本发明涉及一种萃取罐。
背景技术
萃取又称溶剂萃取或液-液萃取（以区别于固-液萃取，即浸取），亦称抽提（通用于石油炼制工业），是一种用液态的萃取剂处理与之不互溶的双组分或多组分溶液，实现组分分离的传质分离过程，利用相似相溶原理，萃取有两种方式：液-液萃取，用选定的溶剂分离液体混合物中某种组分，溶剂必须与被萃取的混合物液体不相溶，具有选择性的溶解能力，而且必须有好的热稳定性和化学稳定性，并有小的毒性和腐蚀性，如用苯分离煤焦油中的酚、用有机溶剂分离石油馏分中的烯烃、用CCl 4 萃取水中的Br 2 等；固-液萃取，也叫浸取，用溶剂分离固体混合物中的组分，如用水浸取甜菜中的糖类、用酒精浸取黄豆中的豆油以提高油产量、用水从中药中浸取有效成分以制取流浸膏叫“渗沥”或“浸沥”。
目前，萃取罐一般包括罐架、架设在罐架上具有容腔的罐体、固定在罐体上的罐盖、用于搅拌罐体内反应物的搅拌装置、设置在罐体上用于观察罐体内液面的视镜、设置在罐体外壁用于将罐体内萃取液排放的出液装置以及设置在罐盖上用于通向罐体的呼吸器、进料管、清洗液管、视镜手孔和防暴视灯，然而在萃取过程中，由于罐体内的液体分层，当液体的颜色相近时，通过罐体上的视镜不能清晰的看出液面分层的界线，如此，在出料时，容易出现误操作，例如出液已经放完了，却由于看不清界限而继续将不需要的一层也一起出料，这种误操作直接导致要重新再萃取一次，费时费力，还造成产品的损失。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足，提供一种萃取罐。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采取如下技术方案：
一种萃取罐，其包括罐架、设置在罐架上的罐体、搅拌装置以及出液装置，所述的罐体具有位于顶部的进料口、位于底部的出渣口以及位于一侧部的观察视镜，特别是，所述萃取罐还包括设置在罐体的与观察视镜相对的一侧的防爆视灯。
根据本发明的一个具体方面，所述出液装置设置在罐体的一侧，其包括出液管和用于驱动出液管做360°旋转的驱动装置，出液管具体包括一穿过罐体设置的水平段和自水平段的内端部向着偏离水平方向的方向弯折并延伸形成的倾斜段，所述驱动装置与出液管的水平段相连接。如此，出液管转动时，其位于罐体内的出液口处于不同高度，从而可以将罐体内的液体引出。
根据本发明又一具体方面，所述观察视镜为框式视镜。
优选地，所述的防爆视灯的发光面正对着观察视镜。
由于以上技术方案的实施，本发明与现有技术相比具有如下优点：
本发明通过在观察视镜对侧设置防暴视灯，则在需要观察罐内分层情况和进行出液操作时，打开防暴视灯，就能很清楚地判断出分层的界面，有效防止误操作发生。

具体实施方式
   如图1与图2所示，按照本实施例的萃取罐，其包括罐架1、架设在罐架1上具有进料口20和出渣口21的罐体2、搅拌装置4、设置在罐体2一侧用于观察罐体2内液面的观察视镜22、设置在罐体2一侧用于将罐体2内萃取液引出的出液装置5、设置在罐体顶部的呼吸器7、连接在罐体2顶部的清洗液管9、视镜手孔10以及分别位于罐体2的顶部和与罐体2的观察视镜22相对的一侧的防暴视灯3。搅拌装置4采用常规的机械搅拌，其主要包括防爆电机40、减速器41和搅拌器42。出液装置5包括出液管50和用于驱动出液管50做360°旋转的驱动装置51（图中仅部分显示），出液管50具体包括一穿过罐体2设置的水平段500和自水平段500的内端部向着偏离水平方向的方向弯折并延伸形成的倾斜段501，驱动装置51与出液管50的水平段500相连接。如此，出液管50转动时，其位于罐体2内的出液口处于不同高度，从而可以将罐体2内的液体引出。
本实施例中，观察视镜22为框式视镜，当操作人员透过观察视镜22观察釜体2内液面分层情况时，在其对面设置的防爆视灯22发出的灯光的作用下，能够清晰地分辨界面，给操作带来很大的方便。同时增设防爆视灯22是非常简单的，可在任何结构的萃取罐上方便地设置。

1.一种萃取罐，其包括罐架（1）、设置在所述罐架（1）上的罐体（2）、搅拌装置（4）以及出液装置（5），所述的罐体（2）具有位于顶部的进料口（20）、位于底部的出渣口（21）以及位于一侧部的观察视镜（22），其特征在于：所述的萃取罐还包括设置在所述罐体（2）的与所述观察视镜（22）相对的一侧的防爆视灯（3），所述出液装置（5）设置在所述罐体（2）的一侧，其包括出液管（50）和用于驱动所述出液管（50）做360°旋转的驱动装置（51），所述出液管（50）包括一穿过罐体（2）设置的水平段（500）和自所述水平段（500）的内端部向着偏离水平方向的方向弯折并延伸形成的倾斜段（501），所述驱动装置（51）与所述出液管（50）的水平段（500）相连接，所述观察视镜（5）为框式视镜，所述的防爆视灯（3）的发光面正对着所述的观察视镜（22）。
