Abstract

本发明公开了一种抗静电MDI-TMP固化剂,其通过以下步骤:a、在容器中加入适量的氯乙醇、醋酸乙酯和蓖麻油,加热回流24~48h,反应结束后,过滤取出不溶物,先用醋酸乙酯洗涤后得到蓖麻产物;b、另外在充满氮气或者二氧化碳的反应釜中加入醋酸乙酯,再加入MDI,加热完全溶解后,再加入TMP,升高温度到70℃下,反应2小时得到MDI-TMP聚氨酯预聚体;c、在步骤b中的MDI-TMP聚氨酯预聚体中加入所述的蓖麻产物,在70℃下继续反应2h,即可。本发明由于采用低毒的MDI,游离TDI含量远小于TDI-TMP,因此具有环保性;同时采用特殊的蓖麻产物使本MDI-TMP聚氨酯固化剂具有抗静电性能。

抗静电MDI-TMP固化剂
技术领域
本发明属于化学领域,尤其涉及聚氨酯的制备。
背景技术
聚氨酯涂料是一类性能优良,应用广泛的涂料。由于其漆膜机械性能好、坚韧、耐磨、丰满、光亮,可在低温固化,因此在涂料装饰、合成纤维能领域有广发的应用。TDI-TMP型架桥剂是其中应用最广泛的一种,但由于TDI-TMP架桥剂的TDI单体是一种有毒化学品,在使用过程中不可避免的存在游离TDI,对人体危害非常大,目前国内生产的TDI-TMP型架桥剂的游离TDI含量多在2~5%,随着环境保护意识的增强,如何降低游离TDI含量以获得环保型的TDI-TMP架桥剂是目前的一个趋势。而MDI-TMP型的架桥剂由于其的低毒性,越来越被关注;但一般的聚氨酯固化剂本身不具有抗静电效果。 
发明内容
发明目的:针对上述存在的缺陷,本发明提供了一种环保型的具有抗静电性能的MDI-TMP固化剂。
技术方案:为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种抗静电MDI-TMP固化剂,其通过以下步骤:a、在容器中加入适量的氯乙醇、醋酸乙酯和蓖麻油,加热回流24~48h,反应结束后,过滤取出不溶物,先用醋酸乙酯洗涤后得到蓖麻产物;b、另外在充满氮气或者二氧化碳的反应釜中加入醋酸乙酯,再加入MDI,加热完全溶解后,再加入TMP,升高温度到70℃下,反应2小时得到MDI-TMP聚氨酯预聚体;c、在步骤b中的MDI-TMP聚氨酯预聚体中加入所述的蓖麻产物,在70℃下继续反应2h,即可。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:由于采用低毒的MDI,游离TDI含量远小于TDI-TMP,因此具有环保性;同时采用特殊的蓖麻产物使本MDI-TMP聚氨酯固化剂具有抗静电性能。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明技术方案进行详细说明,但是本发明的保护范围不局限于所述实施例。
实施例1
在带有搅拌装置和回流冷凝装置的容器中按顺序先后加入20份醋酸乙酯、5份氯乙醇和10份蓖麻油,然后加热回流48小时,待反应结束后过滤得到不溶物,并用醋酸乙酯洗涤得到蓖麻产物;同时在充满氮气或者二氧化碳的反应釜中加入醋酸乙酯,再加入MDI,加热完全溶解后,再加入TMP,升高温度到70℃下,反应2小时得到MDI-TMP聚氨酯预聚体,继续在该MDI-TMP聚氨酯预聚体中加入上述的蓖麻产物,继续在70℃下继续反应2h,即可。
将该产物在无机玻璃上制成薄膜测得其表面电阻为1.4×108Ω,因此具有抗静电能力。同时得到的抗静电MDI-TMP固化剂为微黄色透明液体,其-NCO基团含量为9-10%,TDI单体含量小于0.05%。

1.一种抗静电MDI-TMP固化剂,其特征在于通过以下步骤:a、在容器中加入适量的氯乙醇、醋酸乙酯和蓖麻油,加热回流24~48h,反应结束后,过滤取出不溶物,先用醋酸乙酯洗涤后得到蓖麻产物;b、另外在充满氮气或者二氧化碳的反应釜中加入醋酸乙酯,再加入MDI,加热完全溶解后,再加入TMP,升高温度到70℃下,反应2小时得到MDI-TMP聚氨酯预聚体;c、在步骤b中的MDI-TMP聚氨酯预聚体中加入所述的蓖麻产物,在70℃下继续反应2h,即可 。
