具体实施方式
参考附图，其中相同的标记通常指示相同的元件，示出了设计成接收电子设备P的外壳1，该外壳包括可折叠的公事包10，其具有顶部10a、底部10b以及侧脊10c。顶部10a和底部10b优选包括三层叠片结构：诸如公事包内部的毛毡的软层11，其与电子设备P相接触；诸如皮革的耐用外层12；以及为外壳的顶部和底部提供结构支撑的硬中间层13。侧脊10c优选仅仅包括两个层片11及12，以便于保持柔性以便于打开和闭合。公事包10优选具有纵向折痕14，15及16以更便于弯曲，其中折痕16由中间层13中的不连续形成。
外壳1的显著特征为四腿框架，其可具有各种构造，诸如图1中所示的O形20、图9中所示的X形30、图10中所示的成网状的X形40或者如图11中所示的四个分离的腿部22。关于框架20，30和40，应理解，他同样可独立于任何外壳或公事包而被自由使用，或者正如图1和9所示的，例如可通过同样固定于底部10b而结合到外壳或公事包中。至于图11中示出的框架实施例，同样需要将腿部22贴附于诸如底部10b的大致平的并且矩形的基底。
框架20具有四个与框架20成一体的腿部22，该框架径向向外延伸并相对于彼此以X形的构造定向。腿部22终止于四个弹性凸耳24，其中两对凸耳互相径向相对，凸耳为弓形以便接收电子设备P的四个角。用于凸耳24的最佳材料为硅橡胶。当框架20，30或40被固定于诸如图1中所示的外壳时，凸耳24牢牢将设备P保持在抵靠底部10b的位置。不管框架20，30或40是否结合到公事包中，在电子设备P被撞击或掉落到硬表面的情况下凸耳24都用于吸收震动。
顶部10a优选在它的角部具有可翻转的弹性带40，它们可在相应的角部处固定于底部10b，以便在闭合或打开位置固定外壳1，这分别在图5和6中最佳示出。优选地，这种可翻转的带40通过将它们的端部缝在层11和12之间而附着于底部10b。顶部10a还在它的内表面11上设置弹性手带30，其可被使用者张开以保持牢牢抓握在外壳或设备P上，以便于同样降低掉落的可能性。

Claims (14)

1.一种用于大体矩形的电子设备的保护装置，其包括：
(a)四腿框架；
(b)所述框架的四个腿相对彼此以X形构造定向；以及
(c)与所述四个腿中的每个成一体的弹性角接合弓形凸耳。
2.根据权利要求1的保护装置，其中，所述框架为所述腿互相交叉的X形。
3.根据权利要求2的保护装置，其中，所述框架为所述腿互相交叉的网状。
4.根据权利要求1的保护装置，其中，所示框架为O形，所述腿从其径向向外定向。
5.根据权利要求4的保护装置，其中，所述O形框架通常为矩形。
6.根据权利要求2-5中任一项的保护装置，其结合入可折叠的公事包中。
7.根据权利要求6的保护装置，其中，所述公事包具有顶部和底部，其中在所述顶部和所述底部上具有角。
8.根据权利要求7的保护装置，其中，所述顶部和底部包括三层：(i)软的内部层；(ii)耐用的外部层；以及(iii)硬的中间层。
9.根据权利要求8的保护装置，其进一步包括，固定在所述顶部和所述底部的角上的可翻转弹性带。
10.根据权利要求9的保护装置，其进一步包括，固定在所述顶部内部的弹性带。
11.根据权利要求10的保护装置，其进一步包括，位于所述底部外部上的翼片。
12.根据权利要求11的保护装置，其进一步包括，与所述顶部成一体的铰链，其允许所述顶部被部分地打开到相对于所述顶部的其余部分大约90°的角度并与所述翼片接合。
13.一种用于大体矩形的电子设备的保护装置，其包括，
(a)四个腿，每个腿具有与其成一体的弹性、角接合弓形凸耳；以及
(b)所述四个腿固定于平的大体矩形的基底。
14.根据权利要求13的保护装置，其结合入可折叠的公事包。
