[0002] LED灯散热体是LED灯具的重要部件,散热体散热效果好坏直接影响LED灯具的性能稳定性,同时,散热体制作成本高低亦对LED灯具的制作成本有较大影响。LED灯散热体通常由散热体上盖、LED灯散热片和中空的散热体壳体组成,散热体壳体上设置有多个散热翼片。传统LED灯散热体的散热体上盖和壳体采用螺纹或通过连接件连接,LED灯散热 片通过导热胶粘贴在散热体上盖上的散热片安装槽中。制造传统LED灯散热体时,需将散热体上盖和壳体经攻牙后再组装,增加攻牙工序不但费时费力,还造成原材料浪费。且LED灯散热片与散热体上盖之间通过导热胶粘合,增加材料和人工成本。并且,散热体或LED灯具厂家制造多采用压铸或机加工的方式制造LED灯散热体,压铸方式制得的散热体上盖、散热体壳体均为实质体,费料且倍显笨重;采用机加工方式制作散热体上盖、散热体壳体,则需去除散热翼片之间以及壳体内部的制材,费时费力费料,导致散热体的生产成本居高、生产效率低下,不利于提升LED灯具的生产效益。

[0003] 有鉴于此,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种易于制作、成本低、散热效果良好的LED灯散热体,同时提供一种省时、省料、能有效提高生产效率、降低生产成本的LED灯散热体制作方法。
[0004]为解决以上技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案是:一种LED灯散热体,包括散热体上盖、LED灯散热片和设有中心孔的散热体壳体,散热体壳体上设置有多个散热翼片,散热体上盖上设置有散热片安装槽,所述散热体壳体和散热体上盖采用薄片卷料冲压拉伸而成,散热翼片由散热体壳体的壳壁褶皱成设有与中心孔连通的腔槽的中空结构,多个散热翼片等距间布在散热体壳体的壳壁上,散热体上盖底面中部设有与中心孔对应的凸台,散热体上盖上设置有与每个散热翼片的腔槽对应的定位柱,定位柱插入对应散热翼片的腔槽中,散热体上盖与散热体壳体铆接,所述LED灯散热片采用过盈配合方式嵌入散热体上盖的LED灯散热片安装槽。

[0020] 步骤一中,壳体模具和上盖模具应根据预定的散热体壳体和散热体上盖形状设计,以便将薄片卷料冲压拉伸成预定的散热体壳体和散热体上盖形状。壳体模具和上盖模具制作完毕后,分别装配在对应的壳体冲床和上盖冲床上,待用。
[0021] 步骤二中,取散热金属材料制成薄片卷料时,需根据散热体壳体和散热体上盖的尺寸控制制得薄片卷料的尺寸,散热金属材料一般选择铝型材料片或铝合金材料片,制作薄片卷料时将铝型材料片或铝合金材料片切割为条状薄片卷料。将制得的条状薄片卷料送入壳体冲床中,经过壳体模具的冲压拉伸成散热体壳体,将制得的条状薄片卷料送入上盖冲床中,经过上盖模具的冲压拉伸成散热体上盖。
[0022] 步骤三中,将所述 散热体壳体和散热体上盖铆接,将散热体上盖底面中部的凸台铆入散热体壳体的中心孔,并将散热体上盖上的各个定位柱分别插入对应的散热翼片腔槽中。
[0023]当散热体上盖设置有对散热体壳体起夹紧作用的压铆片时,散热体壳体与散热体上盖铆接后,需压制压铆片使其夹置散热体壳体,以进一步提高散热体壳体与散热体上盖接合稳固性。
[0024] 步骤四中,采用行业中常规的方式制作LED灯散热片即可,一般采用冲压的方式制得。制作LED灯散热片的原料最好与制作散热体壳体和散热体上盖的原料相同,也即采用铝型材料片或铝合金材料片制成薄片卷料,再制作LED灯散热片。LED灯散热片的形状应与散热体上盖的LED灯散热片安装槽的形状匹配,也即步骤二中制得的散热体上盖上的LED灯散热片安装槽为哪种形状,则LED灯散热片对应制成相同的形状。当需强调的是,为了将LED灯散热片采用过盈配合方式嵌入散热体上盖的LED灯散热片安装槽中,需使制得的LED灯散热片之直径比LED灯散热片安装槽的直径长O. 02-0. 04MM。
[0025] 上述散热体壳体和散热体上盖的铆接,以及LED灯散热片与散热体上盖上的LED灯散热片安装槽的过盈配合均可通过设置在冲压机床上的压铆机构实现。需要强调的是,制作散热体壳体、散热体上盖和LED灯散热片时,所采用的薄片卷料厚度不同。当冲压制作散热体壳体时,宜选用厚度在O. 18-0. 22 MM的薄片卷料,当冲压制作散热体上盖时,宜选用厚度在O. 45-0. 55丽的薄片卷料,当冲压制作LED灯散热片时,宜选用厚度在2. 8-3. 2MM的薄片卷料。
[0026] 与现有技术相比,本发明具有的优点在于:1、本发明采用冲压拉伸方式制作散热体壳体和散热体上盖,与采用压铸和机加工方式相比,具有省时、省料、效率高的优点。2、本发明中,散热体壳体和散热体上盖之间通过铆接接合,有利于节省时间、材料成本,散热体上盖设有与散热体壳体上的每个散热孔对应的定位柱,散热体壳体与散热体上盖铆接后,定位柱插入对应鳍片的散热孔中,使散热体外壳与散热体上盖稳固接合。3、散热翼片为中空结构,这一方面利于增加散热体壳体与空气的接触面积,使散热体壳体上的热量能被更快地传导到空气中,增强散热体的散热效果;另一方面,中空结构的散热翼片较传统实心散热翼片轻便、节省材料,有利于降低LED灯散热体的整体重量和材料成本。4、散热体上盖上还设置有对散热体壳体起夹紧作用的压铆片,可进一步提高散热体壳体与散热体上盖接合稳固性。5、LED灯散热片采用过盈配合方式嵌入散热体上盖的LED灯散热片安装槽,有效节省导热胶,降低材料和人工成本,并能使LED灯散热片与散热体上盖无间隙接触,有效提高导热效率。

[0030] 如图1、2所示,一种LED灯散热体,包括散热体上盖1、LED灯散热片2和设有中心孔的散热体壳体3,散热体壳体3上设置有十二个散热翼片31,散热体上盖I上设置有圆形的散热片安装槽11,散热体壳体和散热体上盖的形状为现有技术中的常见形状,但散热体壳体3和散热体上盖I采用薄片卷料冲压拉伸而成,散热翼片由散热体壳体的壳壁褶皱成设有与中心孔连通的腔槽32的中空结构,十二个散热翼片等距间布在散热体壳体的壳壁上,散热体上盖I底面中部设有与中心孔对应的凸台12,散热体上盖上设置有与每个散热翼片的腔槽对应的十二个定位柱13,定位柱13插入对应散热翼片的腔槽32中,散热体上盖与散热体壳体铆接,LED灯散热片2采用过盈配合方式嵌入散热体上盖的LED灯散热片安装槽11。

[0036] 二、取为O. 2MM铝型材料片制成厚度为O. 2MM的薄片卷料,制作薄片卷料时将铝型材料片切割为条状薄片卷料,将厚度为O. 2MM的条状薄片卷料送入壳体冲床冲压拉伸成壳壁上等距间布有十二个中空结构的散热翼片的散热体壳体,十二个散热翼片的腔槽与散热体壳体中心孔连通;再取厚度为O. 5MM铝型材料片制成厚度为O. 5MM的薄片卷料,制作薄片卷料时将铝型材料片切割为条状薄片卷料,将厚度为O. 5MM的薄片卷料送入上盖冲床冲压拉伸成底面中部设有与中心孔对应的凸台的散热体上盖,散热体上盖上设置有圆形的散热片安装槽和与每个散热翼片的腔槽对应的十二个定位柱。
[0037] 三、将所述散热体壳体和散热体上盖铆接,也即将散热体上盖底面中部的凸台铆入散热体壳体的中心孔,并将散热体上盖上的十二个定位柱分别插入十二个散热翼片的腔槽中。将散热体壳体与散热体上盖铆接后,压制压铆片使其夹置散热体壳体,以进一步提高散热体壳体与散热体上盖接合稳固性。
[0038] 四、取厚度为3. OMM的铝型材料片制得厚度为3. OMM的薄片卷料,再将其制作成直径比圆形LED灯散热片安装槽的直径长O. 02的圆形LED灯散热片,将圆形LED灯散热片采用过盈配合方式嵌入散热体上盖的圆形LED灯散热片安装槽中。
