技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于制备饮料、尤其是咖啡的机器的注入组件。
更具体地是,本发明涉及注入组件,所述注入组件包括可操作的固定的支承和导引结构,所述支承和导引结构具有邻接件和相关的中空容纳件,所述容纳件适合于容纳一定数量和剂量的物质,所述物质可能预包装到囊(pod)或类似物中,用以制备饮料;所述件能够呈现相对的关闭位置和分散的打开位置,在所述关闭位置处所述件能以不透水的方式彼此耦合,以限定注入腔室;邻接件提供有适合于使水和/或蒸汽注入到注入腔室的装置;电控制驱动装置,能够致使所述件在打开和关闭位置之间产生相对位移。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提出这样一种改进的分配组件。
根据具有上述类型的注入组件的本发明实现了这种或其他目的,其特征在于,上述驱动装置包括电线性驱动装置,上述电线性驱动装置连接到上述支承和导引结构,并适合于使得所述件中的一个产生往复的位移,尤其是容纳件,能相对于其他件沿笔直的路径移动。
根据本发明的另一个特征,所述件中的一个件提供有径向突出的环形垫片,以及在关闭位置,所述件中的一个件部分地穿透另一个件,以使得上述环形垫片在所述件之间形成基本上的径向密封。

具体实施方式
在图1、2a和2b中,根据本发明的用于制备饮料、尤其是例如咖啡的热饮的机器的注入组件,由标号1整体标示。
注入组件1用于安装到用于制备饮料的机器上,所述用于制备饮料的机器为公知的类型,因此不再阐述。
虽然这种描述和随附附图示出了用于具有囊的机器的注入组件1,本发明同样适合于这种注入组件,即所述注入组件中具有例如未预包装在囊、胶囊或类似物中的松散的物质,用以制备饮料。
在通过例子阐述的实施方式中,注入组件1包括可操作的固定的支承和导引结构2,所述支承和导引结构包括两个彼此相对的顶梁板(header plate)3、4,并通过一对优选为圆柱形的平行连杆5相互连接。
结构2支承彼此相对的邻接件6和相关的中空容纳件7。
容纳件7包括基本上呈杯状的本体8,所述本体限定有孔9,所述孔适合于容纳一定剂量的物质,用以制备饮料,特别地是,在图2a和2b中囊或胶囊由标号10标示。所阐述的囊10为公知的类型,并包括由密封盖12封闭的杯状本体11,所述盖的边缘径向地凸出。
邻接件6连接到板3,同时容纳件7设置到连杆5,所述连杆移入或移出容纳件6。为此,容纳件7上提供有两个平行的通孔13,连杆5能够通过所述通孔。
容纳件7的相对于邻接件6的位移由电线性驱动装置适当地控制,所述电线性驱动装置在图1中由标号14标示。

线性驱动器14的驱动适合于使得容纳件7朝向邻接件6移动,并通过如图2a所示的中间位置,直到容纳件到达图2b所示的相对关闭位置。
在上述中间位置处,囊10从相关的保持装置上释放(例如如下所述),并“捕捉”到邻接件6和容纳件7之间,以进入容纳件7的孔9。
在关闭位置处,件邻接6和容纳件7以不透水的方式彼此连接,并限定有容纳有囊10的封闭的注入腔室15。
参阅图2a和2b,公知方式的邻接件6具有至少一个管16,所述管与位于相关穿孔的尖端17中的通道相通,在关闭状态下,所述尖端穿透囊10的盖12,使水和/或蒸汽流得以注入所述囊。
适当地,邻接件6的外部设置有径向突出的环形垫片18。在关闭状态(图2b)下,邻接件6的端部穿透容纳件7的本体8,以使得垫片18径向地抵压本体8的开口,从而有利地形成基本上的径向密封。
参阅图1,容纳件具有合适的纵向中心钉19,用于插入到相对应的孔或座,所述孔或座位于处于相对关闭位置处的邻接件6上。
如图3所示,所述装置包括一对保持钳口20,所述保持钳口摆动地安装到连杆5上,在邻接件6和容纳7一起靠近关闭位置的时期,所述保持钳口用于在同一横向平面内握持位于邻接件6和容纳件7之间的囊10。
这些钳口具有上方的各自的竖直导引和保持凹座21,所述凹座啮合到囊10的盖12的外周边缘,所述囊10插入到容纳有注入组件的机器中。
这种布置使得囊10握持并停留到上述凹座的较低的末端,直到钳口20如图2b所示的箭头打开,通过干涉容纳件7的相对应的刺状物7a(图1),从而释放被“捕捉”到邻接件6和容纳件7之间的囊。
一旦饮料通过位于容纳件的并未在图1~3中示出的出口分配,容纳件7尽快地从邻接件6中移除,通过使用设置在孔中的驱动弹簧,空的囊10能够从孔9中弹射出来,并通过重力释放,所述弹簧并未在所述图中示出。
图4和5示出了容纳件7的有利的可选择实施方式。在这些附图中,已经描述的部件和件可再次分配有与先前使用过的相同的附图标号。
在所述变型中,容纳件7包括两个主要的本体8和108,所述本体彼此不同并彼此耦合和分隔(尤其如图5所示)。
本体108可滑动地设置到彼此相联和导引的连杆5,并具有正面的保持构成物22,所述保持构成物为基本上呈U形的突出带的形式,具有从本体108的正面分开的半圆形的下部22a和上末端22b,以用于限定相应的凹口底座22c。
构成物22的下部设置有孔24(图5),与用于分配饮料的下喷口相通。
本体8形成有孔9,在所述孔中设置有基板26,所述基板设置有穿孔的尖端27,用于穿透囊10的后壁,使饮料得以获取。板26连接到驱动弹簧28,用于将空的囊从孔9中排出。
本体8具有前圈8a,在所述领状物的后方限定有环状凹槽29,当所述本体8、108耦合在一起时,所述环状凹槽与本体108的构成物22的下半圆部22a啮合。本体8也具有一对相对的侧边尖角(spurs)30(图5),适合于啮合到本体108的凹口底座22c。
在本体8的孔9的下部,具有流出孔,所述流出孔连接到出口喷口31(图5),所述喷口用于啮合到本体108的孔24。
在本体8的上部形成有向上翻转的握紧件32,用于由使用者握紧以使得本体8从本体108中脱开,将本体8从包含有组件1的机器中移除。本体8的移除特别有利于促进孔或腔室9以及相关尖端27的周期性清洁。
将本体8再次耦接到本体108上也是极其快速和简单的。
显然地是,虽然本发明的原理、执行装置和具体的实施方式可能根据仅以非限制性例的方式的描述和阐述作大的改动,然而并不脱离如随附权利要书所限定的本发明的范围。

Claims (6)

1.一种饮料制备机的注入组件(1),用于制备饮料,包括可操作的固定的支承和导引结构(2),所述支承和导引结构具有邻接件(6)和与其相联的中空容纳件(7),所述容纳件(7)适合于容纳一定数量或剂量的物质,所述物质可预包装到囊(10)或类似物中,用以制备饮料;所述邻接件以及容纳件(6,7)能够呈现出相对的关闭位置和分散的打开位置,在所述关闭位置处,所述邻接件以及容纳件能以不透水的方式彼此耦合,以限定注入腔室(15);邻接件(6)设置有适合于使水和/或蒸汽注入到注入腔室(15)的装置(16);电控制驱动装置(14),能够致使所述邻接件以及容纳件(6,7)在打开和关闭位置之间的产生相对位移;
所述驱动装置包括电线性驱动装置(14),所述电线性驱动装置连接到上述支承和导引结构(2),并适合于使得所述邻接件以及容纳件(6,7)中的一个部件(7)产生往复的位移,尤其是容纳件(7),能相对于邻接件(6)沿笔直的路径移动;其特征在于,
容纳件(7)包括:
第一本体(108),设置到所述支承和导引结构(2)上,所述第一本体靠近或远离邻接件(6)地移动,以及

其中第一本体和第二本体(108,8)互相地耦合,以使得两者能够在所述打开位置和关闭位置之间共同移动通过容纳件(7)的相对位移,第二本体(8)能够在横向于邻接件(6)和容纳件(7)的耦合方向上与第一本体(108)耦合和分离;
第二本体(8)具有前圈(8a)以及环状凹槽(29),当所述第一本体和第二本体(8、108)耦合在一起时,所述环状凹槽与第一本体(108)的构成物(22)的下半圆部(22a)啮合,第二本体(8)也具有一对相对的侧边尖角(30),适合于啮合到第一本体(108)的凹口底座(22c)。
