Abstract

本发明揭示一种人机互动系统,用以执行一脚本。人机互动系统包含显示装置、机械装置、感测模块及处理模块。显示装置用以显示一互动图像于一互动区域。机械装置可活动地动作于互动区域内。感测模块用以接收使用者的输入操作。处理模块用以根据使用者的输入操作以及该脚本,控制机械装置动作以及使显示装置更新互动图像。借此人机互动系统,可以将实体与虚拟互动元素结合在一起,以提供使用者一种新的使用模式。本发明的人机互动系统可以将实体的机械装置及虚拟的互动画面结合在一起,以提供一种新的互动式产品。

Description

人机互动系统
技术领域
本发明涉及一种人机互动系统,且特别涉及结合实体及虚拟互动元素的一种人机互动系统。
背景技术
随着科技的进步与经济成长,具有科技色彩的益智娱乐玩具逐渐受到人的青睐。其中,具有与人互动功能的互动式玩偶,例如机器人或机械动物,由于造型可爱且能排遣寂寞,更是受到各年龄层的喜爱。
互动式玩偶强调具有能与人沟通、互动的能力,其与人的互动方式不外乎通过由人直接对互动式玩偶做动作,例如抚摸、拍打等等。当互动式玩偶的感测器检测到上述动作时,即可通过本身内含的机械构造来做出动作上的回应,或是通过喇叭来发声回应。
然而上述互动式玩偶的互动方式较为单调较有限,使用者在过一段时间之后可能会觉得失去新鲜感。因此若能提供一显示技术来呈现一个互动的画面,并且将互动式玩偶与画面结合,则可以方便开发者设计不同的情境主题,借此可以更进一步满足使用者的需求。
发明内容
本发明欲解决的是现有互动式玩偶的互动方式较为单调,使用者易失去新鲜感的问题。
本发明的一目的在于提供一种人机互动系统,用以执行一脚本。其包含一显示装置、一机械装置、一感测模块及一处理模块。显示装置用以显示一互动图像于一互动区域。机械装置可移动地动作于该互动区域内。感测模块用以接收一输入操作。处理模块用以根据输入操作与脚本,控制机械装置动作以及使显示装置更新互动图像。
通过此设置,本发明的人机互动系统可以将实体的机械装置及虚拟的互动画面结合在一起,以提供一种新的互动式产品。

具体实施方式
以下将通过实施例来解释本发明内容,本发明揭示一种人机互动系统。关于实施例的说明仅为阐释本发明的目的,而非用以限制本发明。需说明的,以下实施例及附图中,与本发明非直接相关的元件都已省略而未示出;且附图中各元件间的尺寸关系仅为求容易了解,非用以限制实际比例。
请参阅图1及图2。图1示出根据本发明的第一具体实施例的人机互动系统2a的功能方框图,图2示出根据本发明的第一具体实施例的人机互动系统2a的示意图。
人机互动系统2a包含处理模块20、显示装置22、感测模块24、机械装置26及推动机构28。其中处理模块20分别电性连接显示装置22、感测模块24、机械装置26及推动机构28。此外,人机互动系统2a预设有一互动区域23。使用者在互动区域23内,通过感测模块24与机械装置26互动。人机互动系统2a用以执行一脚本(Script),更详细而言,该脚本可以是游戏、互动式电子书或其他程序的程序码。
在本具体实施例中,显示装置22为一平面显示器,并且电性连接至处理模块20。显示装置22的显示面贴于互动区域23的边缘,用以显示二维的互动图像36于互动区域23。而在其他实施方式中,显示装置22也可以是设置于他处的显示装置(例如:投影机),并且能将图像投影至互动区域23,或是能让使用者产生在互动区域23内的立体视觉的显示装置。又在另一其他实施方式中,显示装置22也可以是能直接显示立体图像的全像显示装置。
机械装置26可移动地动作于互动区域23内,也即,机械装置26可以配合脚本的设计与需求而在互动区域23内移动,并非固定于一固定位置。在本具体实施例中,机械装置26通过推动机构28的作用而在互动区域23内移动。推动机构28电性连接至处理模块20,并且具有一可伸缩推杆281及枢轴282。枢轴282可转动地固定于该互动区域23的一边缘,而可伸缩推杆281相对于枢轴282的一端连接至机械装置26。通过枢轴282的转动及可伸缩推杆281的推动,机械装置26可以移动至互动区域23内的特定位置。
此外,机械装置26的外型可以是各种不同的型态,并且其具有相应的可动作的机械构造。如在图2中所示,在本具体实施例中,机械装置26为一机械人。机械人可以设置有数量不等的机械构造,可以动作而摸拟出各种动作。而在其他实施方式中,机械装置26可以具有其他造型,例如是动物或是交通工具等造型。在本具体实施例中,机械装置26通过内藏于推动机构28内的电子线路,而可以电性连接至处理模块20以接收处理模块20的指令。
感测模块24用以接收使用者在互动区域23内所进行的输入操作。处理模块20则随后根据输入操作及脚本,控制机械装置26动作,同时使显示装置22更新互动图像36。而在本具体实施例中,感测模块24为一触控面板241,其设置于显示装置22之上。当使用者进行各种输入操作,例如在触控面板上直接点选、拖拽由显示装置22所显示的互动图像36,则触控面板即可收到相应位置的触碰信号,然后将触碰信号传送至处理模块20。接着,处理模块20解析该触碰信号,并且将解析后的触碰信号对照该脚本,以决定人机互动系统2a的下一执行动作。举例而言,执行动作可以是通过推动机构28控制机械装置26于互动区域23内移动、直接控制机械装置26动作,或是使显示装置22更新互动图像36。
接下来请参考图3,其示出根据本发明第二具体实施例的人机互动系统2b的示意图。在此具体实施例中,推动机构28包含滑轨283及安装于滑轨283上的可伸缩推杆281。可伸缩推杆281可以沿滑轨283的方向移动,并且具有一伸缩方向垂直于滑轨283的方向。可伸缩推杆281的一端连接机械装置26,借此,推动机构28可以控制机械装置26于互动区域内移动。
举例而言,人机互动系统2b可以是用以执行一球类游戏或打击游戏。在此具体实施例中,机械装置26为一机械人,并且握持有一打击棒。使用者与人机互动系统2b互动的方式,可以通过触碰显示装置22上的触控面板241,并且对互动图像36做出不同的使用者手势以控制互动图像36的运动状态。触控面板241在检测到使用者手势后,可以传送一相应的触碰信号至处理模块20。处理模块20则分析触碰信号,以根据使用者手势与脚本,来控制机械装置26动作以及使显示装置22更新互动图像36。
请参考图4及图5,图4为示出根据本发明的第三具体实施例的人机互动系统2c的功能方框图,图5为示出根据本发明第三具体实施例的人机互动系统2c的示意图。人机互动系统2c包含处理模块20、显示装置22、感测模块24、机械装置26、第一无线单元30、第二无线单元32。
第一无线单元30及第二无线单元32可以通过无线传输的方式,以接收及发送彼此的信息。在本具体实施例中,第一无线单元30设置于显示装置22上,并且与处理模块20电性连接,但本发明不限于此。而第二无线单元32则设置于机械装置26上。
感测模块24包含触控面板241、摄影机242以及触摸感测单元243。触控面板241的功能与在上述实施例中相同,故于此不再赘述。摄影机242可以拍下机械装置26与使用者手势的数字图像,并将数字图像传送至处理模块20以分析出使用者手势。
触摸感测单元243设置于机械装置26上,其电性连接至第二无线单元32,并且可以感测一使用者触摸。更详细而言,当使用者碰触到触摸感测单元243后,触摸感测单元243可以产生一代表使用者触摸的信号,并通过第二无线单元32传送及第一无线单元30接收,而传送到处理模块20。
机械装置26包含移动单元29。移动单元29如图中所示可以是一两足系统,也可以是轮子或履带型的移动装置。此外如前所述,在机械装置26上设置有触摸感测单元243及第二无线单元32。第二无线单元32分别电性连接触摸感测单元243及移动单元29。
处理模块20分别电性连接显示装置22、触控面板241、摄影机242及第一无线单元30。处理模块可以根据脚本、使用者手势以及使用者触摸,控制机械装置26以及使显示装置22更新互动图像36。更详细而言,处理模块20是通过该第一无线单元30及第二无线单元32控制该移动单元29,进而使机械装置26在互动区域内活动。
综上所述,本发明的人机互动系统可以将实体的机械装置及虚拟的互动画面结合在一起,以提供一种新的互动式人机界面。

Claims (9)

1.一种人机互动系统,用以执行一脚本,该人机互动系统包含:
一显示装置,用以将一互动图像显示于一互动区域;
一机械装置,可移动地动作于该互动区域内;
一感测模块,用以接收在该互动区域内的一输入操作;以及
一处理模块,分别电性连接该显示装置、该感测模块及该机械装置,用以根据该输入操作与该脚本控制该机械装置及使该显示装置更新该互动图像;
其特征在于,该感测模块包含一触摸感测单元,该触摸感测单元设置于该机械装置上,并且用以感测一使用者触摸,以及该处理模块根据该使用者触摸与该脚本控制该机械装置。
2.如权利要求1所述的人机互动系统,其特征在于该感测模块包含一触控面板,设置于该显示装置上。
3.如权利要求1所述的人机互动系统,其特征在于该感测模块包含一摄影机。
4.如权利要求1或3所述的人机互动系统,其特征在于该感测模块用以检测一使用者手势,以及该处理模块根据该使用者手势与该脚本控制该机械装置动作及使该显示装置更新该互动图像。
5.如权利要求1所述的人机互动系统,其特征在于该人机互动系统进一步包含一推动机构,该推动机构电性连接至该处理模块,包含一可伸缩推杆,该可伸缩推杆的一端连接该机械装置,其中该处理模块根据该输入操作控制该推动机构以移动该机械装置至该互动区域内的特定位置。
6.如权利要求1所述的人机互动系统,其特征在于该显示装置的显示面贴于该互动区域的边缘,用以显示二维或立体的该互动图像于该互动区域。
7.权利要求1所述的人机互动系统,其特征在于该机械装置还包含一移动单元,其中该处理模块控制该移动单元以移动该机械装置。
8.如权利要求7所述的人机互动系统,其特征在于该人机互动系统进一步包含一第一无线单元及一第二无线单元,其中该第二无线单元设置于该机械装置并且电性连接该移动单元,该第一无线单元电性连接该处理模块,该处理模块通过该第一无线单元及该第二无线单元控制该移动单元。
9.如权利要求1所述的人机互动系统,其特征在于该脚本为一游戏或一互动式电子书。
