苡仁粉、菱角粉;突出必需营养素蛋白质类的品种有刀豆粉;突出必需营养素n-3脂肪酸类和膳食纤维类的品种有:亚麻籽粉或其提取物亚麻籽油、沙棘籽粉或其提取物沙棘籽油、苏籽粉、野鼠尾草籽粉;突出必需营养素维生素类和微量元素类的品种有:胡萝卜粉或其提取物胡萝卜素、大枣粉、杜氏藻粉、草莓粉、番茄粉或其提取物番茄红素、无花果粉、木瓜粉、辣椒红素。可把上述粉按比例混合在一起,也可从六大类各类单粉中每类选出1-2种组成复合粉,可组成系列复合粉4组,1.荸荠粉、刀豆粉、亚麻籽粉、胡萝卜粉、大枣粉;2.红薯粉、刀豆粉、沙棘籽粉、杜氏藻粉、草莓粉;3.菱角粉、薏苡仁粉、刀豆粉、苏籽粉、番茄粉、无花果粉;4.芋头粉、刀豆粉、野鼠尾草籽粉、辣椒红素、木瓜粉。
本发明的有益效果:人体由60兆个细胞组成,每个细胞的细胞核拥有30亿个遗传基因,通常90%的基因是关闭的,只有10%的基因开启。在庞大的遗传基因里,每个细胞都有“原癌基因”,但处于关闭状态。正常细胞发育到卵裂期至桑椹期后,就进入囊胚期开始分化,而癌细胞是滞育在卵裂期和桑椹期,不向前分化的细胞,只会自我复制,侵占正常细胞的位置而不履行正常细胞的功能,此时细胞核内的“原癌基因”开启,变成了真正的癌基因。可是人的基因里同时具有癌抑制基因和癌修复基因,此基因的开启与关闭有赖于细胞核的免疫功能。现代治癌手段多用放疗、化疗、抗生素疗法,而放、化疗和抗生素在杀死癌细胞的同时,又迫使正常细胞发生滞育,经过一定时间演变成了新的癌细胞。癌细胞的逆转或凋亡依赖于细胞核的基因密码,也依赖于细胞膜的防御机制,更依赖于多种免疫细胞的相互协调和控制。细胞是由六大类必需营养素产生的糖脂、糖蛋白、脂蛋白构成的,具有抗癌抑癌功能的糖脂、糖蛋白、脂蛋白来源于食物中具有抗癌抑癌作用的多种营养成份,本发明集结了18种具有抗癌抑癌功能的植物,组成多个配方,制备了方便食用的复合粉。
组成配方的一类营养素是以碳水化合物为主的食材,它们都含有多糖类成份,如荸荠多糖、甘薯多糖、薏苡仁多糖、芋头多糖、菱角多糖。多糖类在抗肿瘤方面最突出的功能是作为生物免疫反应调节剂,通过增强机体的免疫功能而间接抑制或杀死癌细胞,如能促进LAK,天然杀伤细胞(NK)活性,诱导巨噬细胞产生肿瘤坏死因子等。
组成配方的二类营养素是以蛋白质为主的刀豆粉,刀豆粉含有的刀豆素为外源凝集素,免疫学用于刺激T细胞增殖,经胞饮作用吞入后集中在粒腺体,造成粒腺体通透性增加,启动细胞自噬路径及酸性囊泡器的形成等。刀豆素A对于用病毒或化学致癌剂处理后而产生的变形病毒有殊灭作用,可凝集由各种致癌剂所引起的变形细胞,对于受癌侵犯的胸膜渗出液中的淋巴组织,有促进淋巴细胞转化率升高的作用,刺激淋巴细胞进行有丝分裂,提高淋巴细胞核糖核酸与去氧核糖核酸的含量,在T淋巴细胞膜上有刀豆素的天然受体,可促使T淋巴细胞转化为淋巴母细胞等等,对机体的抗癌防御起到重要作用。
组成配方的三类和四类营养素是n-3脂肪酸和纤维素,在亚麻籽粉、苏籽粉、沙棘籽粉、野鼠尾草籽粉中含量最高,在上述粉中n-3脂肪酸的含量是普通食品的6-50倍。已知过多摄取n-9脂肪酸和n-6脂肪酸是现代癌症发病的原因之一,n-3脂肪酸抑制肿瘤生长的机理包括三个方面,生化方面:血清脂质;膜脂肪酸;脂质微环境;Ca2+-的注入。免疫方面:前列腺素;胞质分裂;天然杀伤细胞(NK);巨噬细胞;T细胞和β-细胞功能。分子方面:激素及其受体;致癌基因表达等。纤维素是必需营养素,在上述粉中其含量是普通食品的10-800倍,其防癌机理一是减少次生胆汁酸的产生,二是抑制腐生菌的生长,三是减少致癌物与结肠接触机会,四是产生丁酸,五是清除自由基等多种有益效果。
组成配方的五类和六类营养素是维生素和微量元素。其中类胡萝卜素是安全的维生素A源,在胡萝卜粉、番茄粉、杜氏藻粉、辣椒红素中含量可观。各种类胡萝卜素(包括番茄红素)能缩小肿瘤,减慢肿瘤扩散速度。美国癌病研究所20多年临床药理学观察,食胡萝卜者比不食胡萝卜的人,得肺癌的机会少40%。日本动物实验表明胡萝卜中的木质素能提高生物体免疫能力2-3倍,从而间接地抑制或消灭体内的癌细胞,胡萝卜的衍生物氨甲喋呤对儿童白血病有临床效果等。大枣粉中含环磷酸腺苷(CAMP)及山楂酸等成份,可使癌细胞向正常细胞转化,抑制癌细胞增殖。无花果粉中含苯甲醛、佛手苷内酯等多种抗癌成份。草莓粉中含有抗癌活性很高的鞣花酸。木瓜粉中含番木瓜碱,有显著的抗淋巴细胞性白血病的活性等。上述多种植物粉中富含锌、硒、铁、钼、碘、铜等,协同组成第六类营养素,微量元素可协助细胞产生多种抗癌抑癌的功能。
本发明的实施方式:目前国内用可食用植物加工成的粉有百余种,本发明在其范围内选出成品粉18种,再用特定的配方组成产品,这样可减少资金厂房设备人力资源的投资,缩短生产流程,多快好省的实施本发明。
实施例1.用荸荠粉、甘薯粉、菱角粉、芋头粉、薏苡仁粉、按每份10%组成配方的50%,用刀豆粉组成配方的30%,用亚麻籽粉、沙棘籽粉、苏籽粉、野鼠尾草籽粉、按每份2%组成配方的8%,用胡萝卜粉、大枣粉、杜氏藻粉、草莓粉、番茄粉、无花果粉、木瓜粉、辣椒红素、按每份1.5%组成配方的12%,加入适量低聚果糖或蔗糖或木糖醇,把上述比例的物料用混料机充分混合,用带冷却器的高速旋转粉碎机微粉化,得水分在8%-15%之间,粒度在40μm-150μm之间的成品,用枕式包装机密封成小袋,可方便冲调或熬粥。
实施例2.用荸荠粉50%,刀豆粉20%,亚麻籽粉10%,大枣粉10%,胡萝卜粉10%,加入适量低聚果糖或蔗糖或木糖醇充分搅拌即得成品。
实施例3.用甘薯粉40%,刀豆粉20%,草莓粉20%,沙棘籽粉10%,杜氏藻粉10%,加入适量低聚果糖或蔗糖或木糖醇充分搅拌即得成品。
实施例4.用菱角粉40%,刀豆粉15%,薏苡仁粉15%,苏籽粉10%,番茄粉10%,无花果粉10%,加入适量蔗糖或低聚果糖或木糖醇充分搅拌即得成品。
实施例5.用芋头粉50%,刀豆粉20%,野鼠尾草籽粉10%,木瓜粉20%,辣椒红素适量,加入适量蔗糖或低聚果糖或木糖醇充分搅拌即得成品。
当需要在产品中强化n-3脂肪酸和类胡萝卜素时,在配方中可加入5%-8%的亚麻籽精炼油或沙棘籽油,方法是首先在精炼亚麻籽油或沙棘籽油中加入1%的山梨聚糖甘油-油酸脂混合均匀,再同相应物料充分搅拌,同时加入适量类胡萝卜素或番茄红素搅拌粉碎即可。本发明在油脂中添加的乳化剂为不饱和山梨糖酯,是含16-22个碳原子的不饱和脂肪酸与山梨聚糖的单酯混合物,其主要成分是单酯,还含有双酯、三酯等成分。
各种食材的配方比例可分为保健型和辅助治疗型,保健型可增加碳水化合物即多糖类和维生素及微量元素类的食材比例,辅助治疗型可增加蛋白质类和n-3脂肪酸及类胡萝卜素类的食材比例。
Claims (5)
1.本发明是“强化防癌抑癌功能的复合食用粉”,以往的产品具有防癌抑癌功能的各种食用粉很多,大都单独生产和出售或单独添加到食品和药品之中,本发明的特征是从百余种具有防癌抑癌功能的可食用植物粉末中精选出膳食中普遍欠缺的食用粉18种,集结、互补、协同、强化了细胞分化必需依赖的六类营养素中的多种有益成份,获取了功能效果更加优良的复合食用粉,其配制复合食用粉的配方包括,突出碳水化合物即多糖类:菱角粉、荸荠粉、甘薯粉、芋头粉、薏苡仁粉;突出蛋白质类:刀豆粉;突出n-3脂肪酸类和膳食纤维类:亚麻籽粉或其提取物亚麻籽油、沙棘籽粉或其提取物沙棘籽油、苏籽粉、野鼠尾草籽粉;突出维生素类和微量元素类:胡萝卜粉或其提取物胡萝卜素、大枣粉、杜氏藻粉、草莓粉、番茄粉或其提取物番茄红素、无花果粉、木瓜粉、辣椒红素。
2.根据权利要求1所述“强化防癌抑癌功能的复合食用粉”,其配方特征是:荸荠粉、刀豆粉、亚麻籽粉或其提取物亚麻籽油、胡萝卜粉或其提取物胡萝卜素、大枣粉。
3.根据权利要求1所述“强化防癌抑癌功能的复合食用粉”,其配方特征是:红薯粉、刀豆粉、沙棘籽粉或其提取物沙棘籽油、杜氏藻粉、草莓粉。
4.根据权利要求1所述“强化防癌抑癌功能的复合食用粉”其配方特征是:菱角粉、薏苡仁粉、刀豆粉、苏籽粉、番茄粉或其提取物番茄红素、无花果粉。
5.根据权利要求1所述“强化防癌抑癌功能的复合食用粉”其配方特征是:芋头粉、刀豆粉、野鼠尾草籽粉、木瓜粉、辣椒红素。
