Abstract

本发明公开了一种玻纤增强聚丙烯复合材料及其制备方法,该复合材料按重量百分比,由以下组分组成:PP 52.4-81.4%;偶联剂0.2-0.6%;相容剂8-16%;玻璃纤维10-30%;润滑剂0.4-1%;其中,玻璃纤维为高碱玻璃纤维,氧化钠含量大于等于15%。制备方法如下:按上述所述的重量百分比称取各个组分;将称取的各个组分放入混料筒中混合均匀;将混合均匀的物料投入双螺杆挤出机中,经熔融反应,挤出造粒;双螺杆挤出机各区温度分别控制在140-180℃。本发明制备的玻纤增强聚丙烯复合材料具有高强度、高弹性,能用在洗衣机滚筒等既需要高刚性,高弹性,又需要高抗冲击强度的部件上。

Description

一种玻纤增强聚丙烯复合材料及其制备方法
[技术领域]
本发明涉及高分子材料领域,尤其涉及一种玻纤增强聚丙烯复合材料及其制备方法。
[背景技术]
PP(Polypropylene,聚丙烯)是通用塑料中使用最广泛的一种,对其进行改性的方法多样,产品较全面。目前包括矿物增强改性、玻纤增强改性、阻燃改性、高光聚丙烯等,其中玻纤增强聚丙烯在市场上应用极为广泛。
现有技术中一般使用无碱或中碱玻纤制备增强聚丙烯,材料具有较高强度,使用较普遍,但在洗衣机滚筒等既需要高刚性,高弹性,又需要高抗冲击强度的部件上,该增强聚丙烯的强度和弹性不能满足要求。
[发明内容]
本发明提供了一种玻纤增强聚丙烯复合材料及其制备方法,该玻纤增强聚丙烯复合材料具有高强度、高弹性,能用在洗衣机滚筒等部件上。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种玻纤增强聚丙烯复合材料,按重量百分比,由以下组分组成:
PP          52.4-81.4%;
偶联剂      0.2-0.6%;
相容剂      8-16%;
玻璃纤维    10-30%;
润滑剂      0.4-1%;
其中,玻璃纤维为高碱玻璃纤维,氧化钠含量大于等于15%。
一种玻纤增强聚丙烯复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、按上述所述的重量百分比称取各个组分;
步骤二、将称取的各个组分放入混料筒中混合均匀;
步骤三、将混合均匀的物料投入双螺杆挤出机中,经熔融反应,挤出造粒;双螺杆挤出机各区温度分别控制在140-180℃,七区抽真空,螺杆转速450-500r/min。
本发明的玻纤增强聚丙烯复合材料,在PP中加入有高碱玻璃纤维,高碱玻璃纤维的刚性和弹性都比较高,使得制备的玻纤增强聚丙烯复合材料具有高强度、高弹性,能用在洗衣机滚筒等既需要高刚性,高弹性,又需要高抗冲击强度的部件上。
[具体实施方式]
下面结合具体的实施例对本发明做一详细的阐述。
在下述各个实施例中,PP采用均聚聚丙烯,如中石化牌号V30G和T30S;偶联剂采用硅烷偶联剂,如牌号KH-550;润滑剂采用内外润滑剂复配型,由聚乙烯蜡和乙撑双硬脂酰胺复配而成,前者与后者复配比例为2∶1-2;玻璃纤维采用高碱玻璃纤维,氧化钠含量大于等于15%;
相容剂为PP接枝马来酸酐,由以下方法制备:
按重量份数,将过氧化二异丙苯0.4~0.6份,抗氧剂(可以采用牌号1010的抗氧剂)0.3~0.5份,马来酸酐3~6份溶于100份的PP(可以采用市售茂名石化产的EPC30R)中,后与PP混合搅拌8~10分钟,再将搅拌后的溶液投入到双螺杆挤出机中挤出抽粒制得马来酸酐改性聚烯烃树脂共聚物,即相容剂;双螺杆挤出机各区温度分别控制在150~180℃。
实施例1
该实施例的玻纤增强聚丙烯复合材料,按重量百分比,由以下组分组成:PP 81.4%、偶联剂0.2%、相容剂8%、润滑剂0.4%、玻璃纤维10%。
制备方法如下:
步骤一、按上述所述的重量百分比称取各个组分;
步骤二、将称取的各个组分放入混料筒中混合均匀;
步骤三、将混合均匀的物料投入双螺杆挤出机中,经熔融反应,挤出造粒;双螺杆挤出机各区温度:一区温度140℃、二区温度180℃、三区温度180℃、四区温度180℃、五区温度180℃、六区温度170℃、七区温度160℃、八区温度160℃、机头温度180℃,其中,七区开真空口进行抽真空,螺杆转速450r/min。
实施例2
该实施例的玻纤增强聚丙烯复合材料,按重量百分比,由以下组分组成:PP 74%、偶联剂0.4%、相容剂10%、润滑剂0.6%、玻璃纤维15%。
制备方法如下:
步骤一、按上述所述的重量百分比称取各个组分;
步骤二、将称取的各个组分放入混料筒中混合均匀;
步骤三、将混合均匀的物料投入双螺杆挤出机中,经熔融反应,挤出造粒;双螺杆挤出机各区温度:一区温度140℃、二区温度180℃、三区温度180℃、四区温度180℃、五区温度180℃、六区温度170℃、七区温度160℃、八区温度160℃、机头温度180℃,其中,七区开真空口进行抽真空,螺杆转速500r/min。
实施例3
该实施例的玻纤增强聚丙烯复合材料,按重量百分比,由以下组分组成:PP 67%、偶联剂0.4%、相容剂12%、润滑剂0.6%、玻璃纤维20%。
制备方法如下:
步骤一、按上述所述的重量百分比称取各个组分;
步骤二、将称取的各个组分放入混料筒中混合均匀;
步骤三、将混合均匀的物料投入双螺杆挤出机中,经熔融反应,挤出造粒;双螺杆挤出机各区温度:一区温度140℃、二区温度180℃、三区温度180℃、四区温度180℃、五区温度180℃、六区温度170℃、七区温度160℃、八区温度160℃、机头温度180℃,其中,七区开真空口进行抽真空,螺杆转速480r/min。
实施例4
该实施例的玻纤增强聚丙烯复合材料,按重量百分比,由以下组分组成:PP 59.7%、偶联剂0.5%、相容剂14%、润滑剂0.8%、玻璃纤维25%。
制备方法与实施例1相同。
实施例5
该实施例的玻纤增强聚丙烯复合材料,按重量百分比,由以下组分组成:PP 52.4%、偶联剂0.6%、相容剂16%、润滑剂1%、玻璃纤维30%。
制备方法与实施例2相同。
对比例
该对比例的玻纤增强聚丙烯复合材料,按重量百分比,由以下组分组成:PP 52.4%、偶联剂0.6%、相容剂16%、润滑剂1%、无碱玻璃纤维30%。
制备方法与实施例3相同。
性能测试:
拉伸强度按ASTM D-638标准进行检验。试样类型为I型,样条尺寸(mm):(176±2)(长)×(12.6±0.2)(端部宽度)×(3.05±0.2)(厚度),拉伸速度为50mm/min;
弯曲强度和弯曲模量按ASTM D-790标准进行检验。试样类型为试样尺寸(mm):(128±2)×(12.67±0.2)×(3.11±0.2),弯曲速度为20mm/min;
悬臂梁缺口冲击强度按ASTM D-256标准进行检验。试样类型为I型,试样尺寸(mm):(63±2)×(12.45±0.2)×(3.1±0.2);缺口类型为A类,缺口剩余厚度为1.9mm。
下表1为实施例1-5的性能测试数据;下表2为对比例的性能测试数据。

从对比例可以看出加入无碱玻璃纤维的玻纤增强聚丙烯复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、弯曲模量均非常高,但冲击强度较低。由于弯曲模量较高,造成材料弹性较差,易发生脆断,故不适合制作洗衣机滚筒等部件。而实施例1-5的加入高碱玻璃纤维的玻纤增强聚丙烯复合材料的冲击强度比较高,弯曲模量相对比较低,可见本发明的玻纤增强聚丙烯复合材料的弹性比较好,强度比较高,能用在洗衣机滚筒等既需要高刚性,高弹性,又需要高抗冲击强度的部件上。

Claims (6)

1.一种玻纤增强聚丙烯复合材料,其特征在于:按重量百分比,由以下组分组成:
PP        52.4-81.4%;
偶联剂    0.2-0.6%;
相容剂    8-16%;
玻璃纤维  10-30%;
润滑剂    0.4-1%;
其中,玻璃纤维为高碱玻璃纤维,氧化钠含量大于等于15%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的玻纤增强聚丙烯复合材料,其特征在于:所述PP为均聚聚丙烯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的玻纤增强聚丙烯复合材料,其特征在于:所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的玻纤增强聚丙烯复合材料,其特征在于:所述相容剂为PP接枝马来酸酐,其制备方法如下:
按重量份数,将过氧化二异丙苯0.4~0.6份,抗氧剂0.3~0.5份,马来酸酐3~6份溶于100份的PP中,后与PP混合搅拌8~10分钟,再将搅拌后的溶液投入到双螺杆挤出机中挤出抽粒制得;双螺杆挤出机各区温度分别控制在150~180℃。
5.根据权利要求1所述的玻纤增强聚丙烯复合材料,其特征在于:所述润滑剂为内外润滑剂复配型,由聚乙烯蜡和乙撑双硬脂酰胺复配而成。
6.一种玻纤增强聚丙烯复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、按权利要求1所述的重量百分比称取各个组分;
步骤二、将称取的各个组分放入混料筒中混合均匀;
步骤三、将混合均匀的物料投入双螺杆挤出机的料斗中,经熔融反应,挤出造粒;双螺杆挤出机各区温度分别控制在140-180℃,七区抽真空,螺杆转速450-500r/min。
