Abstract
本发明涉及一种新型节能环保LED射灯及其制作工艺。现有的射灯热量不易散发,IC易损坏,灯仔会光衰,容易造成安全隐患,组装麻烦。本发明由灯盖、灯仔、铝基PCB、主体散热体、灯座和灯头构成。主体散热器由散热体A、散热体B和散热片构成,灯盖与主体散热器的散热片为相匹配的圆弧形卡扣式连接。制作时,散热片采用多个铝型材质的散热片组装而成,冲压成型,散热体A中间开插杆孔,散热体B滑入其中,散热体A和散热体B插入组合散热片内,用散热硅脂粘接,灯仔与铝基PCB之间用散热硅胶粘接,灯盖采用PC材料,灯盖与散热片之间为卡扣式配合,灯头采用E27灯头。本发明节能、环保、散热快、强度高、寿命长、便于装配,利于推广。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及电子光学领域,具体涉及一种新型节能环保LED射灯及其制作工艺。
背景技术
现有的节能环保型射灯已在各大商场、酒店安装,但其产品的内部散热装置存在一定的缺陷,如射灯散热器的电源为一体式设计,内部温度比较高,热量不易散发;IC温度过高容易损坏,灯仔温度过高会光衰,且容易造成安全隐患;组装时的配合为间隙配合,会出现各个面都贴不到一起的问题,严重减少了散热面积等,大大影响了生产效率及使用寿命,影响了节能环保灯具的推广应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型节能环保LED射灯及其制作工艺,用于解决现有产品内部热量散热慢、组装过程中散热体之间的安装配合不协调、内部IC温度过高易损坏等问题,具有极大的经济效益和社会效益。
本发明由灯盖、灯仔、铝基PCB、主体散热体、灯座和灯头构成。主体散热器由散热体A、散热体B和散热片构成,散热体A为柱状,散热体A内设有插杆孔,散热体B为散热片组成的柱状,设置在散热体A内,散热体A、散热体B设置在散热片空腔内;灯盖与主体散热器的散热片为相匹配的圆弧形,两者为卡扣式连接;灯盖与主体散热器的散热片之间的空腔内设置有灯仔和铝基PCB;散热片的下端固定有灯座和灯头。
本发明的制作工艺为:
A:散热片采用多个散热片组装而成,冲压成型,半弧形设计,散热面积增大,使热量迅速的散发,使用0.3MM厚度AL5052铝型材冲压成型,散热片共80PCS滑槽式安装组装成一体之后,效果最佳,以便于简化装配;
B:散热体A中间开插杆孔,散热体B滑入其中,然后将散热体A和散热体B插入组合散热片内,用散热硅脂粘接;
C:灯仔与铝基PCB之间用散热硅胶粘接;
D:灯盖采用注塑射出PC料材质的底材,能有效的加强面盖的抗外部的冲击能力,防潮、防尘,能加强产品的自身强度及使用寿命,使其在有空调低温和暖气高温的条件下延长使用时间;
E:灯盖与散热片之间为卡扣式配合,最为理想,装配简单,不易脱落;
F:灯头采用E27灯头,与灯座和散热片固定连接。
本发明的优点在于节能、环保、散热快、强度高、寿命长、便于装配,因此具有极大的经济效益和社会效益。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图以最佳实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明:
本发明由灯盖(1)、灯仔(2)、铝基PCB(3)、主体散热体、灯座(7)和灯头(8)构成。主体散热器由散热体A(5)、散热体B(4)和散热片(6)构成,散热体A(5)为柱状,散热体A(5)内设有插杆孔,散热体B(4)为散热片组成的柱状,设置在散热体A(5)内,散热体A(5)、散热体B(4)设置在散热片(6)空腔内;灯盖(1)与主体散热器的散热片(6)为相匹配的圆弧形,两者为卡扣式连接;灯盖(1)与主体散热器的散热片(6)之间的空腔内设置有灯仔(2)和铝基PCB(3);散热片(6)的下端固定有灯座(7)和灯头(8)。
本发明的制作工艺为:

Claims (3)
1、新型节能环保LED射灯,其特征在于它由灯盖(1)、灯仔(2)、铝基PCB(3)、主体散热体、灯座(7)和灯头(8)构成,主体散热器由散热体A(5)、散热体B(4)和散热片(6)构成,散热体A(5)为柱状,散热体A(5)内设有插杆孔,散热体B(4)为散热片组成的柱状,设置在散热体A(5)内,散热体A(5)、散热体B(4)设置在散热片(6)空腔内;灯盖(1)与主体散热器的散热片(6)为相匹配的圆弧形,两者为卡扣式连接;灯盖(1)与主体散热器的散热片(6)之间的空腔内设置有灯仔(2)和铝基PCB(3);散热片(6)的下端固定有灯座(7)和灯头(8)。
2、新型节能环保LED射灯的制作工艺,其特征在于所述的制作工艺包括:
A:散热片(6)采用多个铝型材料散热片组装而成,冲压成型;
B:散热体A(5)中间开插杆孔,散热体B(4)滑入其中,然后将散热体A(5)和散热体B(4)插入组合散热片(6)内,用散热硅脂粘接;
C:灯仔(2)与铝基PCB(3)之间用散热硅胶粘接;
D:灯盖(1)采用注塑射出PC料材质的底材,半弧形设计;
E:灯盖(1)与散热片(6)之间为卡扣式配合;
F:灯头(8)采用E27灯头,与灯座(7)和散热片(6)固定连接。
3、如权利要求2所述的新型节能环保LED射灯的制作工艺,其特征在于所述的散热片(6)使用0.3MM厚度AL5052铝型材冲压成型,80PCS滑槽式安装组装成一体。
