原有的饮料只具有解渴、爽口的特点,现随着技术的发展,现在饮料逐渐向功能性饮料发展。研究表明,竹叶提取物有效成分包括黄酮、酚酮、内酯、多糖、氨基酸、微量元素等,具有优良的抗自由基、抗氧化、抗衰老、抗疲劳、降血脂、预防心脑血管疾病、保护肝脏、扩张毛细血管、疏通微循环、活化大脑、促进记忆、改善睡眠、抗癌症、美化肌肤等功效。竹叶提取物有良好的工艺特性,易溶于热水和低浓度的醇,具有高度的水、热稳定性,加工适应性好,并且具有高度的抗氧化稳定性,在局部浓度大大超标时,也不会发生茶多酚样的促氧化作用。目前竹叶已被用于医药,食品领域,但饮料方面还不多见。

本发明提供了一种既具有解渴功能又具有健康保健功能的竹叶饮料的制作方法,具有方法易操作的特点,产品具有清脑明目,清热泻火,除烦,生津,利尿的功效。
本发明是以如下技术方法实现的:一种竹叶饮料,其特征是:其组成包括:竹叶、甘草、菊花、水果汁、冰糖或蜂蜜,其各原料的重量比为10∶2∶2∶5∶1。
一种竹叶饮料的制作方法,其特征是:首先将重量比为竹叶、甘草、菊花按5∶1∶1的比例配好放入冷水中旺火煮到沸腾,改文火煮至原体积的1/2时加水至原体积,再烧沸煮至该体积的3/5;加入水果汁、冰糖或蜂蜜后,待冷却后,进行过滤,然后装瓶即制成。

具体实施方式
实施例1:
原料:组份比为竹叶100克,甘草20克,菊花20克,冰糖50克,白开水25千克。
其制作方法是首先将竹叶、甘草、菊花一起清洗后放冷水中烧煮到沸腾,煮至原体积的1/2时,加水至原体积,煮沸浓缩至该体积的3/5,再加水烧沸至原体积,浓缩至原体积3/5,反复操作两遍,加入冰糖或蜂蜜后,煮至原体积,待滤液冷却后,进行过滤后装瓶即得成品。为延长保质期,可以在饮料中加入一定量的食品防腐剂。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种竹叶饮料的制作方法,其特征是:首先将重量比为竹叶、甘草、菊花按5∶1∶1的比例配好放入冷水中旺火煮到沸腾,改文火煮至原体积的1/2时加水至原体积,再烧沸煮至该体积的3/5;加入水果汁、冰糖或蜂蜜后,待冷却后,进行过滤,然后装瓶即制成。
