本发明公开了一种导电橡胶,所述的橡胶含有以下物质天然胶、氧化锌、硬脂酸、防老剂、莱茵散25、中超高耐磨碳黑N220、乙炔炭黑、46号机械油、防焦剂、聚合硫、二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸、4-4’-二硫化二吗啉、N-环己基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺、N,N’-二(2,6-二异丙基苯基)碳二亚胺,本发明与现有技术相比,所制成的导电橡胶为深黑色胶料,混炼胶流动性好,易于硫化加工,合格率高;并且易于与金属粘结性;橡胶从最大分型处传导电在500V时,从橡胶到金属不大于500kΩ;橡胶抗拉强度≥25MPa,扯断伸长率≥550%、耐老化性能好,适合生产导电衬套和导电橡胶减震产品。

技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶,特别涉及涉及用于衬套的导电橡胶。
背景技术
导电橡胶通常是指体积电阻在10的9次欧姆厘米以内,由于橡胶是优良的绝缘体,体积电阻大于10的14次左右。导电炭黑填充的导电橡胶,体积电阻通常可保持在几千欧,由于现有的配方中使用了单一的乙炔炭黑,其抗拉强度只能达到12Mpa,远远不能满足实际的需要。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种抗拉强度能够大于25Mpa的导电橡胶。
本发明解决技术问题的技术方案为:一种导电橡胶,含有以下物质及重量份:

优选的导电橡胶,含有以下物质及重量份:

所述的防老剂的型号为BLE。
所述的防焦剂的型号为CTP-80。
本发明的制备方法与现有的导电橡胶的制备方法相同,N,N’-二(2,6-二异丙基苯基)碳二亚胺与N-环己基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺同时加入。
本发明中,中超高耐磨碳黑N220的用量过多或过少,都不能完成本发明。
本发明与现有技术相比,所制成的导电橡胶为深黑色胶料,混炼胶流动性好,易于硫化加工,合格率高;并且易于与金属粘结性;橡胶从最大分型处传导电在500V时,从橡胶到金属不大于500kΩ;橡胶抗拉强度≥25Mpa,扯断伸长率≥550%、耐老化性能好,适合生产导电衬套和导电橡胶减震产品。

天然胶(3#烟片胶)由越南大金杯公司生产。
防老剂BLE由上海助剂厂生产。
莱茵散25由德国莱茵公司生产。
中超高耐磨碳黑N220由美国哥伦比亚公司生产。
乙炔炭黑由浙江淳安县化工厂生产。
46号机械油由中国石化公司生产。
防焦剂CTP-80由博兴科源新材料有限责任公司生产。
聚合硫(不溶性硫磺IS-60)由美国Harwick公司生产。
促进剂二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸(TMTD)由德国莱茵公司生产。
促进剂4-4’-二硫化二吗啉(DTDM)由德国莱茵公司生产。
促进剂N-环己基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺(CBS)由德国莱茵公司生产。
N,N’-二(2,6-二异丙基苯基)碳二亚胺由浙江普康化工有限公司生产。
