Abstract

本发明公开了一种LED球泡灯,包括标准灯座、灯体、球泡和LED灯组;所述LED灯组设置在所述灯体内,所述球泡设置在所述灯体前端并盖住所述LED灯组;所述LED灯组包括铝基板、设置在铝基板上的若干LED灯和驱动电源;所述灯体包括一与所述标准灯座连接的上体和连接在所述球泡与所述上体之间的散热罩;在所述散热罩上设有若干呈周向均匀布置的散热风道。通过采用在散热罩上的散热风通使LED灯的热量通过散热罩进行散热并通过散热风道的气流流动快速散热,从而有效解决LED球泡灯的散热问题,提高了LED灯的可靠性。

Description

一种LED球泡灯
技术领域
本发明涉及一种LED照明灯具,特别是涉及一种采用标准灯口的LED球泡灯,其包括标准灯座、灯体、球泡和LED灯组;所述LED灯组设置在所述灯体内,所述球泡设置在所述灯体前端并盖住所述LED灯组;所述LED灯组包括铝基板、设置在铝基板上的若干LED灯和驱动电源。
背景技术
与照明灯相比,LED灯不仅具有色度好、维护容易、寿命长的特点,更重要的是其比照明灯更加节能。随着LED灯的应用普及,对LED灯的要求也越来越高,特别是在LED灯的使用寿命和维护方面,LED灯的使用寿命在一定条件下主要取决于LED灯的环境温度,其对通风散热要求更高。因此,为了获得更好的散热效果,在灯体上使用各种散热材料和结构。专利号为US6181054O的美国专利公开了一种具有整体反光板的灯泡(Lamp bulb with integral reflector),该专利的技术方案中采用陶瓷作为散热外壳并通过在外壳上设置鳍片增加散热面积。但该技术方案没有公开热传递和通风结构。公布号为CN101975342A的中国发明专利申请说明书公开了的一种金属、陶瓷混合散热LED球泡灯,该灯利用标准灯座部分的金属和外壳的散热材料,使散热部分有足够的与空气接触面,采用高导热材料铜或铝作为二次导热媒体,并依次将热能传递给高导热系数金属材料制作的导热仓、用于与标准灯座连接的标准灯头金属部分,并直接通过白炽灯标准灯座的金属及外壳耐热材料帮助耗散部分热能;采用氧化铝陶瓷作为散热外壳;利用相对中等导热率的金属弹簧的高透气性及持续弹力紧密接触特点,使得高导热系数金属材料制作的导热仓与氧化铝陶瓷可靠的热传导连接,并有效的克服铝及铝合金金属与陶瓷的不同热膨胀系数应力。该LED球泡灯虽然在一定程度上提高了灯体的散热效果,但由于该LED球泡灯的结构不能提供更大的散面积,并且LED灯产生的热量需通过导热仓和金属弹簧再传递到氧化铝陶瓷的外壳,造成热传递效率低、通风散热效果差。另外LED灯的热量需多级传递,使LED灯体结构过于复杂,降低了LED灯的整体可靠性。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种LED球泡灯,其采用散热性较好的陶瓷材料作为散热外壳,并通过结构改进提高陶瓷散热外壳的散热面积和通风性能,同时简化灯体结构,提高LED灯的可靠性。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:一种LED球泡灯,包括标准灯座、灯体、球泡和LED灯组;所述LED灯组设置在所述灯体内,所述球泡设置在所述灯体前端并盖住所述LED灯组;所述LED灯组包括铝基板、设置在铝基板上的若干LED灯和驱动电源;所述灯体包括一与所述标准灯座连接的上体和连接在所述球泡与所述上体之间的散热罩;在所述散热罩上设有若干呈周向均匀布置的散热风道。通过采用在散热罩上的散热风通使LED灯的热量通过散热罩进行散热并通过散热风道的气流流动快速散热,从而有效解决LED球泡灯的散热问题,提高了LED灯的可靠性。
作为一种优选的技术方案:所述散热罩包括构成所述散热风道的内环壁、位于所述内环壁外周的外环壁以及连接所述内环壁和外环壁并呈周向均布的若干隔片,所述上体连接在所述内环壁上。该结构构成散热风道不仅可增加散热罩的散热面积,而且通过外环壁的造型,使LED球泡灯具有更好的外观。
作为一种优选的技术方案:在所述内环壁的前端设有由一固定隔板,固定隔板中间设有一线孔;所述铝基板贴紧固定在所述固定隔板的外面上,所述驱动电源位于所述内环壁内并通过所述线孔与所述LED灯作电连接。通过该固定隔板不仅提供铝基板的固定安装,更重要的是通过该固定隔板与铝基的紧密接触,提高了LED灯的热量向外传递速率。
为了使在散热罩前端形成一个供LED灯的安装腔室,提高LED球泡灯的整体外观,所述内环壁前端轴向缩入所述外环壁的前端。
为了简化散热罩的结构,降低成形难度,所述外环壁呈球面,内环壁呈圆柱面,所述散热风道为变截面直通道。作为另一种技术方案,所述外环壁呈球面,内环壁呈圆柱面,所述散热风道为变截面螺旋通道。该螺旋通道虽然增加了成形上的难度,但通过旋动气流可加入热量的散发,使散热效果更好。
作为一种优选的技术方案,在位于所述散热罩头端的若干隔片上设有卡槽,所述球泡通过所述卡槽卡接在所述内环壁的头端,使球泡的安装更加简单、方便。
本发明由于在散热罩上根据对流原理设置了散热风道使散热效果得到极大改善,并通过散热罩的结构设计,使LED灯的铝基板与散热罩上的固定隔板直接面接触,不仅使LED球泡灯热量传递更快、散热效果更好、可靠性更高,而且还使LED球泡灯具有更灵活的外观可塑性。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例,并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
参见图1和图2,一种LED球泡灯,包括标准灯座1、由上体2和散热罩3组成的灯体、卡接在散热罩3前端的球泡4和安装在灯体内的LED灯组。
上体2后端与标准灯座1作固定连接,散热罩3螺纹连接在上体2的前端。
参见图3和图4,散热罩3采用陶瓷材料,包括一个内环壁301和一个外环壁302。在内环壁301和外环壁302之间通过隔片303连接。隔片303呈周身均匀分布,相邻两隔片以及内环壁301和外环壁302形成散热风道304。在散热罩3的内环壁301的后端伸出散热罩3的外环壁302,在伸出部分上设有螺纹并通过该部分与上体2的前端连接。
散热罩3的内环壁301呈圆柱环,其前端缩入外环壁302,并在内环壁301的前端上设有一固定隔板305,因此在散热罩3的前端形成一个灯腔。在固定隔板305中间设有一个线孔306。该固定隔板305直径略大于内环壁301。LED灯组的铝基板5与固定隔板305的外面紧贴固定,驱动电源7安装在内环壁301内。并通过固定隔板305上的线孔306与LED灯组作电连接。
散热罩3的外环壁302大致呈球面,其与隔片303、内环壁301形成的散热风道304呈变截面。事实上,该外环壁302的外部造型可以有许多变化,也可有许多图案设计,以美化LED球泡灯的外观。而且鉴于散热罩3采用陶瓷材料,该图案设计可以是青花瓷图案。
在本实施例中,为便于散热罩3的成形加工,该散热风道304为变截面的直通道,但该散热风道也可以是螺旋通道,其螺旋气流使散热效果更好。
在位于散热罩3前端的每个隔片303上设有一个卡槽307,该卡槽307靠近内环壁301。参见图5,在球泡4的口部设有一卡环401,球泡4通过该卡环401和隔片303上的卡槽307卡接在散热罩3的前端并盖住固定在固定隔板305上的LED灯6。
由于LED球泡灯采用标准螺口的灯座,所以其安装与普通灯泡无异。安装在灯体内的LED灯6所产生的热量通过铝基板5传递到与铝基板5紧贴的固定隔板305并通过与固定隔板305为一体的散热罩3进行散热。同时,该传递的热量加热散热风道304中的空气,使产生空气对流,从而加快散热罩3上热量的散发。因此,通过在散热罩3的外周上布置散热风道304提高了整个散热罩3的散热效果,使该LED球泡灯具有更好的温度环境。
具体实施例是为了更清楚地理解本发明,并不作为对本发明权利的一种限制,在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下,可以有各种各样的变化,如散热风道的截面形状等,所有这些对所述领域技术人员显而易见的修改将包括在本权利要求的范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种LED球泡灯,包括标准灯座、灯体、球泡和LED灯组;所述LED灯组设置在所述灯体内,所述球泡设置在所述灯体前端并盖住所述LED灯组;所述LED灯组包括铝基板、设置在铝基板上的若干LED灯和驱动电源;其特征在于:所述灯体包括一与所述标准灯座连接的上体和连接在所述球泡与所述上体之间的散热罩;在所述散热罩上设有若干呈周向均匀布置的散热风道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED球泡灯,其特征在于:所述散热罩包括构成所述散热风道的内环壁、位于所述内环壁外周的外环壁以及连接所述内环壁和外环壁并呈周向均布的若干隔片,所述上体连接在所述内环壁上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的LED球泡灯,其特征在于:在所述内环壁的前端设有由一固定隔板,固定隔板中间设有一线孔;所述铝基板贴紧固定在所述固定隔板的外面上,所述驱动电源位于所述内环壁内并通过所述线孔与所述LED灯作电连接。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的LED球泡灯,其特征在于:所述外环壁呈球面,内环壁呈圆柱面,所述散热风道为变截面直通道。
5.根据权利要求2或3所述的LED球泡灯,其特征在于:所述外环壁呈球面,内环壁呈圆柱面,所述散热风道为变截面螺旋通道。
6.根据权利要求3所述的LED球泡灯,其特征在于:所述内环壁前端轴向缩入所述外环壁的前端。
7.根据权利要求4所述的LED球泡灯,其特征在于:所述内环壁前端轴向缩入所述外环壁的前端。
8.根据权利要求4所述的LED球泡灯,其特征在于:在位于所述散热罩头端的若干隔片上设有卡槽,所述球泡通过所述卡槽卡接在所述内环壁的头端。
9.根据权利要求6所述的LED球泡灯,其特征在于:在位于所述散热罩头端的若干隔片上设有卡槽,所述球泡通过所述卡槽卡接在所述内环壁的头端。
10.根据权利要求7所述的LED球泡灯,其特征在于:在位于所述散热罩头端的若干隔片上设有卡槽,所述球泡通过所述卡槽卡接在所述内环壁的头端。
