Abstract

一种能够减小舰船航行阻力的方法,它是在舰船壳板两侧前部水平面下分别设置一台艏部吊舱推进器,两台艏部吊舱推进器的吸入端分别设有一个导流管,两个导流管的进水端分别设有一个格栅,当舰船航行时,需要排开的前进方向水量的一部分别由壳板两侧的格栅进入导流管,并通过导流管分别流至相应的艏部吊舱推进器的吸入端,然后由艏部吊舱推进器将其排向舰船的后方。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种减小船船航行阻力的方法。
背景技术
目前,公知的舰船在航行的过程中,最大的航行阻力来自于前进方向水的阻力,也就是说舰船在航行的过程中需要排开前进方向大量的水,对于大型舰船,这个水量是很大的,以一艘水下最大横截面积81m2、航速30节的舰艇为例,其需要排开前进方向的水量为81×30×1.852×1000≈4500000m3/h。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为解决现有的舰船在航行的过程中需要排开前进方向大量水的问题,提供一种在舰船两侧壳板前部水面下各设置一台艏部吊舱推进器,每台艏部吊舱推进器的吸入端各设置一个带有格栅的导流管,将舰船在航行中需要排开的水量的一部分通过导流管由艏部吊舱推进器排向舰船的后方,进而减小舰船航行阻力的方法。
本发明技术方案包括舰船的壳板,两台艏部吊舱推进器,两个导流管和两个格栅,而尾部推进器可根据需要设置,两台艏部吊舱推进器及其吸入端的导流管分别固定在舰船前部两侧水面下的壳板上,两个导流管的进水端分别设置一个格栅,每个格栅固定在壳板和导流管上。
本发明的有益效果是:由于本发明在舰船壳板两侧的艏部吊舱推进器的吸入端分别设置了导流管,使得舰船在航行中将需要排开前进方向水量的一部分通过导流管流向艏部吊舱推进器,再由艏部吊舱推进器排向舰船的后方,进而减小了舰船的航行阻力。

具体实施方式
结合图1-图6说明实施方式,本实施方式包括壳板1、两台艏部吊舱推进器2、两个导流管3、两个格栅4、两台可根据需要设置的尾部推进器5、两台艏部吊舱推进器2固定在壳板1前部水平面下的两侧,两台艏部吊舱推进器2的吸入端分别设有导流管3,两个导流管3分别固定在壳板1上,两个导流管3的进水端分别设有格栅4,两个格栅4分别固定在壳板1和导流管3上。
具体实施方式的工作过程
当舰船在航行时,需要排开前进方向水量的一部分由两个格栅4分别进入两个导流管3,并通过导流管3分别流至两台艏部吊舱推进器2的吸入端,然后由两台艏部吊舱推进器2将其排向舰船的后方。

1.一种能够减小舰船航行阻力的方法,它包括壳板(1)、两台艏部吊舱推进器(2)、两个导流管(3)、两个格栅(4),其特征在于:两台艏部吊舱推进器(2)分别固定在壳板(1)前部水面下的两侧,两台艏部吊舱推进器(2)的吸入端分别装有导流管(3),导流管(3)固定在壳板(1)上,两个导流管(3)的进水端分别装有格栅(4),格栅(4)固定在壳板(1)和导流管(3)上。
