技术领域
本发明涉及一种设有嵌件的塑料体的制造方法。
背景技术
迄今设有嵌件的塑料体的制造方式为,将嵌件完全或整个由那些在冷却后形成塑料体的塑料压力包围注塑。在塑料体完成状态下嵌件应该处于一个确定的位置上时尤其如此,这具有如下缺点,嵌件在与塑料熔体接触前须预先定位。
此外,根据嵌件的特性不同,缺点例如为:嵌件须承受在塑料熔体注入型腔的较高压力。
另外在制造轻型构件时,优选使用面状的由塑料基体及在其上设置的纤维制品组成的半成品。这种半成品也称有机板件。迄今为止该有机板件制造相对昂贵。基体和纤维制品制分开制造。然后纤维制品以希望的尺寸由料幅中冲裁而成并与基体挤压在一起。
发明内容
本发明的任务是提供一种设有嵌件的塑料体的制造方法,该方法没有上述缺点。
上述任务可通过具有权利要求1的特征的方法得到解决。
与现有技术相比,事先由例如热塑性塑料制造基体,随后才在基体上放置嵌件,其中基体和嵌件的接触面的温度升高引起基体局部熔化,因此在熔融区凝固后嵌件可与基体牢固连接在一起。嵌件设置在基体上,也可与一定力的作用关联。
本发明嵌件涉及纤维制品。
利用本发明能以特别简单的方式制造以所谓的有机板件形式的面状半成品或者也可以直接制造成品。通过在基体的局部熔融区域设置纤维制品,纤维制品可以说由塑料浸渍或浸湿。根据本发明的半成品或成品尤其适用于主要在汽车工业中得到使用的轻型构件。
进一步有利的实施方式在从属权利要求中限定。
基体可由任何塑料成型方法来制造,例如通过注塑或挤出成型。
通过能量输入到基体尤其是输入到基体的表面中或者通过能量输入到嵌件或嵌件的表面中,能以任意方式提高接触面温度(接触温度)。
可选地,基体的局部熔化也可通过打开注塑机的模具来实现,在该模具中已注入用于产生基体的塑料熔体。于是,在基体的还贴紧在金属的模具表面上的区域(背面)中,存在于基体内的熔体余热得到有效导出。现在在基体的露出的、要被放置嵌件的表面(正面)上,空气自然地起到相对良好的绝缘体的作用,因此此处可获得预期的局部熔融状态。
能量输入例如可通过接触加热(热金属丝、烙铁等)、红外线辐射、热流体(例如热空气)、煤气火焰、超声或微波来实现。可选地,必要时也可直接加热基体或嵌件,例如在基体或嵌件的碳纤维上加上电压。
嵌件可为面状的,或具有任意三维轮廓。它们可部分或完全覆盖基体的表面。可相邻或重叠设置多个嵌件。
在嵌件设置在基体上以后,可以通过诸如注塑、挤出或其他方法对塑料体进行进一步加工处理。通过使用注塑机,在这种情况下以熟知的方式,例如使用旋转工作台、移动工作台、刻度盘、转换操作件等,可施加另一个塑料层。
另外可行的是,在将嵌件放置到基体上时,为了将嵌件略微压入基体的软化区内,可通过机器人或活动元件在塑料机械的模具中将作用力施加到嵌件上。

图2a和图2b示例性阐述根据本发明实施例的用于制造设有嵌件的塑料体的一种可能性。
具体实施方式
图1a示出了在基体1的表面上放置纤维制品2(此处制成为栅状结构)形式的嵌件之前的基体1(预注塑坯)。此处通过机器人实现纤维制品2的送入,其中可见承接头4的一部分、固定装置5和可移动的压销6。图上还另外示意示出了可移动的加热装置3。
由图1b可见,加热装置3怎样局部熔化基体1的塑料,因此形成软化区。
图1c示出,怎样通过承接头4的前移以及通过压销6的压紧将纤维制品2压入基体1的软化表面中。
图2a示意示出了具有回转板8的注塑机7。
在示出的实施例中,在第一站9通过注塑来制造基体1。然后将回转板旋转90°,因此在第二站10实现对基体1的表面的加热。纤维制品2随后(图2b所示)被压入基体1的软化的粘性表面内。然后进一步将回转板8旋转90°,此处在第三站11可用塑料在上方注塑(überspritzen)。

Claims (10)

1.设有嵌件(2)的塑料体的制造方法,其特征在于,用塑料、尤其是热塑性塑料制造基体(1);在基体(1)上设置至少一个以纤维制品形式的嵌件;在基体(1)上设置所述至少一个纤维制品(2)之前或之时,提高基体(1)和纤维制品(2)的接触面的温度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,通过将塑料熔体注入注塑机(7)的模具中来制造基体(1),并且为了提高基体(1)和纤维制品(2)的温度,打开所述模具,使得在基体(1)内包含的余热引起温度升高。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,加热纤维制品(2)。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,至少在接触面的区域中加热基体(1)。
5.根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在设置所述至少一个纤维制品(2)之后,将塑料层、尤其是热塑性塑料层施设到纤维制品(2)和/或基体(1)上。
6.根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,通过将塑料熔体注入注塑机(7)的模具中来制造基体(1),并且在基体(1)上设置纤维制品(2)之后,通过至少部分闭合所述模具,将作用力施加到纤维制品(2)上。
7.根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,作为纤维制品(2)使用纤维纺织品或纤维针织品。
8.根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,使用织造的纤维制品(2)。
9.根据权利要求5至8任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在已施设到基体(1)和/或纤维制品(2)上的塑料层上,在纤维制品(2)上方设置至少一个另外的嵌件,优选另一个纤维制品(2)。
10.根据权利要求1至9任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,使用具有回转板(8)的注塑机(7),优选:在第一站制造基体(1);在回转板(8)旋转之后,在第二站(10)实现接触面的温度的提高,并且在基体(1)上设置纤维制品(2);作为可选项,在回转板(8)再次旋转之后,在第三站(11)将塑料层施设到纤维制品(2)和/或基体(1)上。
