Abstract

Description

本发明属于医学类,更确切地说是属于耳鼻喉科,即治疗鼻窦炎的装置。
已知一种治疗鼻窦炎的装置,它包括一个细长的管状体,其中有两个纵向通道。在这个管体的末端之间安装着充气胀圈,而其一个末端上安装着充气球体。在管体中有两个纵向通道,其中一个通道用于输送空气至充气球体中,而另一个通道用于吸出有病的内含物和送入药剂。这个第二个通道的末端在胀圈与球体之间,並以其端面的孔与管体的外表面相通(苏联专利,A,1311714)。当使用这个装置时,充气球体和胀圈相应地安放在鼻后孔和鼻子前庭内,当充气时就形成一个封闭的腔,並通过第二通道进行抽吸。这样,化脓的或粘稠脓一样的分泌物沿着在粘膜中的中间鼻道通过,进入第二通道的孔中,因此不可避免地含有一部分残留在粘膜表面上,並在下一次通过第二通道送入药剂时,会重新落在鼻窦中。因此,在某些情况下,用这种装置治疗效果是不太好的。
本发明的基本任务是要这样来制作治疗鼻窦炎的装置,使它能保证清除残留在鼻道中的有病的内含物。
所提出的任务是这样解决的:治疗鼻窦炎的装置包括一个细长的、挠性管状体,一个安装在管体上、在其末端之间的充气胀圈和一个安装在管体的一端、並与管体中两个纵向通道中的第一个通道相通的充气球体,两个纵向通道中的第二个通道的末端在胀圈与球体之间, 並以其端面孔与管体表面相通;根据本发明,在管体中还有第三个通道,它以其在侧壁上的孔与管体的外表面相通,该孔位于第二个通道的端面孔和充气球体之间的地方。
第三个通道利用将清洗液送入鼻腔的后部並同时将清洗液排出的方法可以对鼻腔进行清洗,这可保证将沉淀在鼻腔粘膜上的有病的内含物的沉淀清除掉,因而可提高鼻窦炎的治疗效果。
以下通过对具体的,但並不限制现有发明的治疗鼻窦炎装置的实施方案的描述和附图来对本发明进行说明,其中:
图1表示根据本发明的治疗鼻窦炎装置的截面图;
图2为根据图1的装置,但是安放在患者鼻内的情形。
图1所示的治疗鼻窦炎装置包括一个细长的,用天然橡胶制成的管状体1,它用安装在其内部的空心杆或用挠性材料制成的管子2加固,这样管体1就是一个挠性结构。这个空心杆构成一个通道。
在管体1内部有一个与空心杆2平行的贯穿通道3,它与安装在管体1末端的充气球体4相通,管体1的末端是作导入鼻咽之用的,这点在图2上表示得最清楚。这个通道3在其相对的末端与引入注射器的接头相连接。空心杆2一端用塞子6堵塞,而另一端伸出管体1,並装有注射器接头7。在靠近充气球体4的地方,在管体1的侧壁上开有孔8,使空心杆2的通道与管体1的外表面相通,管体还有一个短的管状部分9,它形成具有端面孔11的通道10,孔11与管体1的外表面相通。在管体1的末端之间,在配置管状部分9的区域内,设有胀圈12,它通过单独的管子13与空气源相连通。
用所述装置进行治疗,可按下述方法进行。
当用添加了肾上腺素溶液的2%地卡因溶液(1毫升2%地卡因 溶液加入0.1%肾上腺素溶液1滴)对鼻子病害的半部进行麻醉和萎靡之后,可用挤出鼻涕的方法清洗鼻腔。沿着总的鼻道的下部将装置送入鼻腔,直到鼻咽。
同时,用移动的办法将排空状态下的充气球体4送至鼻后孔处,又根据总鼻道的不同大小,利用沿管体1移动的办法,将胀圈12送入鼻子前庭中。此后,给球体4和胀圈12充气,将鼻腔堵住。然后,相应的接头都用塞子塞住。将容量为20毫升的注射器或电动抽吸器的管咀(图中没有示出)与通道10的接头14连接。以后,在鼻腔中建立0.4~0.6大气压以下的真空,由于这样,有病的内含物就从附近的鼻窦中急速地向真空区集中,並被吸入主注射器或电动抽吸器的接收容器中。当负压的建立已不能使有病的分泌物流入注射器或电动抽吸器的接收容器中以后,可将带有抗菌剂溶液的注射器连接到管子2的接头7上。通过空心杆或管子2导入抗菌剂是与通过通道10在鼻腔中建立负压同时实现的。这种清洗法可使化脓的或粘液的分泌物从鼻腔中排泄出去。在产生真空的同时,使液体从后面向前通过鼻腔有助于提高抽吸的效果,因为这时除了负压的作用外,还有水射流的抽吸作用。
应当指出,抽吸和清洗是在病人坐着的状态下进行的,这时要使头部倾向鼻子病害部分的反向一侧。
当清洗完毕后,从鼻腔排泄出的抗菌剂溶液中应不含外来杂质,这时病人可转至侧卧状态,头部向病害的鼻窦方向下垂,並用已知的方法将药物送入鼻窦中。
这样,治疗鼻窦炎的方法及其实现装置可以从鼻腔中将有病的内含物完全排泄出去,这可预防有病的内含物反落至鼻窦中,因而有助 于提高鼻窦炎的治疗效果。
本发明可预防有病的内含物从鼻腔反落至鼻窦中,这有助于鼻窦炎的高效治疗。

Claims (1)

  1. 治疗鼻窦炎的装置包括一个细长的,挠性的管状体(1),一个充气胀圈(12),它安装在管体上,在管体末端和充气球体(4)之间,充气球体安装在管体的一个末端上,並与管体的两个纵向通道中的第一个通道(3)相通,两个纵向通道中的第二个通道(10)的结尾在胀圈(12)与球体(4)之间,並以其端面孔(11)与管体表面相通;其特征为:管体有第三个通道(2),它以其在侧壁上的孔(8)与管体的外表面相通,孔(8)位于第二个通道的端面孔(11)与充气球体(4)之间的部位上。
