本发明涉及碱金属和碱土金属合金的制备方法。本发明还涉及碱金属和碱土金属化合物的用途。为了提供制备碱金属和碱土金属合金的新方法,在本发明的范围内建议将碱金属或碱土金属化合物的盐、氢氧化物、醇盐或氧化物与半金属、非金属或金属的盐、氢氧化物、醇盐或氧化物混合,随后加热至至少100℃,其中所述碱金属或碱土金属的盐、氢氧化物、醇盐或氧化物相对于所述半金属、非金属或金属的盐、氢氧化物、醇盐或氧化物以1∶1的摩尔比或过量存在。令人惊讶地,在本发明的范围内显示,通过使碱金属或碱土金属化合物的盐、氢氧化物、醇盐或氧化物与半金属或第三或第四主族的金属的盐、氢氧化物、醇盐或氧化物混合并随后加热,可制备碱金属或碱土金属合金。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及碱金属和碱土金属合金的制备方法。本发明还涉及碱金属和碱土金属化合物的用途。
背景技术
WO 2007/095276A1描述了一种脱除伯胺或仲胺的烷基保护基或芳磺酰基保护基的方法,其中在质子源的存在下,在足以形成相应胺的条件下,使烷基胺或芳磺酰胺优选与Na、K2Na或KNa2接触。
WO 2008/031101A2涉及锂金属化合物和多孔氧化物(也被称作“I族金属/多孔氧化物组合物”),其在惰性气氛中在足够的放热条件下通过使液体锂金属与多孔金属氧化物混合而制得,以使液体锂金属吸收于多孔金属氧化物的孔内。这些化合物被用于有机反应中,例如武兹合成。
US 2005/0151278A1中描述了碱金属或碱金属合金和硅胶的化合物。这些化合物被用于消除异味。
WO 2006/036697A2描述了包含以氧化钛或氧化铝形式的多孔金属氧化物和碱金属或碱金属合金的化合物。
由WO 2008/131270A1已知通过用化合物还原三取代的膦制备碱金属磷化物的方法,其中碱金属或碱金属合金吸收于多孔氧化化合物中。
本发明的任务是提供一种制备碱金属和碱土金属合金的新方法。
根据本发明如下解决所述任务,使碱金属或碱土金属化合物的盐、氢氧化物、醇盐或氧化物与半金属、非金属或金属的盐、氢氧化物、醇盐或氧化物混合,随后加热至至少100℃,其中所述碱金属或碱土 金属的盐、氢氧化物、醇盐或氧化物相对于所述半金属、非金属或金属的盐、氢氧化物、醇盐或氧化物以1∶1的摩尔比或过量存在。
本发明中令人惊讶地表明,通过使碱金属或碱土金属化合物的盐、氢氧化物、醇盐或氧化物与半金属、非金属或金属的盐、氢氧化物、醇盐或氧化物混合并随后加热可以制备碱金属或碱土金属合金。
与此相关联地,所述碱金属和碱土金属化合物的盐、氢氧化物、醇盐或氧化物选自碱金属或碱土金属的硫酸盐、氯化物、硝酸盐、碳酸盐、甲酸盐、草酸盐、硫化物、亚硫酸盐、溴化物、碘化物、氟化物、氮化物、亚硝酸盐、磷酸盐、磷化物、亚磷酸盐和醋酸盐。

在本发明的范围内,半金属、非金属或金属的盐、氢氧化物、醇盐或氧化物选自CO2、CO、N2O3、N2O5、NO2、NOx、氧化硅、氧化铝、氧化碲、氧化锗、氧化锑、氧化镓、氧化钒、氧化锰、氧化铬、氧化钛、氧化锆、氧化铈、氧化镧、氧化钴、氧化铜、氧化铁、氧化银、氧化钨和氧化锌。
在本发明的范围内,使所述碱金属或碱土金属化合物的盐、氢氧化物、醇盐或氧化物与所述半金属、非金属或金属的氧化物,以熔体、以气相在提高的压力下或者以在溶剂中,优选在水中的液体涂层材料的形式混合。
可以用溶剂,特别是水,将制备碱金属或碱土金属合金所使用的原料(碱金属或碱土金属化合物的盐、氢氧化物、醇盐或氧化物以及半金属、非金属或金属的氧化物)稀释至0.05重量%至60重量%,优选2至20重量%的固含量,从而提供液体涂层材料。
可以以稀释或未稀释状态将制备碱金属和碱土金属合金所使用的原料作为涂层材料涂覆于基材上,然后进行干燥。与此相关联地,有利的是将制备碱金属和碱土金属合金所使用的涂层材料湿化学施加于基材上,特别是通过喷涂、浇铸、浇注、浸渍、刷涂、旋涂、辊涂或印刷。在此适宜以10nm至100μm,特别是0.5至20μm的层厚度施加制备碱金属和碱土金属合金所使用的涂层材料。
制备碱金属和碱土金属合金所使用的原料也可能作为添加剂包含在其他涂层材料中,特别是陶瓷粉浆、纳米悬浮液、玻璃粉、聚合物或溶胶凝胶体系。
另外,根据本发明,碱金属或碱土金属的盐或半金属、非金属或金属的盐的至少一种以氧化物形式存在,特别优选所述半金属、非金属或金属以氧化物形式存在。
在本发明的范围内也提出,所述加热在250℃以上的温度,优选在400℃以上直至最高熔点组分的熔点的温度下进行。在本发明的一个优选的实施方案中,所述加热在约室温至1000℃,特别是100至600℃的温度范围下进行1秒至数小时,特别是至少1分钟,优选至少1小时和特别优选至少24小时。所述加热也适宜在两个步骤中进行,所述两个步骤具有较低温度(至多200℃)下的预固化和较高温度(300℃以上)下的第二加热步骤。
根据本发明也提出,所述加热在贫氧,优选无氧的气氛中进行。在此可提出,所述加热在空气循环加热炉中或在红外辐射下进行。
在本发明的范围内,碱金属或碱土金属合金的制备是根据溶胶-凝胶法或通过沉淀反应,直接由元素通过熔融法,特别是固相反应,通过火焰热解或气相分离,特别是CVD或PVD,通过喷雾干燥或冷冻干燥来进行的。
在第一个实施方案中,使用根据本发明的方法制备的碱金属或碱土金属合金来制备耐磨涂层,其中通过喷涂、浇铸、浇注、浸渍、刷涂、旋涂、辊涂或印刷将制备碱金属和碱土金属合金所使用的涂层材料湿化学逐步施加于基材或全部基材上,并加热。
在通过磨损(摩擦)的可见损伤下,涂层的催化活性也不受影响。催化活性特别促使有机物质和炭黑,特别是蜡烛炭黑、柴油炭黑、模型炭黑(Modellruss),和木材、天然气、石油和汽油的挥发性燃烧产物的燃烧。
在另一个实施方案中,将碱金属和碱土金属合金的盐涂覆于由金属、半金属或非金属的盐组成的陶瓷固体上,并通过在大于200℃的温度下的热处理产生扩散过程,其中碱金属和碱土金属合金扩散于陶瓷成型体中并形成表面梯度,其中碱金属或碱土金属的盐、氢氧化物、醇盐或氧化物相对于半金属、非金属或金属的盐、氢氧化物、醇盐或氧化物以1∶1的摩尔比或过量存在。
在本发明的另一个实施方案变型中,所述基材为陶瓷高孔隙率载体,其上涂覆第一涂层,所述第一涂层的热导率大于所述载体。在此 合理的是,所述载体具有小于10Wm-1K-1的导热率。在所述另一个实施方案变型中有利的是,涂覆在载体上的第一涂层具有至少10Wm-1K-1,优选至少30Wm-1K-1和特别优选至少50Wm-1K-1的导热率。
也可提出在陶瓷高孔隙率载体上涂覆催化活性涂层,所述涂层的导热率大于所述载体。
此外,在本发明的范围内,涂覆在载体上的第一涂层由如下物质组成:金属材料,特别是银、铜、金、铝、锌、钨、镍、铁、铂、钽、铅或钛,具有高导热率的陶瓷材料,特别是碳化硅、碳纳米管、氧化铝、氧化铝/氧化锆(ZTA)、氮化硅、氮化铝、硅铝氧氮聚合料、氧化镁、氧化铍或氮化硼,或用导热颗粒填充的玻璃类材料,或上述材料的组合。
在本发明的范围内,所述基材为玻璃、金属、半金属、金属氧化物、人造石材、天然石材、混凝土、灰浆、陶瓷、瓷釉、玻璃陶瓷、塑料或上漆表面。
使用高孔隙率的陶瓷过滤材料作为载体导致在特别是汽车、建筑机械、飞机、机车和船舶的内燃机和内燃器中作为催化剂的用途。
使用玻璃作为载体材料导致本发明的主题的如下用途:作为用于家用烤箱、发电厂、炼焦炉、炼钢厂的燃烧过程的壁炉玻璃窗玻璃、烤炉视窗、工业视窗上的自洁式涂层,作为玻璃陶瓷、优选玻璃陶瓷灶台上的抗粘附剂。
在本发明的范围内包含根据本发明的方法制备的碱金属或碱土金属合金以颗粒形式,特别是作为液体或溶液中的添加剂,在燃料或固体中用于催化的用途。
在本发明的范围内还包含根据本发明的方法制备的碱金属或碱土金属合金作为散装材料,特别是作为轻金属合金的用途。所述轻金属合金的一个特别用途是提高材料的硬度。
根据本发明的方法制备的碱金属或碱土金属合金也可作为涂层材料,优选作为含贵金属的涂层材料,特别是作为氧化催化剂,还原催化剂,反应催化剂或用于分解或转化有机物质或气体的化学过程的催 化剂。
根据本发明的方法制备的碱金属或碱土金属合金可例如制备内燃机和内燃器中发动机内腔、活塞、排气装置和排气滤器,特别是柴油机微粒过滤器,的涂层,制备窗玻璃、机器零件、管件或电厂零件上的涂层,特别是用于玻璃插件和钢插件以及壁炉石材和过滤垫,作为发电厂中的除渣助剂,在烤炉视窗、加热板,特别是陶瓷灶台上作为抗粘附剂,在载体上从室内空气中除去挥发性有机化合物,特别是积累在涂层上之后,在燃料电池中除去氢的气态杂质,特别是一氧化碳,作为通过水的(光)催化分解为氢和氧而产生能量的助催化剂。
本发明的主题也可用于发电厂或管件,从而避免在升高的温度下的粘结。涂布在其他载体(例如钢或铁)上或作为涂层物质(Beschichtungsmassen)中的添加剂提供在发电厂烟囱、燃烧室、家用壁炉管件中作为烘烤涂层和在家用器具中作为涂层的应用。
也可使用根据本发明的材料从而影响汽油、柴油或煤油在发动机燃烧室中的点火时刻。
制备碱金属和碱土金属合金所使用的涂层材料也可作为除臭催化剂(Geruchskatalysator)用于工业应用。
与载体的结合通过无机粘合剂进行,此外可将活性组分作为添加剂添加至已经存在的涂层(例如陶瓷粉浆、纳米悬浮液、玻璃粉或溶胶凝胶体系)中。制备碱金属和碱土金属合金所使用的根据本发明的涂层材料中也可添加涂层体系,例如DE 10 2005 021 658A1中所描述。
通过合适地选择粘合剂,发明人成功研发了耐磨涂层。在通过磨损(摩擦)的可见损伤下,涂层的催化活性也不受影响。涂层的催化燃烧活性范围为100至550℃,优选250至400℃,特别优选250至350℃。催化活性特别促使有机物质和炭黑,特别是蜡烛炭黑、柴油炭黑、模型炭黑,和木材、天然气、石油和汽油的挥发性燃烧产物的燃烧。
炭黑颗粒燃烧的点火温度为100至450℃,特别优选250至350℃。 为达到所述点火温度,燃烧时无需进给氮氧化物。
不同于通常的方法(例如TGA/DTA),通过视觉评估确定涂层的氧化能力。为此,将模型炭黑分散液(溶剂中1-5%)以如下方式涂覆于涂层上,使得形成覆盖用的炭黑层。或者也可将蜡烛炭黑施加至涂层。为了确定炭黑燃烧的点火温度,在炉中在不同温度下放置具有炭黑层的涂覆的载体。在100至500℃,特别是250至350℃的温度下,炭黑层在1小时之后不复存在或者脱落,可能是由于下层炭黑的氧化导致脱除。在较长的放置时间(2-5小时)下,所述燃烧温度显著下降。
下文通过实施例详细说明本发明。
实施例1:
将94.85g(3-缩水甘油醚氧基丙基)三乙氧基硅烷(GPTES)和31.55g硅酸(Levasil 200s)搅拌1小时。搅拌1小时之后添加240.13g硝酸钠与741.64g 5%的醋酸,在此将溶液的pH值调节至约pH 3。在120℃下预固化所述溶液直至重量恒定,研磨并随后在高温炉中于850℃在保护气气氛下固化。得到灰黑色粉末。
实施例2:
用Ultra-Turrax以15000U/min将5.00g氧化铝C(平均原始粒径13nm)在95.0g 5%的醋酸中分散10分钟。在搅拌下添加TEOS-水解液(通过搅拌27.72g TEOS和10g 0.01M盐酸直至形成澄清溶液而制得)。搅拌1小时之后添加17.9g甲酸钾。用10%的醋酸将溶液的pH值调节至pH 3。将涂层溶液涂覆于金属载体上,并与实施例1类似在保护气气氛下通过热处理而固化。
实施例3:
向117.4g(3-缩水甘油醚氧基丙基)三乙氧基硅烷(GPTES)和61.7g四乙氧基硅烷中逐份添加58.75g氢氧化钙,使得温度不超过50℃。过夜搅拌之后添加558.7g异丙醇并逐份滴加40.24g水。过夜搅拌之后该溶液备用涂层。在玻璃或钢材上通过浇注和随后的500℃(2℃/分钟加热时间)下1小时的热后处理进行施加。获得透明 的催化活性涂层,其炭黑在250至400℃的温度燃烧。
为了评价炭黑分解,通过浇注在涂层上涂覆模型炭黑的炭黑分散液。或者也可用蜡烛炭黑施加至涂层。为了制备炭黑分散液,将1.8gDegussa Printex U加入60g异丙醇中,并用Ultra-Turrax以15000U/min分散1分钟。将基材热暴露约1小时。在玻璃上,在100至500℃,优选250至430℃的温度炭黑完全分解。在钢材上,在100至450℃,优选250至400℃的温度炭黑分解。
实施例4:
向22.4g(3-缩水甘油醚氧基丙基)三乙氧基硅烷(GPTES)和24.0g硅溶胶(Levasil 200s)中添加1028g水和133.6g硝酸锶。搅拌入钾盐之后添加40.0g TiO2(Degussa P25)并用Ultraturrax以15000U/min分散30分钟。分散液可直接施加。
通过浸渍将实施例3和4的溶液涂覆在由碳化硅、钛酸铝或堇青石组成的陶瓷蜂窝结构体上,并在500℃(2℃/分钟加热速度)下热固化1小时。可在低温下进行预固化。
实施例5:
向17.02g四乙氧基硅烷(Dynasilan A)中加入8.17g 10%的醋酸并搅拌约1小时,直至形成澄清溶液。搅拌同时向该溶液中加入去离子水中的33.07g硝酸钾(Fluka,purum)。该溶液备用涂层,用以浸渍涂覆陶瓷基材。为了改善涂覆钢材、不锈钢材或玻璃的润湿性,可添加0.20g流动改进剂(Verlaufsmittel)。
图1显示了催化活性涂层的光电子光谱。
通过光电子光谱测量(XPS)可检测新型碱-硅-化合物的存在。图1显示了包含硅和钾作为组分的涂层的研究结果。其中显示,仅在最外原子层(曲线b)上形成金属钾-硅合金,其是造成催化炭黑氧化的原因。在此,Si 2p-信号和K 2p-信号上均形成属于金属硅和金属钾的具有较低结合能的可见结构(曲线1)。在此,猜测可能可逆地形成了合金。炭黑在低温(300℃)下的多次燃烧(施加炭黑负荷,随后热燃烧,曲线2∶1次,曲线3∶3次,曲线4∶10次)之后,合金所属的信号慢慢消失,并在500℃的热再生之后形成(曲线5)。在深原子层(曲线a)中并未发现所述效果。
Claims (12)
1.一种制备碱金属或碱土金属合金的方法,其特征在于,使碱金属或碱土金属化合物的盐、氢氧化物、醇盐或氧化物与半金属、非金属或金属的盐、氢氧化物、醇盐或氧化物混合,随后加热至至少100℃,其中所述碱金属或碱土金属的盐、氢氧化物、醇盐或氧化物相对于所述半金属、非金属或金属的盐、氢氧化物、醇盐或氧化物以1∶1的摩尔比或过量存在。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述碱金属和碱土金属化合物的盐、氢氧化物、醇盐或氧化物选自碱金属或碱土金属的硫酸盐、氯化物、硝酸盐、碳酸盐、甲酸盐、草酸盐、硫化物、亚硫酸盐、溴化物、碘化物、氟化物、氮化物、亚硝酸盐、磷酸盐、磷化物、亚磷酸盐和醋酸盐。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述半金属、非金属或金属的盐、氢氧化物、醇盐或氧化物选自CO2、CO、N2O3、N2O5、NO2、NOx、氧化硅、氧化铝、氧化碲、氧化锗、氧化锑、氧化镓、氧化钒、氧化锰、氧化铬、氧化钛、氧化锆、氧化铈、氧化镧、氧化钴、氧化铜、氧化铁、氧化银、氧化钨和氧化锌。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,使所述碱金属或碱土金属化合物的盐、氢氧化物、醇盐或氧化物与所述半金属、非金属或金属的氧化物,以熔体、以气相在提高的压力下或者以在溶剂中,优选在水中的液体涂层材料的形式混合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述碱金属或碱土金属的盐,或者半金属、非金属或金属的盐的至少一种以氧化物形式存在,特别优选所述半金属、非金属或金属以氧化物形式存在。
6.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述加热在250℃以上的温度,优选在400℃以上直至最高熔点组分的熔点的温度下进行。
7.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述加热进行至少1分钟,优选至少1小时,特别优选至少24小时。
8.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述加热在贫氧,优选无氧的气氛中进行。
9.根据权利要求1至8任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,作为液体涂层材料形式的碱金属或碱土金属合金的制备是根据溶胶-凝胶法或经由沉淀反应,直接由元素通过熔融法,特别是固相反应,通过火焰热解或气相分离,特别是CVD或PVD,通过喷雾干燥或冷冻干燥来进行的。
10.根据权利要求1至9任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述碱金属或碱土金属化合物的盐施加于由半金属、非金属或金属的盐组成的陶瓷固体上,并在200℃以上的温度进行热处理。
11.根据权利要求1至9制备的碱金属或碱土金属合金以颗粒形式,特别是在液体或溶液中作为添加剂,在燃料或固体中用于催化,作为散装材料,特别是作为轻金属合金,作为涂层材料,优选作为含贵金属的涂层材料,特别是作为氧化催化剂、还原催化剂、反应催化剂或者作为用于分解或转化有机物质或气体的化学方法的催化剂的用途。
12.根据权利要求1至9制备的碱金属或碱土金属合金用于如下的用途:制备内燃机和内燃器中发动机内腔、活塞、排气装置和排气滤器的涂层,特别是柴油机微粒过滤器的涂层,制备窗玻璃、机器零件、管件或电厂零件上的涂层,制备壁炉内腔和燃烧室中的涂层,特别是用于玻璃插件和钢插件以及壁炉石材和过滤垫,作为发电厂中的除渣助剂,在烤炉视窗、烧烤器具、家用器具、加热板,特别是陶瓷灶台上作为抗粘附剂,在载体上从室内空气中除去挥发性有机化合物,特别是积累在涂层上之后,或者用于催化工业应用的化学氧化方法,在燃料电池中用于除去氢的气态杂质,特别是一氧化碳,作为通过水的(光)催化分解为氢和氧而产生能量的助催化剂。
