本实用新型涉及一种球形LED灯泡,包括:一灯头,该灯头具有两电极以接入市电;一连接座,该连接座上端与灯头固定;一散热器,该散热器上端与连接座连接,散热器内部设有空腔,散热器外周设有上下连通的主散热通道,空腔与主散热通道之间以筋肋连接;一LED光源基板,该基板设置于散热器下端;复数LED光源,诸LED光源安装于LED光源基板上;一球泡,该球泡上端以耐高温的高强度胶粘贴在散热器下端的内腔壁上;一驱动电源,该驱动电源设置于散热器空腔内,其以导线分别与灯头、LED光源电连接。利用本实用新型可极大提高球形LED的散热效率。

一种球形LED灯泡
技术领域
本实用新型涉及LED灯泡,尤其涉及一种散热效果好的球形LED灯泡。
背景技术
限制LED照明灯具发展的瓶颈主要有两个:一个是制作成本,第二个是LED灯具的散热。目前LED光源与传统光源相比价格还是较高,这个制约随着生产工艺的进步以及企业的广泛参与会逐渐好转,而LED属于半导体发光器件,半导体器件的特性随着自身温度的变化而产生明显的变化,对于LED结温的升高会导致器件各方面的性能变化和衰减。
目前的LED灯泡的散热面积和散热结构仍然不合理,导致LED的外量子效率降低,缩短LED的寿命,LED发出光的主波长偏移,引起光源颜色发生偏移。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种球形LED灯泡,以提高其散热效率,减小光衰。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种球形LED灯泡,包括:一灯头,该灯头具有两电极以接入市电;一连接座,该连接座上端与灯头固定;一散热器,该散热器上端与连接座连接,散热器内部设有空腔,散热器外周设有上下连通的主散热通道,空腔与主散热通道之间以筋肋连接;一LED光源基板,该基板设于散热器下端;复数LED光源,诸LED光源安装于LED光源基板上;一球泡,该球泡上端以耐高温的高强度胶粘贴在散热器下端的内腔壁上;一驱动电源,该驱动电源设置于散热器空腔内,其以导线分别与灯头、LED光源电连接。
优选地,球泡顶端侧壁开设有复数通道进气口,LED光源基板上对应位置开设有复数通气孔,连接座周边开设有复数通道出气口,所述通道进气口、通气孔、空腔以及通道出气口由下往上依次构成贯通的副散热通道。
优选地,所述散热器主散热通道侧壁上设有复数散热翅片。
优选地,空腔内壁上设有复数散热翅片。
优选地,所述散热器表面涂覆有红外物质层和/或负离子物质层。
从以上技术方案可以看出,本实用新型能够利用主、副散热通道进行空气热对流,以及利用散热器的筋肋和主、副散热通道内壁上的翅片进行热传导,再利用散热器外表面对外以热辐射形式的多重散热手段进行散热,散热效率得到极大的提高,有效的避免了温度过高导致的LED光衰、寿命缩短、波长偏移的现象。本实用新型还在散热器表面涂覆有红外物质层和/或负离子物质层,利用涂覆在散热器表面的热辐射材料进行散热,进一步增强散热效率,还可以杀毒灭菌,减少疾病传播,驱除烟尘,改善空气质量,促进新陈代谢。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步详细的说明。
参见图1至图3所示,本实用新型球形LED灯泡包括:灯头1、连接座2、散热器3、球泡4、驱动电源5、LED光源基板6、LED光源7,灯头1为螺旋型,其具有两电极以接入市电,连接座2连接在灯头1的下端,连接座2周边开设有复数通道出气口21,散热器3连接在连接座2的下端,散热器具有空腔51,散热器外周设有数个上下连通的主散热通道31,空腔51与主散热通道31之间以筋肋52连接,该筋肋52以热传导的方式源源不断地将驱动电源5、LED光源基板6以及LED光源7产生的热量传递到主散热通道和散热器的表面32,空腔51的内壁及主散热通道31的内壁均设有复数散热翅片,LED光源基板6设于散热器下端,LED光源基板6与散热器3组装时,将LED光源基板6预冷,再通过挤压设备将散热器3的下端和LED光源基板6平行均衡挤压成型。复数LED  光源7以螺钉固定在LED光源基板6上,LED光源7紧贴LED光源基板6的一面均匀涂有高导热材料,球泡4上端以耐高温的高强度胶粘贴在散热器3下端的内腔壁上,驱动电源5设置于散热器3空腔内,其以导线分别与灯头1、LED光源7电连接。球泡4顶端侧壁开设有复数通道进气口41,LED光源基板上对应位置开设有复数通气孔61,通道进气口41、通气孔61、空腔51以及通道出气口21由下往上依次构成贯通的副散热通道。在本实用新型的其它实施例中,灯头还可以为插口型,并不影响本实用新型的实现。
作为本实用新型的优选实施方式,热量由筋肋52以热传导方式传递到散热器表面32,散热器3的表面32涂覆有红外物质层和/或负离子物质层,传递到散热器表面32的热量以热辐射形式散发,加快散热器的散热速度。
散热器的散热效率跟散热面积、散热器材料的热传导系数是成正比的,铝材在导热方面具有很大的优势,不但导热系数高、而且具有质轻、加工方便、价格低廉的优点,因此本实用新型散热器采用铝材料挤压而成。
本实用新型散热器根据气流和空气动力学而设计,包含着热传导、热对流、热辐射的散热原理;热对流散热包括主散热通道、副散热通道,主散热通道散热:当LED光源热量通过LED光源基板传导到主散热通道中,由于热空气轻,冷空气重,冷空气与主散热通道腔壁接触,使冷空气在主散热通道中进行热交换将热量带走。本实用新型还在主散热通道腔壁内设置复数个散热翅片,增加散热面积,以热传导的形式对外散热,提高散热效率。
副散热通道的设计原理等同于主散热通道的散热原理,在空腔51壁上设置散热翅片。当驱动电源5工作时,LED光源7发亮,LED光源7和LED驱动电源5发热,冷空气由通道进气口41,通过LED光源基板上的通气孔61,热量再通过空腔51,冷空气在通过通气孔61和空腔51的过程中吸热,再由通道出气口21导出到外界空气中,循环往复与外界空气进行热交换。
再参见图4所示,作为本发明的另一种优选实施方式,其总体结构与图2所示实施例基本一致,不同之处仅在于,连接座2下端包裹主散热通道31,使主散热通道的气流路径改变。不同于图2所示的直接由主散热通道31的上端出气口直接将热气排出到外界,该实施例中,冷空气先由主散热通道31的下端进气口进入,吸热后膨胀由主散热通道31上端出气口排出,再进入连接座2,经连接座2上的通道出气口21排出到外界大气。该结构能够增气压差,促使气流速度加快,达到加快散热速度的目的。

Claims (5)

1.一种球形LED灯泡,其特征在于,包括:一灯头,该灯头具有两电极以接入市电;一连接座,该连接座上端与灯头固定;一散热器,该散热器上端与连接座连接,散热器内部设有空腔,散热器外周设有上下连通的主散热通道,空腔与主散热通道之间以筋肋连接;一LED光源基板,该基板设置于散热器下端;复数LED光源,诸LED光源安装于LED光源基板上;一球泡,该球泡上端以耐高温的高强度胶粘贴在散热器下端的内腔壁上;一驱动电源,该驱动电源设置于散热器空腔内,其以导线分别与灯头、LED光源电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的球形LED灯泡,其特征在于,球泡顶端侧壁开设有复数通道进气口,LED光源基板上对应位置开设有复数通气孔,连接座周边开设有复数通道出气口,所述通道进气口、通气孔、空腔以及通道出气口由下往上依次构成贯通的副散热通道。
3.根据权利要求2所述的球形LED灯泡,其特征在于,所述散热器主散热通道侧壁上设有复数散热翅片。
4.根据权利要求3所述的球形LED灯泡,其特征在于,空腔内壁上设有复数散热翅片。
5.根据权利要求4所述的球形LED灯泡,其特征在于,所述散热器表面涂覆有红外物质层和/或负离子物质层。
