Abstract

本发明涉及一种耐碱丝光渗透精炼剂,包括以下步骤:将原料异辛醇硫酸钠20~40%、异构醇醚磺酸盐20~40%、烷基糖苷5~15%、异丙醇0~3%、按重量百分比的成份混合、搅拌而成。本发明所提供的环保型高耐碱丝光渗透精炼剂具有:1、环保,所选用的原料均为环保产品,进入自然界后,均能生物降解成无害物质;2、配伍性好,相容性好,复合后稳定性高;3、耐强碱,耐碱性≥260g/l NaOH;渗透性好,20℃时帆布沉降≤8S,有很好的乳化力和净洗能力。

高耐碱丝光渗透精炼剂
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种高耐碱丝光渗透精炼剂。 
背景技术
由于传统的染整加工工艺中所使用的丝光精炼剂耐碱性多在100g/l烧碱以下,已经不适应于当前前处理工艺要求,在染整加工过程中前处理中又由于存在机台多、时间长、效率低、能耗高及坯布疵病多等缺点,逐步被前处理短流程工艺所代替,现在提倡的短流程前处理工艺或者是一步法前处理工艺,具有流程短,对设备要求低、节约能源、效率高,符合环保要求等优点,也是国家鼓励发展的方向。为保证前处理短流程工艺达到高效率、高质量,必须严格设计和控制工艺,在高浓度的烧碱(200g/l以上)和高热(100℃)的条件下快速完成前处理加工过程,这就对所用助剂提出了更高的要求,特别是丝光渗透剂,因其主要作用是配合烧碱和双氧水去除天然纤维中的杂质(如果胶、棉蜡、蛋白质、油脂、浆料、油渍等)和漂白,达到毛效高带液量大,进而达到精炼匀透、除杂良好和白度大幅提高的目的,因此既要耐强碱,并且又要渗透性好。同时,丝光渗透剂还要符合分解物无磷、酚类等有害成分、不对人、畜和环境造成危害,达到环保要求。 
发明内容
本发明所要解决技术问题是针对上述传统的染整前处理工艺中所用染整助剂存在的缺点,提供一种性能良好、环保型高耐碱丝光渗透精炼剂。 
本发明的技术方案是:提供一种高耐碱丝光渗透精炼剂,方案包括: 
异辛醇硫酸钠          20~40% 
异构醇醚磺酸盐        20~40% 
烷基糖苷              5~15% 
异丙醇                0~3% 
按重量百分比的成份混合、搅拌而成。 
本发明所提供的环保型高耐碱丝光渗透精炼剂具有: 
1、环保,所选用的原料均为环保产品,进入自然界后,均能生物降解成无害物质; 
2、配伍性好,相容性好,复合后稳定性高; 
3、耐强碱,耐碱性≥260g/l NaOH;渗透性好,20℃时帆布沉降≤8S,有很好的乳化力和净洗能力。 
下面结合实施案例对本发明作更深一步的说明。 
实施例1: 
一种环保耐强碱丝光精炼渗透剂,由以下重量百分比的成份混合、搅拌而成: 
异辛醇硫酸钠     25% 
异构醇醚磺酸盐   25% 
烷基糖苷         10% 
水               40% 
实施例2: 
一种环保耐强碱丝光精炼渗透剂,由以下重量百分比的成份混合、搅拌而成: 
异辛醇硫酸钠    30% 
异构醇醚磺酸盐  25% 
烷基糖苷        5% 
水              40% 
实施例3: 
一种环保耐强碱丝光精炼渗透剂,由以下重量百分比的成份混合、搅拌而成: 
异辛醇硫酸钠    40% 
异构醇醚磺酸盐  20% 
烷基糖苷        10% 
水              30% 
实施例4: 
一种环保耐强碱丝光精炼渗透剂,由以下重量百分比的成份混合、搅拌而成: 
异辛醇硫酸钠    20% 
异构醇醚磺酸盐  40% 
烷基糖苷        10%

一种环保耐强碱丝光精炼渗透剂,由以下重量百分比的成份混合、搅拌而成:

上述实施例得到的环保耐强碱丝光精炼渗透剂,其主要质量指标: 
外观      淡黄色透明液体 
离子性        阴/非离子 
pH值          6~8 
活性物含量    35% 
耐碱性        ≥260g/l NaOH 
渗透力        20℃时帆布沉降≤8S 
浊点          ≥100℃ 

Claims (5)

1.一种高耐碱丝光渗透精炼剂,包括以下步骤:将原料异辛醇硫酸钠、异构醇醚磺酸盐、烷基糖苷、异丙醇、按重量百分比的成份混合、搅拌而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于所述的异辛醇硫酸钠用量为20~40%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于所述的异构醇醚磺酸盐用量为20~40%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于所述的烷基糖苷用量为5~15%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于所述的异丙醇用量为0~3%。
